Dies ist eine sehr günstige Lage, um viele der Sehenswürdigkeiten von Cornwall zu besuchen, während Sie noch in einem ruhigen ländlichen Weiler sind. Ein Wanderparadies vor der Haustür, in dem 50 km von der Haustür entfernt Helland Barton-Wälder liegen, ist dies ein perfektes Urlaubsziel sowohl für den Familienhund als auch für Sie.

Dieses Ferienhaus in Delabole liegt in ländlicher Umgebung und am Meer. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Burg Tintagel und King Arthur’s Hall sind genauso interessant wie die Attraktionen der Region, zu denen Pengenna Pasties und Cornish Coast Day Adventures zählen. Ebenfalls einen Besuch wert sind diese beiden Highlights: Camel Creek Adventure Park und Bodmin and Wenford Railway. Beim Segeln, beim Surfen/Bodyboarden und beim Angeln kannst du die umliegende Wasserwelt erkunden oder aber du stürzt dich beim Radfahren ganz in der Nähe in ein Abenteuer mit festem Boden unter den Füßen.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr schönes, kleines, gemütliches Haus, sehr nette Vermieter, alles liebevoll hergerichtet, man kann sehr viel in der näheren Umgebung erkunden, anschauen, wandern, etc.

A hidden gem perfectly situated for a couple with dogs!

Unfortunatelly we (my wife, me and our five dogs) have spent only 3 days in this beautiful little place and have been amazed how much someone can make out of a few square meters. We missed absolutely nothing! Even the little garden is just a gem. An extra treat has been the foddpath starting just a few meters down the road, leading through the woods along a small creek which made evey walk pleasant even with 30°C+. Thanx a lot to Tracy and her husband who made this awesome plasterwork in and at the house! :-D

Lovely Cosy Cottage

We had a wonderful short break at the Burrow. The cottage was beautifully presented & well equipped. Despite the weather being relatively cold the wood burner kept it lovely & cosy. Tracey was a very accommodating host with any questions answered quickly. We were able to do some fabulous walks without getting in the car & the coast path is stunning. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Tracey.

What a lovely place, great for getting around Cornwall. Made to feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend and would book again. Very clean and tidy, didn’t need to take towels. Pub in village served lovely food

Perfect Cornish Holiday

We really enjoyed our stay at The Burrow which is perfect for 2 people and a dog. The location is excellent for getting around the North Cornish area with many dog friendly beaches available in close proximity. The Cottage is well equipped, with a very comfy bed and more spacious than the pictures show. The hosts were very attentive and very handy being just across the road. We would certainly recommend the accommodation to others but we ready to meet tractors on the narrow lanes leading to the property!!!

An amazing find

A beautiful cottage with wonderful hosts who are around to help if anything is needed. So easy to get to Wadebridge, Polzeath and many places on the North coast …. And the cottage is just perfect and so dog friendly. Everything for us and our dogs has been thought through. I really hope to return if there is space when I need to be down that way.

Just perfect

This little place is beautiful. Spotlessly clean , with everything you need for a lovely stay. Choccy eclairs on arrival was a delicious touch, thank you. Our pooch enjoyed his stay too , extremely doggy friendly Don’t want to recommend it too highly because we don’t want it to be booked up , but can’t say anything other than fantastic.

Beautiful cottage, clean, cosy, comfortable and more spacious than the photos look for 2 people and 2 dogs. Fantastic host Tracey, thankyou for making us so welcome. little garden to chill out in the morning and evening sunshine. Lots of lovely walks, great traditonal pub in the village, tasty food. dog friendly Daymer bay was glorious. Really enjoyed our break away in gorgeous Cornwall. Can not fault it at all.

Birthday Break!

What a fabulous find this was! Gorgeous little cottage, quietly tucked away but situated perfectly only a few miles drive from some beautiful walks, stunning scenery and the prettiest little towns. Gorgeous walking from the cottage as well as everything you need. Thankyou Tracy again for the treats, lovely supply of logs (having the log burner was just fabulous) and friendly communications, it was the perfect place to celebrate in my favourite county ❤️

Fantastic time

Had our first short stay and it was just delightful, cosy log burner and couldn’t hear a pin drop just perfect. A short drive to the tourist spots but very easy to navigate once you get your bearings. Tracy & Chris were so helpful and very friendly, couldn’t do enough to help you. Superb for the dogs and a totally secure fenced garden which for us was great to let our 3 roam about. Cottage was spotless and so warm and cozy, everything you need is supplied for you and immaculately decorated. Home from home Will be back for sure Highly recommend

Amazing little gem

Booked this to extend my 2 week holiday.The property was perfect and great hosts. Tracy & chris fab hosts and so helpful. Perfect peaceful location and ideal for visiting Bude ,Padstow , or Rock, as halfway between them all !!.And then get to return to this little gem that has everything you could wish for and more!!, with the most comfy bed and seating area. Already planning our next visit !

My partner Chris and I have owned and lived in Gable Cottage for nearly 10 years now.
Previous to living here, I lived in St. Teath (just up the road) where I have been all my life and Chris (who is originally from Aylesbury) moved to Cornwall for the good life and has never looked back!
Newhall Green is our favorite place to be, especially in the summer when we can spend the day in the garden with our dogs, or walking in the woods (literally on the doorstep). In fact it is a standing joke amongst our family and friends that we never go anywhere. But who needs to travel when you live in such a fantastic place!
We are sure you will fall in love with The Burrow and look forward to sharing it with you.

It is an area we were already familiar. The cottage, and more recently the converted workshop (The Burrow) gave us our little haven in the country.
Newhall Green is well placed for seeing many of the attractions the North Coast of Cornwall has to offer while still being off the beaten track. We are ten minutes away from the picturesque village of Port Isaac, famous for "Doc Martin" and there are many other attractions nearby, including the Camel Trail, several Golf courses, Tintagel Castle and numerous stunning beaches.

The Burrow is a characterful property (equipped to a high standard with fully equipped kitchen and flat screen TV and DVD player) in the very sleepy hamlet of Newhall Green. It offers guests a sanctuary in a relaxed peaceful location with a private garden and dedicated parking. It is within walking distance of St. Teath, the local village with a shop, pub, post office and Butchers and is not more than ten minutes from a variety of stunning beaches and rugged moorland. Only a few miles from the Doc Martin and other film crews happening in 2016.
