Traumvilla für Familien in Laufweite der Marina

Die angebotene Villa ist ein einziger Traum für Familien!!! Sie ist absolut luxuriös ausgestattet und bietet im Außenbereich mit eignem großen Pool, bequemen Poolliegen, den beiden überdachten Patios (Loungeecke und Außenküche), einem Esstisch mit eigenem Sonnenschirm sowie dem Garten um das Haus u.a. mit Tischtennisplatte mehr als ausreichend Platz für 8-10 Personen zur Erholung und zum Wohlfühlen. Vor allem die Außenküche mit Bar, großem Grill, Kühlschrank, Spüle, Spülmaschine, eigenen Schränken und offenem Zugang zur Innenküche lädt abends zum langen Verweilen ein. Der Innenbereich ist ebenfalls sehr luxuriös ausgestattet mit offenem Flur zum großem Wohnzimmer - mit Blick auf den Pool, 5 gleichwertigen Schlafzimmern, 3 davon mit „en-suite“ Bädern. Im Untergeschoß befindet sich eine eigene kleine Waschküche sowie ein sehr großer „Partykeller“ - ebenfalls mit Blick in den Pool - sowie Billardtisch, Kicker einer großen Sofalandschaft und TV mit Audio-Soundsystem. Im und am gesamten Haus sind alle Rolläden elektrisch, es gibt eine Alarmanalge und fernbedienbare Innen- und Außenbeleuchtung. Alle Räume sind separat klimatisiert. Die Lage des Anwesens ist unweit der Promenade der Marina (ca. 5-8 Minuten Laufweite) und dennoch absolut ruhig und von weiteren entsprechenden Anwesen umgeben. Alle Bilder entsprechen dem, was wir vorgefunden haben. Wir haben uns in diesem sehr sehr luxuriösen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattetem Haus mehr als nur wohlgefühlt und waren auf jeden Fall nicht das letzte Mal dort.

Very comfortable well thought out villa especially the outdoor kitchen which sold it for me . Great music system and games room which is a very nice touch . Was a bit disappointed that door between outdoor and indoor kitchen was broken was looking forward to enjoying the space . All the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in all en-suites but maybe a few more towels would have been handy . In all your villa is well equipped , clean and in great location , thanks for letting us have it 👍

Perfect Villa for our family

The villa easily accommodated the eight adults in our family. The location was quiet and with just a five minutes walk to the shops and bars at the Marina. The villa was tastefully furnished and included all essentials like loo rolls and foil. A wide variety of glasses and kitchenware. The sound system and games room further enhanced our stay. João was easily contactable and really helped me with any questions I had. We had the most wonderful time in and around the pool and the air conditioning was a much needed necessity. We wouldn’t hesitate in coming back here.

Super Equipped Villa

Beautiful Villa, well equipped with most items a family require for a relaxing holiday. The outdoor kitchen is exceptional. Location is central for all of Albufeira. There is a superb basement bar/games/tv room.

So amazing we have booked again for next year!

We are a family group of 9 across 3 generations, including children aged 4 to 17. We had such a fantastic holiday in Bev & Duncan's villa that we have already booked to return next summer! The property was spacious and had much needed air con throughout. There was everything we could need to feel at home - from hair dryers, to plenty of cutlery and crockery to multiple areas for relaxing inside and out. The teenagers with us particularly enjoyed the games room in the basement and the window into the swimming pool was a cool surprise! The outdoor area was perfect for the adults who wanted to sunbathe and the younger ones could sit in the shade of the pergola after a swim in the fabulous pool. We were very impressed with the communication and welcome from Joao - he did everything he could to make us feel at home and well looked after. We would highly recommend this villa to other families. We loved our boat ride to see the Dolphins and caves that we booked on the Marina and we used Yellowfish Taxi services for our airport transfer - they were brilliant.

Great family holiday

We stayed here with our family consisting of 6 adults and 4 grandchildren . There was plenty room for all. The children loved the pool and spent hours in it. They also enjoyed the games room as did the the 'big boys' when the Euros were being played! The villa was very comfortable and well appointed. There was plenty crockery, glasses and cutlery. The outside kitchen was brilliant and we enjoyed being able to eat all our meals outside. All the bars and restaurants are a short 5 minute walk away. Taxis were relatively cheap if you wanted to go further. We all walked into Old Albufeira which took about 20 mins and got the little train back. We all had a great time and would definitely book the Villa again.

All you need plus a little extra

Beautifully kept property. Well appointed. Loved the pool area and games room. More air conditioners than you’ll ever need! Property manager was great. Location was excellent with shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Made for a wonderful vacation for 3 generations of our family. We would definitely recommend this lovely home.

Wonderful and relaxing stay

We were a group of 9 adults and a baby visiting for a wedding. The layout of the house was fantastic and with many bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for space and privacy for our group. We loved sitting outside and by the pool. The house was truly was an oasis from the busy town. Beverly also accommodated us to have a shorter booking which was very much appreciated.

