Am Rande der geschäftigen Stadt Stratford können Sie im Dorf Tiddington entspannen. Tiddington liegt nur 25 Gehminuten von Stratford entfernt und bietet nach einem ereignisreichen Tag Ruhe. Das Dorf verfügt über hervorragende Einrichtungen, darunter ein Dorfkneipe, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und mehrere Restaurants.

Das Fernleigh Coach House wurde 1882 erbaut und 2012 auf höchstem Niveau umgebaut. Es bewahrt freiliegende Balken und Wände, die durchgehend mit Kalkstein- und Eichenböden versehen sind.

Es gibt eine helle und luftige Küche mit handbemalten Shaker-Einheiten und französischen Türen, die auf eine sonnige Terrasse führen.

Ein Wohnzimmer mit sichtbarer Backsteinmauer und Balken mit stabiler Tür, durch die die Sonne hereinströmen kann.

Ein Duschraum im Erdgeschoss aus Kalkstein mit Doppeldusche.

Eine Treppe führt zum Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock mit Doppelbett und französischen Türen und einem Balkon mit Blick auf den Garten.

Draußen gibt es eine große private Terrasse und einen Parterre-Garten, in dem Sie im Freien speisen können. Die freistehende Unterkunft befindet sich auf dem Grundstück des Hauses des Eigentümers und ist über einen Schotterweg erreichbar.

Stratford ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt oder einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt, aber im Dorf können Sie sich entspannen und im örtlichen Pub, in der Deli / Tapas-Bar oder in den Restaurants gutes Essen und Bier genießen. Es gibt auch einen gut sortierten Dorfladen.

Great location for walking or driving into Stratford, accommodation had everything you needed, also very clean and tidy. Good food in the village pub , served a great pint of Guinness. We had a lovely few days, would definitely recommend

Very nice stay in Tiddington

My husband and I had a very nice time staying at the carriage house in Tiddington. It was perfect for the two of us and Matt and Karin were very welcoming. It was a short distance to Stratford Upon Avon which we walked to even when it was raining. I would definitely stay there again if we go back.

Communication hosts Karin and Matt excellent booking to stay couldnt do enough for us. Wine and milk much appreciated. Property excellent 👌 clean everything there we could need. About 25 minute walk into Strarford where there is so much to do. Excellent pub and shop on the doorstep too. Highly recommend had a fabulous time away

Perfect for a couple

The property was exactly as advertised and well equipped. It was lovely and cosy, in a great location for Stratford-upon-Avon. We managed to find parking on side streets the whole time we were there, so that shouldn't put anyone off.

Excellent character holiday let.Renovated to a high standard. Owner very pleasant and helpful. Would happily return another time.No car parking on site . i am minded to say due to fairly steep staircase and limited space on first floor could be a difficulty for someone with mobility issues.

Karin and Matt were lovely hoists and were there if you wanted to ask anything. You are so near everything. The coach house had all you needed was really clean. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend. We parked outside all week. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

A gem in Stratford-Upon-Avon

This is a fantastic place to stay for an adult couple. The cottage is clean and tastefully done, with a wonderful mix of Stratford charm and modern convenience. The hosts were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The cottage is in a peaceful neighborhood, roughly a (pretty) 20 minute walk to downtown. My only complaint is that we had to leave!

Small but perfectly formed

The accommodation provided everything we needed for our break. Garden and terrace were lovely, bottle of Prosecco on our arrival was a thoughtful touch. Host had a wealth of information about the area and ideas of places to visit, this was much appreciated, Karin even sent a draft of information she is compiling to send out to guests. Village itself has a lot of amenities, local pub and places to eat as well as a large Spar, with very friendly staff. As stated there is designated parking outside the Coach House, but we managed to get parked on the street every day, even if it was further down the street. Stratford is only a 30 minute walk away which was fine for us, we did use the water taxi as well, which we really enjoyed, a relaxing way to travel. Great property, lovely area, we would definitely recommend.

Small but perfectly formed!

This very chic and stylish coach house is in the perfect location to explore Stratford Upon Avon and the surrounding areas. Stratford is about a 30min walk which we did most days. The accommodation was exactly as described. Full marks for style, function and cleanliness. The Spa store just a few doors away is very convenient for picking up essentials for the stay, although our thoughtful host had left us coffee, tea, milk and even a bottle of wine! There is also a pub, and 3 restaurants all within a few steps of the coach house. Everything was provided to make our stay extremely enjoyable. I can't think of a way that it could have been improved. We highly recommend the Coach House to anyone visiting the area.

The host was helpful when it came to last minute changes of our trip, and was very accomodating. The place was bigger than I expected, came well equipped as well as being clean and warm. There was lots of information available about the local area, things to do and places to eat. Thanks so much for a great stay!

My husband, Matt and I, love to travel and enjoying staying in beautiful properties around the world. So we wanted to create a special place to stay for those wishing to visit Stratford, the Cotswolds and surrounding area.

We love Stratford and the surrounding area. We moved to Stratford some years ago, having found a Victorian villa in need of renovation. The final phase of our renovation, in 2012, was to convert the old stable and outbuildings into a luxury holiday cottage 'Fernleigh Coach House' so that guests could enjoy all the wonders the area has to offer.
