Luxus 4-Bett-Villa mit großem Pool, 8 Personen, wunderschön eingerichtet.

Casa Oliveira wurde neu erbaut in einer atemberaubenden und privaten Lage auf einem Hügel mit Panoramablick auf den Atlantik und die Bucht von Sao Martinho. Fantastische Ausblicke bieten raumhohe Fenster und Sonnenterrassen. Im Inneren des Hauses ist stilvoll mit viel Gedanken an die Innenarchitektur einschließlich der Qualität und Komfort der Möbel. Die Betten sind mit hochwertiger weißer Bettwäsche für den besten Schlaf ausgewählt. Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete moderne Küche mit Frühstücksbar und Essbereich. Die Innenbereiche bieten viel Platz für verschiedene Aktivitäten, darunter einen atemberaubenden offenen Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss mit einem TV / Spielbereich auf der unteren Ebene mit direktem Zugang zum Pool. Draußen gibt es eine Reihe von Sonnenterrassen mit Essmöbeln im Freien, der Pool und Grillplatz, ein mediterraner Garten und Obstgarten in einer wunderschönen Landschaft. Der Pool ist so eingerichtet, dass er den ganzen Tag in der Sonne liegt. Einige Neoprenanzüge und Golfschläger sind vorhanden.

Wundervolles Haus mit phantastischer Aussicht

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und top ausgestattet. Für uns als 3 Generationen Familie war es ideal, der Pool ist sehr groß und die Kinder hatten einen riesen Spaß. Man braucht natürlich ein Auto, aber das war uns durch die Beschreibung auch klar. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es sehr gut Supermärkte und auch genügend Restaurants. Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Das Haus ist für eine Großfamilie sehr gut geeignet. Der beheizte Pool wurde sehr genossen. Rundum sehr gelungen.

Schöne Villa mit hochwertiger und reichhaltiger Ausstattung.

Leider wurden wir bei unserer Ankunft nicht persönlich begrüßt - die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte telefonisch. Das Verwalterehepaar haben wir eine Woche später persönlich kennen gelernt. Beide sind sehr sympathisch und hilfsbreit. Bezüglich der Sauberkeit ist viel Luft nach oben. Außerdem gibt es in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft einen Hund, der meistens nur nachts bellt - sehr nervig. Das Haus ist für Gruppen und/oder Familien mit Kindern sehr empfehlenswert.

Ein tolles Haus mit sehr guter Ausstattung

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Die Ausstattung lies keine Wünsche offen und die Lage war optimal. Ruhe, tolle Aussicht, schnell am Meer und in der Umgebung gute Lokale mit sehr leckerem Essen. Der Service, wenn man ihn doch mal nötig hatte war sehr gut und außerordentlich freundlich. Klasse Villa in Toplage

Optimaler Ausgangspunkt, um das mittere Portugal zu erkunden, gleichzeitig genug Komfort, um einen Tag am Pool abzuhängen. Man schau aufs Meer, ist aber auch sofort auf der Autobahn.

Large villa with fabulous views

The Villa was perfect for us as a family of 6. You are at the top of a hill so proving stunning views of the area/town all around. Car is essential for property as nothing really in walking distance.

Beautiful villa with wonderful pool and views!

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. We had everything we could possibly wish for with the pool and table tennis table being the highlights! Being a family of 6 adults, we really appreciated all the space, both indoors and outdoors so we never felt on top of each other. The beds were also super-comfy. One very minor downside was that the wifi downstairs wasn’t reliable but that couldn’t detract from a fabulous two weeks. Thank you, Paul and Denise!

The views!

The views are better than the pictures! We enjoyed our week stay very much at this property taking advantage of the peaceful location, clean pool, outdoor grill area and balcony and open floor plan. The kitchen was well stocked for our many meals at the house which included a few leftover Tupperware’s, plenty of utensils, cups, plates and cooking dishes. The location Is ideal being less than hour drive to many areas for day trips (Sintra, Nazare, Fátima, Batalha, Peniche). We have no complaints on this property-highly recommend.

Wonderful Property - Wonderful Stay

As Vrbo is not working properly for me, I can't answer all the questions. The headings for the questions are not visible, so I'm just giving it 5 stars across the board. The only reason cleanliness (only heading I caught) was 4 stars was because we were the first guests of the season and there were some dust bunnies and salt crystals on the dishes. We didn't know what it was and had to have it identified. That said, we had a wonderful stay at the villa. The home is truly beautiful, spacious, well-equipped, and has the most amazing view. The sunsets were beautiful. The beds are so comfortable, I wish I could have taken it home with us. There were six of us, all family, with no young children. We did find the walls a little thin, but that was fine. The location was excellent for seeing the silver coast and central Portugal. The drive to Lisbon wasn't that bad, but Porto made for a long day - well worth it. We found wonderful restaurants close to the villa (especially Solar dos Amigos) and and the Pingo supermarket in Tornado was not that far a drive. Everyone in our party would highly recommend this villa. The only suggestion we would have for Paul - who was very helpful, is, when your first quests of the season are arriving in February, after a cold snap, it would have been nice to have had the windows closed and the heat in the primary rooms turned on, so that we were not uncomfortable for several hours. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!

