Great apartment

We had a lovely stay at the apartment it was spacious,well equipped and comfortable, particularly impressed by the pool area, balcony was also spacious with cooling awning and parasol, the apartment is well located and cool with ceiling fans and air conditioning in all bedrooms and living area, the beds were very comfortable and the whole apartment was very clean when we arrived, the whole complex was very quiet and friendly, we couldn't of asked for a better stay, and would definitely come back again. Vv

Comfortable apartment in laid back neighbourhood

The apartment provided what we wanted. Enough space inside for two with additional bathroom, the balcony is large and had pleasing views over trees and small fields. The inclusion of a key operated safe is always a bonus, and 2 sets of keys (one to be left in the keybox outside of the front door) alleviates any issues if one set goes astray. The bars and restaurants of seafront Paphos are only an easy 15 minute walk, although there is an excellent restaurant (Pambis) a 2 minute walk from the apartment at the end of the drive.

Accommodation was dated and didn't feel freshly clean. Bed extremely uncomfortable and had to purchase a mattress topper. Couches again uncomfortable. Outside furnisher didnt have any cushions and felt tired. No additional towels to use on sun lounger. No pool view only trees. Air conditioning little use as in the wrong location on the rooms. Location was great and handy for use of harbour area. Noisy neighbour.

Wonderful relaxing tranquil penthouse apartment

Gorgeous immaculate penthouse apartment with magnificent terrace. Extremely well equipped and ideally situated between the two pools offering a calm and tranquil place to " chill". Apartment perfectly based out of town centre but only a few minutes drive away to shops, beaches and all that Paphos has to offer. Complex off main road but only a one minute walk to bus stops. Local grocery shop that was well stocked and restaurant 2 minute walk away. Amazing Meze restaurant extremely recommended a 2 minute drive away. Safe and secure parking on site should you need it. Archaeological sites near by are extremely interesting and inexpensive. Excursions available from many agents in Paphos. Thoroughly recommend it to families and adults. TV, CD player and DVD appreciated in the air conditioned living space. Owner very informative and extremely helpful with information about local facilities and help if required whilst out there. Thoroughly recommend this wonderful apartment and thanks for letting us holiday out there. Recommend the 90 minute drive to Troodos Monastery.

Good location and very clean property

All OK and as advertised. Balcony is a sun trap and although awning did not work a large umbrella was available for shade. Good air con and wi-fi. Beds comfy and good water pressure, both hot and cold. Hot water supplied by switching on emersion heater outside small toilet. Local shop OK and used Pambi's Taverna a few times, good food and gorgeous Parrot. Parking available and nice lift to top floor. Very quiet area and enjoyed hearing braying donkey (occasionally) from animal rescue farm a few fields away.

Property is in a nice area, and approximately a 20 minute walk from the harbour. The pools were good, very clean and quiet while we were there in September.

Lovely penthouse!

Apartment had everything we needed, large balcony, & very sunny but shade if you wanted it. We didn’t use the pool , but it didn’t look busy, limited beds & umbrellas around pool. It was quite a walk to the seafront & harbour, ok if you don’t mind walking! Pambi’s diner nearby was excellent, plenty of other restaurants on seafront area & harbour.

Cheap and basic

basic apartment with no views in need of a few minor repairs, there’s is an outside underground shower/toilet beside the pool area which is in a very bad state of repair and needs Totally refurbished meaning if you have a late flight departure there’s nowhere to have a shower etc. location to restaurants and bars 20min walk (taxi 8 euros) Rob and Tracey who look after the apartment for the owners were great and very kindly held our luggage for us in their own apartment as rob was our pickup and drop off to the airport.

Comfortable apartment.

Lovely apartment not far from the harbour in Paphos. Well furnished with everything you could want. We had two bad days when we arrived and needed heat which was available. The hot water was very hot so needed getting used too. Only bad thing was the none stop barking of a dog near the property, not the owners fault but maybe something could be done about it as it was quite annoying when sitting on the balcony in the sunshine. Would recommend this apartment for all. Lift up to it and friendly neighbours.

