Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über einen geräumigen offenen Wohnbereich mit Kamin, bequemen Sofas, gebogenem SMART-Sat-TV mit Lautsprechern, Musik / Radio, 2 Essbereichen, 1 separates WC und eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank / Gefrierfach mit Eiswürfelbereiter, Backofen / Kochfeld, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Saftpresse und luxuriöse Nespresso / Filterkaffeemaschine. Freie Sicht auf das kretische Meer und die Berge durch die Glasschiebetüren zur überdachten Terrasse und zum Poolbereich. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das 1. Studio / Typ Hauptschlafzimmer der Villa mit separatem Eingang. Das Hauptschlafzimmer (Studio / Typ) ist 35 m² groß und verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett (2,00 x 1,60 m), einen geräumigen und einzigartig gestalteten Kleiderschrank sowie ein luxuriöses Wohnzimmer mit T. V., eine Küche (mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und luxuriöser Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine) und ein geräumiges, luxuriöses Bad mit Dusche, WC und Waschbecken.

Die erste Etage verfügt über das 2. Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Super-Kingsize-Bett (2,00 x 1,80 m), ein luxuriöses Bad mit Badewanne, WC und Waschbecken, ein separates WC für Frauen mit einem geräumigen und einzigartig gestalteten Kleiderschrank und einem großen Balkon mit einem luxuriösen Sofa, wo Sie den herrlichen Blick auf das Meer und den Pool genießen können. Das 3. und 4. Schlafzimmer haben jeweils 2 Einzelbetten (umwandelbar in Super-Kingsize-Betten) und ein gemeinsames geräumiges, komfortables Luxus-Badezimmer mit Badewanne, WC und Waschbecken. Beide Schlafzimmer haben Glastüren zu einem großen überdachten Balkon mit herrlichem Bergblick. In der ersten Etage befindet sich ein separater Raum für Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen / -brett.

Erleben Sie unvergessliche Momente des Glücks und der Entspannung: Privater, eingezäunter Garten mit 3 Hektar großem Rasen, Bäumen, Sträuchern und Blumen. Der Pool mit überlaufender und beeindruckender Form ist 80 m² (1,45 m tief) groß und von Gras- und Holzterrassen umgeben, die einen unendlichen Meerblick bieten! Das separate Kinderbecken ist 12 m² groß (45 cm tief). Perfect Villa, Perfect, Vacation, Perfect Host!

We spend two weeks with our two kids and parents (in total 8) in this beautiful Villa right next to the ocean. Our so lovely and kind host Eleftheria welcomed us warmly and gave us wonderful tipps for restaurants, places to visit, and things to do. There is everything and more you need for a perfect stay. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in this beautiful, luxury house. Our kids did not want to leave and at least want to come back every year from now on! Thank you for making our visit to Crete so special!

Beautiful house

The house was all that it promises and more. Eleftheria (owner) was very helpful and super lovely. Beach at the end of the garden, pool at your feet, Jacuzzi, nice local restaurant within walking distance and a good town with all you need 15 minutes away! What more could you want?

A real gem!

Fantastic property - very clean and good quality fittings and decor. The owner (Eleftheria) couldn't do enough for us (3 couples) - even to the point of providing games we requested and delivering them the following day, and supplying a wonderful meal for us one evening which we just had to reheat when we got back from our travels. The pool and hot tub were great and the BBQ area fab. The villa was easy to find and in a great location for exploring the western side of Crete. The details given on the website were absolutely accurate. We will definitely go back!