Beautiful home

We had a family of 5 all adults. Thought house was closer to a beach based on the way it was advertised. House was clean and contemporary. Bed broken on main floor. Too warm to stay in lower level. Second floor had great bedroom options with bathrooms in all. The house had no paper towel an no Kleenex no shampoo so buy or bring. They have tiny tiny ants which owners say is very common but I feel like they should supply ant spray. Last day found a huge cockroach in laundry room. Just beware. But with all said we loved the house and its location.

Beautiful villa near the Albufeira marina

Outstanding villa with a lovely pool, plenty of sun loungers and three different areas to sit outside in the shade (which we needed because the temperature was in the low 30s). Large inside sitting area overlooking the pool. Excellent games room in the basement with a large TV, although we didn't use it much as we spent most of the time outside. Good BBQ which we used twice. Both inside and outside kitchens which could be merged into one by opening the bi-folding doors. Five good-sized bedrooms, most of which had air con. This was the perfect villa for our extended family - eight adults and four children under three years old. Villa was a short walk to the marina which had plenty of bars and restaurants. Even closer was a bus stop for the Giro 3 that went to the Old Town for 1.90Euro per person. Really good communication with Bev, the owner, before the stay. (Bev also recommended Yellowfish transfers - they were excellent, providing all the child seats we requested.) Very clear set of arrival instructions and house rules, with a good tour of the villa on arrival. Couldn't recommend this villa highly enough!

Wonderful holiday

We have just finished a weeks stay at the villa and we had the best time. The house is stunning, the swimming pool was immaculate and a great size, and the outdoor kitchen / bbq area / pergolas were perfect for us to all eat together as a group. The location is fantastic, very close to the marina and a short taxi ride to bigger supermarkets and other attractions like water parks. We were so sad to leave and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to others, we would love to return again in the future. Without a doubt, the nicest villa we've stayed in 😊

A great space!

The property was great for a mixed group of friends and family with plenty of space for us all. The villa had everything we needed for a perfect stay. A great location too. Agree with a previous review about mats needed for the pool for little ones running around. But that’s the only niggle we had. Thank you for having us. We had a great holiday.

Amazing

From tbe minute we arrived and greeted by Joao to show us arround the villa and explain the various appliances etc, the rest of the stay was simply wonderful. We had intentions to go and explore the surrounding areas of the Algarve, but the temptation to simply laze around the beautiful villa was too overpowering and most days we simply chilled. Our party of 8 people all said the same, highly recommended and we would love to return.

As a family of adults meeting up, this was the perfect villa. Had everything we needed with lots of extras! Perfect location within walking distance to the marina. Loads of choice of restaurants for every meal, easy(ish depending on temp!) walking route to the old town! Great communication from Beverly and Joao who made everything just right for us! Amazing property - great for adults

The property is as good as it looks with loads of great features for relaxing and having fun. We really enjoyed our week there but it is not ideal with small children. The quality of the villa and the facilities are amazing. Outdoor space is brilliant with plenty of areas for sunbathing, relaxing and eating. The outdoor kitchen is superb. Indoors the lounge and games room give plenty of options for whiling away the evenings. The location is a 5 min walk to the marina where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. It’s an easy walk around the headland to old town and the main beach in about 20 mins. The only downside was that the pool area is not great with small children, the tiles are incredibly slippery when wet (not your normal slippery when wet) and no amount of “don’t run” stops kids from running so there were some bumps. We had 3 to 9 yr olds with us and had to be alert any time they were by the pool. The villa with adults and teenagers would be perfect so just letting people know this isn’t entirely perfect with small ones who don’t listen.

Magnifique Villa !!

Villa incroyable, avec une magnifique piscine, de quoi passer un super séjour. Les photos ne mentent pas, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour passer une semaine de vacances géniale. A proximité a pied de petits commerces sur la marina, de belles balades sur le long des côtes typiques de l’Argave et à une vingtaine de minute à pied du centre ville d’Albufeira, tout en étant au calme. Merci encore pour cette location, allez-y les yeux fermés !

Birthday Celebration trip

Stunning villa! We loved our time at the villa. There was ample space for everyone. We loved the layout of the kitchen and how it opened out to the BBQ area. Unfortunately 5 members of our party did not make it - however that did not ruin our celebration of James's 60th birthday with other family members. The caretaker, Joao, was fantastic - always on hand to address our queries. Our host, Bev Ward, was fabulous. We loved it and will definitely return. Thank you for making it memorable

The perfect location - the Villa itself is private, on a quiet road and great for relaxation and enjoying the facilities, but it’s also a very easy walk to either the marina, with its selection of cafes, shops and bars or a 20 min walk or drive into Albufeira town for night life, restaurants and beaches. There are so many stunning beaches close to the villa, and all amenities are easily reached by walking, bus, taxi or car. There is always plenty to do for all ages we have found it’s not always necessary to hire a car.