Perfect - home from home with added sunshine

The apartment was all you could wish for and more. Spacious, every kitchen utensil you need even down to tne bread basket. Roof terrace was a little sun trap but the awning helped if you wanted shade. Sun beds available and a bbq which we used couple of times. Spacious bedrooms, having 2 bathrooms was a god send with a teenager and air conditioning throughout. Easy to access via stairs or a lift and location perfect as away from the main hustle and bustle of Paphos. The two pools were well maintained and always clean. One day we had the pool to ourselves but never very busy. Sun beds were in the apartment for use by the pool as well as 2 on the roof terrace.. Location is on a regular bus route to Paphos which takes about 20 minutes to the harbour bus station. Bus stop is at the end of the drive by the farm shop or opposite Pamb'is diner. Also at the end of the drive is another shop that sells newspapers etc. We enjoyed eating in, but can highly recommend Pambi's Diner, the staff are friendly, large helpings of local dishes along with burgers, pizza, fish, grills and breakfasts. They have added entertainment ie. A very comical parrot, he loves saying Hello and Goodbye. We booked a couple of excursions with Ruslan Travel who have an office at the bus station. Highly recommend the folklore eveing, great fun and fabulous food. Expected to be in a large taverna but was located in a small town 16km away.. Also did day trip to Famagusta which was very good. Lidl supermarket is on the main dual carriageway nea Tomb of Kings and very easy to get to. There is also a major supermarket called Alpha Mega which is near the Debenhams complex. Also on the way to Lidl you can see a major shopping complex called Kings avenue Mall which has 100 shops. Didn't visit ourselves but looked interesting. Recommend getting a hire car, although be careful of the petrol attendants at Esso near Alpha Mega supermarket as they fill for you. Don't pay till you see pump cost after filling. Can recommend Ocean Basket fish restaurant, every type of fish you can imagine, make sure you like fish or sushi as nothing else available. Rob the caretaker is a gem, was our driver for the airport runs and showed us round the apartment when we arrived. Also stopped at a local shop forr provisions, as midnight before we got there, Any problems he was at the end of the phone. His wife, Tracy also popped by to check all ok. Highly recommend apartment and location, will be back 😎

Fabulous apartment for a relaxing holiday!

Fantastic apartment, clean, spacious and well equipped. Lovely quiet area, both pools lovely (Had them to ourselves most days) Everything you need eg restaurants, supermarkets only 2 minute walk away.Very easy to get down to the harbour- 15 minute walk or bus stop 2 minutes away. Sue very helpful and organised, great information given. Efficient pick up/drop off service from Rob, who was also at hand should you need anything, which we didn't. Looking forward to return!

Great location, amazing roof terrace for day long sun, everything you need.

Really nice apartment with everything you need for a great holiday. Very well equipped and comfortable, a home from home. The roof terrace was excellent for chilling in the sun and BBQS. 2 mins walk to a nice taverna and a wide range of bars and tavernas within 15-20 mins walk. Couldn't have asked for anything more!

Home from home

We were picked up from the airport by Rob and taken straight to the apartment. He showed us round and pointed out where things were, which was all very helpful. The apartment was beautiful, absolutely spotless with everything we could need, including simple but necessary things such as washing up liquid, sponge and towels which are often omitted in holiday rentals. The big balcony was a welcome bonus, don't think we sat inside for more than 20 minutes in the whole week! Lovely views over the fields to the sea and two pools to choose from. There were a couple of supermarkets nearby and Pambi's Diner which serves good food - we had dinner there one night plus a big breakfast on the morning of our return home. The apartment is a good 20 minute walk from the harbour area but flat so not too tiring. Only problem was the bedside light didn't work, but immaterial as there is a switch for the main light above the bed; I mentioned it to Rob on the way back to the airport and he said he would sort it on his return. Lovely place, relaxing holiday - thank you to the RWs.

Excellent,

Excellent,very organised,modern utensils and everything works,very clean kept uptogether credit to owners and crew....broadband might need upgrading buffering on catch up tv at peak times,uncertain if apartment has its designated parking but whichever space used its in the shade marks out of ten..(TEN)

Best pools of all our 8 stays in cyprus

Very nice pools. Nice apartment. Friendly and prompt management of apartment. Only down point is the timed air conditioning during very hot summer days. Woke up during the night being hot and had to switch air conditioning back on.

Very relaxed and comfortable stay

The property is very comfortable and well equipped, and the images on Owners Direct shows the apartment very accurately. It was lovely and quiet and we enjoyed sitting out on the balcony looking across the trees and watching the birds swoop around. The awning on the balcony was particularly appreciated as it provided plenty of shade across the table and chairs. Air con and fans worked well indoors when it got too hot outside. It was a 15-20 minute walk to town but the farm shop around the corner had a decent stock of supplies for day to day needs. As it was pretty hot when we stayed we used the buses sometimes - to the harbour and up to the old town - which was v cheap travel at E1.50 a journey/E5 all day - but we had to be patient sometimes as the timetable was fairly random! All in all a very good standard apartment with a bit more comfort and better facilities than many rentals.

Chill Out

Lovely apartment and area for our autumn chillout. Excellent facilities both in the apartment and the concourse, all excellently maintained. We really enjoyed our morning and late afternoon swims in the beautiful situated pools, choice of 2. Breakfast and pre dinner drinks on the balcony with either rising or setting sun began and ended our days. Easy walking access to Kato Paphos and the harbour, beaches and cafes. Also local tavernas offer very tasty economic meals. Akamas peninsular and Troodos only short car journey away. Definitely would recommend this property and its facilities.
