Die Villa verfügt über Meerblick und ist sehr privat. Es verfügt über einen abgeschiedenen Swimmingpool, Klimaanlage / Heizung, einen großen Garten und Parkplatz abseits der Straße. Das Haupthaus verfügt über verschiedene Terrassen, darunter eine kleine Dachterrasse und einem traditionellen Naya mit herrlichem Meerblick und Blick auf den Pool, Garten und Wald, eine gemütliche Lounge mit Free-TV, Dual-Klimaanlage und Heizung und einem Holzofen, voll kleine Küche, Schlafzimmer mit Meerblick, zweite Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Dusche mit WC und zweites separates WC ausgestattet. Beide Schlafzimmer im Haupthaus haben auch eine Klimaanlage. Die separate untere Erdgeschoss Nebengebäude ist ideal für Paare, Großeltern oder ältere Nachkommen, die mit einer Türöffnung in eine separate Terrasse und Garten nicht beaufsichtigt werden. Das Nebengebäude besteht aus einem kleinen Wohnzimmer, einem extrem großen Schlafbereich mit einem Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett und verfügt über eine einfache Küchenzeile (Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster und Wasserkocher). Das Nebengebäude hat auch eine große Dusche mit WC.

Sehr abgenutztes Objekt

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht als wir ankamen und sahen, wie alt und abgenutzt das Haus ist. Nichts davon war im Internet vorher zu sehen. Die Küchenausstattung war eigentlich nicht mehr zum gebrauchen, das Abstellen des Auto ein Problem. Ich würde da nicht mehr hinfahren, wir haben den Urlaub auch vorzeitig abgebrochen.

5 dias muy agradables

Todo bien, lo peor es que hay muchos mosquitos en la zona y algún bicho que si no tienes cuidado se cuelan en la casa, aunque tiene mosquiteras en ventanas (normal teniendo un bosque cerca) El rollo del papel higiénico se caía todo el rato ( falta un poco de mantenimiento y algo de limpieza) .La zona de piscina todo perfecto, barbacoa, sombrillas y todo lo necesario.Los dueños, aunque no los vimos, contactamos con ellos perfectamente y muy atentos.

Fabulous

Had such a wonderful time here. From the outset we had great communication from Anne who provided very useful information on the area. The villa was just beautiful and had everything needed to just sit back and relax (on the wonderful veranda overlooking the valley and sea). Great pool to cool off in. Easy drive to Moraira, various beaches and the local supermarkets. Could happily have spent many more weeks there but sadly had to get back to the 9-5. Definitely hoping to rebook next year for longer. Thank you 😊

Perfect

Villa is very clean and more spacious than we thought - lots of spaces to spend with family or relaxing alone. We had two toddlers with us who were entertained by the rockery and obviously loved the pool. The annexe is a great area to help create the feeling of privacy between extended families at times. Excellent location - close to supermarkets & beaches if you have a car. Didn’t check out public transport so unsure how it would be without a car but Anne provides detail about how to get a taxi. Parking on the drive may be daunting in a smaller car but this is clearly indicated in description & there’s plenty of room on the road which is unbelievably quiet. Anne was very helpful - explaining how to get the property & in to the property very clearly. Would definitely stay again!

Tranquil location and great sea view

The Villa is spacious and comfortable. The Villa is well equipped, and had all essential things for our 11 day stay. The beds are very comfortable and the Villa was very clean. We loved the view from the terrace and my son spent his time chilling on the sofa area. It was a struggle to part him from the sofa! The pool area is spacious and there are plenty of sun beds. Communication with the owner, Anne was prompt and responsive, and this makes a huge difference when renting a property. We fully recommend the Villa and want to thank Anne for being a great host.

Wow! What a fantastic villa!

This is an outstanding villa in an outstanding location. We had not been to this part of Spain before and were so impressed by the stunning geography, with mountainous terrain and lush vegetation. Then we arrived at the villa - it is truly fantastic. Everything is so well thought out both inside and outside this beautiful villa. We were just two of us, but there is more than enough room for the full complement to stay here as there is so much space, with nothing crowded. The villa comfortably sleeps four people, and there is a brilliant annexe sleeping three. Nothing has been scrimped - everything is of very good quality - it really is a home from home, rather than a holiday-let. We have stayed in numerous villas throughout Europe and this is, by far, the best one we have ever stayed in. Anne is a pleasure to liaise with, prompt answers to any queries, and so very helpful. We will definitely come again.

A villa with a view.

Just returned from this lovely villa in a residential area of Benissa. Beautiful secluded property with stunning views, lovely private pool & garden. My husband and I were there for two weeks golf and relaxation with friends….all retired. Definitely recommend hiring a car as we did for getting about. We enjoyed visiting the vibrant towns for sightseeing, dining etc but loved sitting on the peaceful terrace under the stars in the evening. Our hostess was extremely helpful for any queries we had and responded promptly. I would highly recommend this villa.

La communication avec Anne la proprio et Dagmar qui m'a accueilli s'est très bien passée Le défaut de cette location ce sont les nombreux escaliers et aussi les pins qui pertent leurs épines dans la piscine mais celle ci est nettoyée 2x par semaine Avec les bagages ou courses c'est assez compliqué On a une splendide vue sur la mer, un très beau jardin avec barbecue Nous avons passé un très beau séjour Merci Anne et Dagmar

Lovely villa, peaceful area, fantastic views

We had a lovely relaxing week in this very pretty villa with lovely private outside space. The 30 or so steps from the road up to the main terrace were a little demanding in the extremely hot weather but the views were well worth the effort. If visitors are of more advanced years we would recommend hiring a car that can make it up the steep driveway: our Fiat 500 Hybrid just could not cope. Inside, the villa is very well equipped and the A/C in the main bedroom is probably the quietest we have ever experienced. Communication with Anne and Stuart was faultless. They are excellent hosts.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis. La propriété est conforme à la description et aux photos, la vue est très agréable et l'environnement particulièrement calme car la maison se situe à côté d'un site protégé. Aucun bruit, à part les cigales ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la personne chargée de faire le ménage. Elle nous a donné la possibilité de laisser nos bagages dans la maison dès le matin et de mettre nos courses au réfrigérateur. Seul petit bémol : la maison est un peu vieillissante et nécessiterait plus d'entretien des extérieurs (notamment de la piscine). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

My husband and I stayed at this villa for 2 weeks a!omg with my daughter and her husband and their two children We had a wonderful holiday The villa was perfect It was private yet within easy reach everything .My granddaughters were never out of the pool ,The view from the terrace was breath taking We never tired of it The villa is very well equipped with everything you need very comfortable a home from home Thank you very much for allowing us to stay in you wonderful home We would recommend it to anyone Margaret John and family

We had an amazing 11 days at this villa, our father used the downstairs annex which was great for his own space……and ours!! Huge bed in air con room was amazing!!😃 The garden/pool area is beautiful with the pool cleaned every 2/3rd day and the BBQ area is great!! The villa had everything you could possibly need including a beach shed with all the normal beach ‘stuff’. It was extremely comfortable & clean! You do need a car but we new that & had already booked! The area is stunning with lots to see & do!! We would highly recommend this place 10/10 😃👍

The property is situated in an area called Buenavisa (Beautiful View) and that's exactly what the villa has. It is also bordered on one side by a pine forest, but is in an area with lots of other houses, so you do not feel isolated. It is under 10 minutes to Moraira town and the same again to Calpe, so you have the best of both worlds.
