Dies ist ein Luxusapartment mit 3 Schlafzimmern in Vilamoura Marina. Komplett renoviert in den Jahren 2012-13 mit neuer Küche, neuen Bädern, Fußböden, Sanitär und Elektrik. Erneuerung von Möbeln und Beleuchtung im Juli 2018. Gelegen im Erdgeschoss und im ersten Stock mit Blick auf Vilamoura Marina und direktem Zugang zum Yachthafen durch ein verschlossenes Tor von der erhöhten Terrasse im Erdgeschoss. Während das nächste Restaurant nur 200 Schritte entfernt ist, befindet sich das Apartment im ruhigsten Teil des Yachthafens. Die preisgekrönten Golfplätze in der Umgebung von Vilamoura sind bequem mit dem Taxi, den öffentlichen Fahrrädern von Vilamoura oder dem Touristenzug zu erreichen.

Great location!

Stayed 5 days in October with 3 couples comfortably in this condo. A few steps from marina boardwalk and a variety restaurants & stores to shop…some very walkable small groceries also available. Perfect location for sleeping also..condo was around the corner from main thoroughfare, so very quiet. The owner was extremely quick to respond with any questions asked. Would recommend!

We had a 6night stay at this property, it is a perfect location for a stay in Vilamoura. Waking up to the view of the marina every morning watching the boats coming and going was amazing. The restaurants and bars were close by, prices vary and sometimes the service was slow but overall a great place to go. The swimming pool was very clean and not too busy. Amentities close by and accessible, would definitely recommend this apartment and location.

Just home from a fantastic few days in this apartment great location only a short drive from the airport very close to loads of beautiful reasturants and bars and a stunning view of the marina. Fantastic home from home

Beautiful property in the perfect position to enjoy everything Vilamoura has to offer. Annie is always helpful, friendly and provides a quick response to any question. Walking distance to the beach, all the bars and restaurants, family golf and the boat tours plus a lovely shared pool. Really the perfect base for any holid.

Short stay right on the marina great location in a tired looking complex in the heart of villamoura.airport pick up has trouble locating the villamarina but once there its easy to locate apartment from the outside as for the apartment everything was good and the host kept in touch so 5 stars for her

Phenomenal Villa

Absolutely amazing villa. It is the perfect place to stay to visit Vilamoura Marina and all its bars and restaurants. You are in the thick of it but far enough out you don't hear anything. The villa has everything you need for a holiday. Communication was second to none. 100% will be going again.

Fabulous location

This is the third time we have stayed in this apartment. We love the location over looking the marina - great to watch the world go by with a coffee or prosecco! Its near to all the bars, shops, restaurants and beaches, so in a perfect location. It was equipped for all our needs and even provides beach towels, which is a bonus.

Wonderful stay at this apartment on Vilamoura apartment. Communication and instructions were excellent, we loved the location - right on the Marina but just round the corner from the bars/restaurants so quiet at night. The apartment had everything we needed, was clean and modern. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing!

Fantastic property in a great location! Walking distance to beaches, all the restaurants and bars just around the corner without the noise. The views are fantastic from the two front terraces. Great showers, comfy beds and everything you could need. Parking right outside the back door made it so easy. Great communication from owners with all the info needed. We will be back!

Wonderful stay

Both the condo and location, right in the marina, were absolutely wonderful. We loved having morning coffee and evening drinks on the upper terrace overlooking the marina. Visited several restaurants in the marina and all were good. The location made it very easy to explore other areas of the Algarve region. Communication with Annie was seamless. She provided information and was in contact before and during our stay. Just a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end. We hated to leave and will definitely stay again. Fabulous apartment in a perfect location!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment last weekend, and couldn't fault a thing. Communication from Annie (apartment owner) and Lynda (in resort manager) was great. We arrived early and Lynda arranged for us to drop off our luggage before they even had a chance to clean the apartment. We had no issues at all during our stay. The location was perfect for us... right on the marina but just around the corner from all the bars and restaurants, so very quiet. The view from the terrace was stunning, and has the sun all day. The top terrace leads to the kitchen/living area and the bottom terrace accessed from two bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the first floor behind the kitchen, and has a balcony facing the pool. Our weather was mixed so we didnt use the pool, but it's a nice touch that beach towels are provided too. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The hairdyers were powerful, there were lots of hangers in the wardrobes, and there was never a shortage of hot water! One thing we didn't notice at first was that there were no spare toilet rolls, so would advise to get some when you do your first shop. We should've checked though, so that's not a complaint! I would highly recommend staying here and would love to return again, but for longer than a weekend next time. It was bliss!

We are a family of 5 who live near Manchester in the UK. We discovered Vilamoura 10 years ago and have been coming back several times a year ever since. We love the boats in the marina, the great weather and the refreshing atlantic breeze that keeps the weather perfect. We have 3 great teenage children who continue to love Vilamoura and all it has to offer. We purchased our apartment in 2011 and have completely refurbished it .

We have been coming to Vilamoura so often over the last few years that buying a property just made good sense. We love being right on the marina and not having to have a car. Vilamoura is very flat so walking, jogging and cycling are all pretty enjoyable. We chose this apartment as it was directly on the marina but in the quieter part of the marina so we could still get a good nights sleep despite bars and restaurants and marina clubs staying open until the small hours.

Having visited many marinas around Europe the location of this apartment directly on the marina is very special and unusual, making fabulous views, great people and boat watching and day long sun and breeze. As its duplex the outside terraces at ground and first floor levels are simply amazing