Uma ótima casa, com uma boa piscina e vista para a Baia de São Martinho do Porto. Uma casa de linhas modernas muito bem decorada e devidamente equipada e com todas as comunidades para uns excelentes dias de ferias para relaxar. 3 pisos para descansar, desfrutar ou diversão. Localizada numa zona sossegada fica apenas a uns minutos de carro do Centro de São Martinho. Anfitriões muito simpáticos e muito disponíveis a ajudar prontamente no que for preciso.

An excellent location to relax and explore the treasures of Portugal

We had an excellent stay at this luxurious villa with 4 adults and 2 kids. The house is spacious and well planned, with stylish, comfortable furniture and sunbathing and relaxing areas outside all day round. Stunning views from all terrace areas and bedroom windows! The kitchen is spacious and well equipped and we loved the BBQ area outside. The pool is easy to access and the heating provides a very pleasant temperature, also in early mornings/ late evenings and when the weather is cloudy. There is plenty of parking space on the property and the proximity to the highway (5 minutes drive) makes this an excellent location if you want to visit Lisbon, Porto, or any of the cities in between. Still, you neither see nor hear the highway from the house, which is another great plus. We send big thanks and greetings to Paul and Denise, who were wonderful local hosts and promptly attended to all our questions and requests during the stay!

Excellent holiday!

The holiday was fantastic from start to finish. Paul and Denise helped make all the check in arrangements go really smoothly. The villa is fantastic and the views are amazing. It was maintained and looked after to a really high standard. Couldn't have wished for more. Our only wish is that the weather could have been more predictable! Would highly recommend to others for a lovely holiday

Excellent villa with beautiful views

If you want to stay in a modern, really well equipped villa on the Silver Coast look no further. The beds are really comfortable and the bathrooms all have rain showers with lashings of hot water. The kitchen has more than enough equipment to cater for 8 people with ease. We spent a lot of time relaxing around the lovely pool and gardens with fantastic views of Sao Martinho do Porto in the distance. The owners Debbie and Kim go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect for your holiday. We do not normally write reviews but this is the best villa we have ever stayed in. Villa exceptionnelle ! N'ayez aucune hésitation !

Fantastic Family Villa

What can I say that has not been said before about this impressive villa. This is without doubt the best property we have stayed in. It has everything you will need for a memerable family holiday. You will need a car, but you are only a 10 minute drive from San Martino Do Porto with all its cafes, resteraunts and a large supermarket. This is a beautiful part of Portugal, with plenty to see and do. The owners look after the house and sort out any issues quickly. Highly recommended and we would have no reservations in returning.

What an amazing find!

This property is beautiful! So much space, yet homely at the same time. Everything you could want in a holiday let and more. Located just outside a small village about an hours drive from Lisbon, the views are spectacular of the picturesque coastal village of San Martinho do Porto and the surrounding countryside. You need a car, which gives you the freedom of visiting local towns, beaches and Lisbon. Perfect for families and groups as there is a ground floor bedroom and games room, lots of outdoor space with a lovely pool area! Would definitely return and hope to do so next year.

House is actually much much nicer than it is on the pictures.

Perfect house, perfect pool area, privat and grate view. We had doubts about taking house without airconditioning, but it worked just fine. Just keep closed your window blinds during daytime and house will stay cool. We had really grate holiday there. Thank you Hannes

We live in England and have had many great family holidays in Portugal renting villas both on the Algarve and the Silver Coast. We enjoy playing golf and love the local Portuguese food and wine and the beautiful unspoilt coastline that this area offers.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We completed the house in 2012 after an eighteen month build period. We believe that with an eye for detail we have created a very comfortable holiday home that makes the most of its beautiful setting with the dramatic views of the hills and ocean.

We chose this area because it is so unspoilt yet there is so much to do - the culture, beaches, golf, surfing, cycling and visiting the wonderful city of Lisbon. We particularly love the lagoon and the beaches north of Nazare. There are loads of good local restaurants where you can eat out for 10-15 Euros per head including the very reasonable Portuguese wine.

We have designed the villa to make the most of the outside and the inside spaces. You can easily find a quiet corner to chill out, read a book or to watch the spectacular sunsets from the terrace. The downstairs games/TV room that opens on to the pool area is a fantastic space for kids and adults. The pool is very popular and is large enough to swim for exercise as well as to cool off. We hope that you will find our holiday home as special as we do!