Perfect Stay In Crete

We have been away on many holidays with two other couples, staying in a huge variety of cottages in UK and villas abroad. We all agreed that our stay at Villa Elvina was the best of the lot. It was so good that we have already booked a week in September 2018 - not bad for someone who usually books last minute. The location of the villa is brilliant - it's a short walk to the sea (our record was 22.3 seconds) with friendly tavernas within a short walking distance. Kissamos is a nearby town (about 3km) - hardly touched by tourism with everything you need. Western Crete is a fabulous area to explore with wonderful beaches, towering mountains and fantastic walks. Returning to Villa Elvina after a day out was so nice. The pool area is incredibly comfortable (we bagged the double sun bed) and the outdoor hot tub is a real treat for those weary legs. There is so much space both indoors and out - if you want some time to yourself, there are plenty of spaces with somewhere to chill out. We barbecued one night and had a great meal on another night provided by the owner's mother. The bedrooms are spacious, with superb bedding and good bathrooms. Unlike many places, there is lots of comfortable seating downstairs and there are two smart televisions - we even watched some rugby one evening streamed from my phone. The owners, Eleftheria and her husband, are very welcoming and incredibly helpful. I sent an e-mail just before we got there, asking if they happened to have scrabble. The next day Eleftheria arrived with a bundle of games but was very apologetic that there was no scrabble as the only version she could get was using Greek letters but she was already on the case. Communication prior to arriving was outstanding and the information covered everything including very useful details about how to get there. Eleftheria met us on our arrival and showed us everything we needed. She shows a real concern for her clients and wanted to know what we thought of the villa. This winter she is already planning some changes to make the villa even better. It was a memorable stay. Our flights are already booked to Chania and we can't wait to get back.

Superb place and host

Fantastic villa, had everything you would need. Perfect for families. Excellent location, beach is right opposite the entrance and there is a gorgeous walk along the coast with one of the most beautiful cliffs and sea sceneries. Above all the host was one of the loveliest people we ever met. Highly recommended !!!

Fantastic stay in a beautiful home. Incredibly peaceful, relaxing and luxurious. Highly recommended

From the original booking interaction, the subsequent greeting on arrival, and the incredible service whilst we were here I cannot recommend Villa Elvina highly enough. There's only one problem with the place, after you've stayed here it will spoil you for any other villa stay. This is more a high quality boutique hotel, very well positioned for a quiet yet expansive beach. There's a couple of decent restaurants within walking distance but for a decent shop or sight seeing you will need a car But if you're looking for high quality accommodation, utter privacy and tranquility, in a wonderful location, you'll have to look far and wide to beat Vilka Elvina. Thank you Eleftheria and Anna, for making this an incredibly relaxing and rewarding holiday. A perfect family vacation!

Our family spent the most amazingly perfect week at Villa Elvina!! There were 6 of us, my husband and I, our 2 sons, and their girlfriends. The property is just as beautiful as the pictures, plenty of space for all of us. It was spotless and had everything you need or want. Eleftheria, the owner, was a wonderful hostess. She checked on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. One of our son's got engaged while we were there and Eleftheria brought a cake and a bottle of champagne to celebrate! There are tavernas a couple of minutes away and we had quite a few dinners at the one recommended by her. We will definitely return to this amazing villa!! Just perfect!

Amazing house. Amazing host.

Villa Elvina is a slice of paradise. The house is beautiful and immaculate -- every detail was thought of. We were given a warm welcome by Eleftheria, who made us feel right at home and offered amazing advice about the area, restaurants, beaches and necessities. The house she created feels like luxury spa, except you have it all to yourself. It is perfectly located near the best beaches, a town with everything you need, and Chania -- which is also great to visit. Much of what you need is already supplied in the villa -- including some wine. Can't wait to return.

FANTASTIC!!!

Our family of 4 visited Villa Elvina in Crete over the Easter break in April 2017. We loved the accomodations: large bright spaces both indoor and outdoors, all the amenities you need and above all super clean. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the owner Eleftheria and her mom who had prepared a lovely meal for us. What an unexpected treat! Eleftheria delivered top notch service during our stay and made wonderful recomendations for restaurants and places to visit. She has flawless taste and will make sure that your stay is comfortable. In terms of location, the villa is conveniently located for visits to at least 3 Top listed beaches in Greece. Chania and Rethmyno are also easily accessible for day trips. Our stay at Villa Elvina was a fantastic experience we will remember for a very long time.

A beautiful Villa in a perfect place

We were travelling with the familiy to Villa Elvina. Elefteria was there, when we arrived and was so nice and friendly. The Villa is in a very good condition located on a nice beach. There is a minimarked next corner and 3 Tavernas in Walking distance. We can fully recommend the Villa.

