Ein modernes, neu erbautes Doppelhaus mit nach Süden ausgerichtetem Garten und Balkonen mit Meerblick. Das Haus erstreckt sich über drei Etagen. Unten ist offen mit 2 Sätzen von Terrassentüren (eine ist zweifach), die zur Terrasse und zum nach Süden ausgerichteten Garten führen. Es gibt einen Essbereich mit 8 Sitzplätzen und einen Wohnbereich mit 8 Sitzplätzen rund um einen Holzofen und einen an der Wand montierten TV. Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über Fußbodenheizung und Zugang zur Garage für Lagerung, Waschmaschine / Trockner und Getränkekühlschrank sowie ein WC im Erdgeschoss. Im ersten Stock befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer - eines hat ein Kingsize-Bett, ein eigenes Duschbad und einen Balkon mit zweifach gefalteten Türen. Es gibt ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, ein Badezimmer (mit Badewanne und Dusche über dem Kopf) und ein Fernseh- / Spielzimmer mit Schlafsofa. Die dritte Etage verfügt über das Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Queensize-Bett, einem eigenen Badezimmer (mit Badewanne und separater Duschkabine) und einem Balkon (mit Meerblick). Alle Schlafzimmer haben einen Wandfernseher. Das Haus ist ideal für zwei Familien oder eine Gruppe von Freunden. Der Garten ist sicher für Hunde. Das Haus verfügt über schnelles Glasfaserbreitband. Easter Getaway

This house suited us perfectly - plenty of space for us to be together but also areas where we could escape to for some quiet time. Loved the access down to the beach. Selection of games & jigsaws which kept us entertained when the weather wasn’t favourable.

Luxurious house in fabulous location

We loved our stay in this beautiful house which really was a home from home. The standard of the fixtures, fittings, and appliances was outstanding and there was absolutely everything we needed for our first holiday in Northumberland. As noted by previous reviews the master bedroom on the top floor lacked storage and an outside tap would definitely reduce sandy floors but both are minor points and didn’t diminish our enjoyment of this stunning house. Highly recommended!

Fantastic family fun

We were four generations and included baby, toddler, parents, grandparents and great gran and the house and holiday were perfect for everyone! The house is so spacious and very well equipped- we literally wanted for nothing! We made use of the buckets and spades and deckchairs for days at the beach and the space was perfect for cosy nights around the fire playing games and watching films. Everything was spotless and, even though last week in October, the weather was so good we were on the beach every day or doing the walk to Seahouses. We also visited the local Craster Arms for lunch and made use of one of the heated huts in the garden- well with a visit! Beadnell Towers was also lovely/ we only stopped for a drink and some sharing platters after a long walk but everything was beautiful and staff so welcoming. Ideal for visiting Bamburgh and Alnwick. Without a doubt one of the best holiday homes we’ve ever stayed in and we wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Perfection

With a beautiful huge unspoilt sandy beach just a couple of minutes walk. Note (A new bar on the beach is set to open shortly in September,next to the beach shack food bar). Our family of 8 loved this house and location. The house was more than big enough for us. We wanted for nothing. Some of us did the 40 minutes walk to Seahouses which has some more shops and pubs. The local pub (10 min walk) “Craster Arms” has a great atmosphere and nice food. The local shop has all the basics you need. The location is a great base for visiting the many beautiful places in Northumberland. All the places we visited were dog friendly and my dog didn’t want to come home. He loved the beach. 5 stars will be coming back again.

Great Location

The house is only a short distance from the beach so ideal for families. It is well equipped so feels like home from home. We like to cook and weren’t left wanting for kitchen equipment. Very good communication from Kate the owner also. Would highly recommend

Beadnell hols.

A spacious property with all mod cons. The ground floor works very well for relaxing cooking dining. Well stocked and furnished all round. The beach and coastal walks just round the corner. We did find the heating a little tricky to operate on the cooler days. Overall an excellent house for our group of seven.

Lovely family-friendly house

A great house in a super location, everything you could possibly need overall, and a great house to gather together as a family. Could possibly do with more storage in the top floor master suite as the space would certainly allow for a chest of drawers or bigger hanging space. Fab bathroom though. Very dog friendly too and perfectly located for local walks on the beach, to Seahouses and to Low Newton.

Beautiful, spacious property. Great location close to the beach. Nice enclosed garden for our dogs. My only small criticisms/suggestions would be an outdoor water tap to clean off sandy shoes, and perhaps a small handheld vacuum to quickly clean up grass/sand which is inevitably dragged into the property from the garden, rather than having to get the 'Henry' out from the hall cupboard, but those are just a couple of very small criticisms. Beadnell is a lovely village and base to explore the Northumberland coast, and the house was a fantastic property which we looked forward to returning to each day after our travels.

Wonderful stay in Beadnell

The property was wonderful; it was very spacious and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The location was excellent in that it was close to the beach. Perhaps it would be useful to have an outside tap which can be used to rinse things off when returning from the beach. Also, the lock on the gate to the beach was broken, but we did manage. Overall, we had a fabulous holiday in a very comfortable and beautiful house.

Took six friends to Beadnell to show them how nice this part of the world is after visiting with our caravan and all absolutely loved it. Kates house has everything you could possibly need, two minutes from the beach, 10 mins to the Craster Arms for good food and beer and approx 40 mins beach walk to Seahouses. The house itself is immaculate and was spotlessly clean when we arrived, all beds very comfy and every amenity you could wish for. Kate always responded very promptly and helpful to any queries and we will definitely be returning in the future.

An excellent property,

Our family group consisted of grandparents, son and 3 grandchildren of 7, 9 and 11.The house is all you could hope for in terms of comfort, cleanliness and facilities, the only thing which we would have certainly used had it been available would have been an outside shower particularly with sandy wet-suited children. The location was perfect, wonderfully close to the beach - exactly as advertised - and also for the numerous other places of interest in the locality. We all had a wonderful and happy week and would gladly return.

Fantastic

The house is great for a large family or two family groups. The owner is also very helpful and replies quickly . It’s a two minute walk to the beach. The garden is secure for children and dogs. The house had everything we needed it was home from home. The bedding and furnishings are all of a very good standard and Would definitely love to return. Jules

Fantastic week in sunny Beadnell! Lovely property in a great location. House is beautiful & well presented with a private garden & plenty of parking. The sandy beach is a very short walk away. The protected waters of Beadnell Bay make it a favourite with water sports fans of all ages. Try your hand at kite surfing, kayaking or even wake boarding.

Beadnell village has a shop and three fantastic pubs (all within walking distance). The property is also an excellent base for those wanting to explore the surrounding area. Popular Seahouses is a mile away and has shops, a supermarket, restaurants etc as well as offering boat trips to the magnificent Farne Islands - a haven for bird watching. Bamburgh is close by, whilst the market town of Alnwick with its Castle and Gardens is a short drive away. There are several golf courses nearby.