The best Villa in Crete

We stayed 2 weeks in June. We were 3 families and 10 people in total. When we arrived the Villa , Eleftheria wished us a warm welcome together with her husband. They showed us the hole Villa before they left us. And the Villa was just like the pictures: The garden was perfect for both children and adults. Our kids loved the little kids pool with all the toys. We also used the jacuzzi often in the evening. Very nice with all the fruit trees in the garden, we used a lot from the lime tree. There is a lovely outdoor barbeque in the back of the garden. We had our own chef making dinner for us there . One evening Eleftherias mother had cooked dinner for us also. The interior of the villa is really exclusive with a full equipped kitchen, new flatscreens , nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The short distance to the beach is fantastic. We will fully recommend anyone this Villa.

Paradise on Crete

This is an absolutely gorgeous property, impeccably maintained, in a beautiful location. The villa itself is well designed, with wonderful views, and it includes many porches and terraces from which to enjoy the Mediterranean breezes and wonderful view of the bay. The kitchen is well equipped, and the town of Kissamos, five minutes down the road by car, offers a grocery store and restaurant that make it easy to stock the kitchen. And if you don't feel like cooking, there are two tavernas within walking distance. The yard is beautifully landscaped, and the pool area features comfortable seating. There is a beach right outside the villa that slopes gently into a picturesque bay. The owner, Eleftheria, went the extra mile to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. One night, she even brought us a wonderful home-cooked meal, and a cake to help us celebrate our anniversary! The property is in a nice location, on the northwest coast. It is only a 45-minute drive to the picturesque town of Chania. We also recommend taking a drive along the wild western coast of Crete (which is easy to do from this location) to the famous pink sand beach of Elafonisi. The coastal road is one of the most beautiful drives we've ever taken. Be warned, though -- spending time at this villa is so enjoyable, that you may find yourself cutting back on your touring plans in order to spend more time here!

Fantastic villa and fantastic service

We had an absolutely fantastic week at Villa Elvina and would eagerly return. We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers (both between 2 and 3 years old), and we were absolutely spoiled for space (we had initially planned to also have one further couple with their toddler, and the amount of indoor and outdoor communal space would have worked very well for that too). Our experience was top-notch largely because of Eleftheria's fantastic responsiveness and attention to detail. She was very quick at responding to all queries, both before and during the holiday, and was a fantastic source of tips and advice on local beaches, restaurants and sights. She was also very happy to stock us up with Day-1 basics in accordance with a pre-travel list that we'd sent along, and was extremely kind and generous throughout the trip with little bits and pieces of local Cretan fare. Such a wonderful host! The house itself is also exceptional. Extremely clean, extremely spacious, great stock of kid-friendly toys and supplies (ie plastic dishes and cutlery, potty, high-chairs, baby towels etc). Landscaping is beautifully done, and the views down to the sea and across to the mountains were lovely. We didn't do a ton of exploring (two beach days, one morning in Chania, one afternoon nearby at Wave on the Rocks and a few trips to nearby Kissimos), as the kids were overjoyed to just play in the kids pool and on the lawn. It's a quiet, relaxing and peaceful place, with a great high-end feel based on all of Eleftheria's well-thought-out touches. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

A fantastic location for our 45th wedding party

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house with our family. We stayed here with our childern and grandchildren, ten persons in total. The house was perfectly furnished and the kitchen equipment was more than complete. Outdoors (terrace, garden, swimming bath, jacuzzi) it was all perfect as well. The house was well maintained and properly clean. The garden adjoins the sea, which is almost unique. We enjoyed the quiet surroudings and the complete privacy you have. SUPER VILLA

Just perfect!

Over the years we have often gone on holiday and been slightly disappointed with the accommodation when we have arrived but not this time. The villa is even more lovely than the photos! Our party was 2 families with 4 adults and 5 children and the villa worked perfectly for all of us. There was enough space for " me time" but also plenty of indoor and outdoor space for us all to be together. The outdoor area is just gorgeous and we spent many a late evening sat in the hot tub listening to the sea! We just wanted to be lazy for a week and the location was perfect for us. It's in a small village with a couple of restaurants and a very small shop. The sea is literally over the road and the best taverna is 30 seconds walk. You will need to get in the car for larger shops or busy nightlife. Eleftheria and her husband were on hand at any hour to answer any questions or offer advice. We won't bother looking for anywhere else is Crete now - we've booked again for next summer!
