Ein schönes Doppelhaus mit 2 Schlafzimmern, das zu einem hohen Standard ausgestattet und perfekt im Herzen von Swanage gelegen ist.

Günstig gelegen, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom atemberaubenden Strand, der geschäftigen Stadt und den fabelhaften Restaurants entfernt und dennoch leicht zu erreichen, um den Rest der Juraküste zu erkunden.

Essen
Sobald Sie das Cottage betreten, betreten Sie die voll ausgestattete Wohnküche. Hängen Sie Ihre Mäntel auf, ziehen Sie Ihre Schuhe aus und entspannen Sie sich in diesem komfortablen Raum. Alles, was Sie zum Aufkochen eines Sturms benötigen, sowie eine Geschirrspülmaschine sind vorhanden. Es gibt einen Smeg-Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, in dem Sie alle Ihre frischen Lebensmittel aufbewahren können, und einen großen Schrank mit Trockenwaren. Eine Mikrowelle und eine Waschmaschine / Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. In der Küche befindet sich ein Bose-System, mit dem Sie Ihre Lieblingsmusik abspielen oder sich einfach am Esstisch zurücklehnen und Ihre Programmwahl auf dem Fernseher mit Sky verfolgen können.

Faulenzen
Die Lounge verfügt über zwei bequeme Sofas und einen Sessel zum Entspannen. Es gibt sanfte Beleuchtung und einen Flachbildfernseher. Brettspiele, Bücher und eine Auswahl an DVDs finden Sie im wunderschönen antiken Sideboard.

Baden
Das Badezimmer befindet sich oben auf der Treppe, wo sich die Badezimmer-Suite mit Kopfbrause befindet. Es gibt einen beheizten Handtuchhalter.

Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer. Schlafzimmer 1 besteht aus einem Doppelbett, weiß getünchten Seitenschränken und Stauraum. Es hat auch einen Fernseher, wenn Sie sich entspannen und horizontal fernsehen möchten.

Swanage cottage

Very well-equipped and clean property. Particularly excellent were the location (just a short walk down the hill to the seafront, shops, pubs and restaurants) and the fact that there is a parking spot. We would certainly stay again.

Wonderful stay in Swanage

Stayed at the property for 5 nights and I can't fault it. The downstairs space was generous, and the kitchen well equipped. The location was amazing! It was about a 1 minute before you reach the local fish and chip shop and you're immediately in town. Planning my next visit already!

The best rental property we've ever had in Swanage

Very well-appointed cottage in an enviable location close to the town centre, the beach and parkland.Plus points•Beautifully clean and tidy on arrival.•Large well-equipped kitchen/diner and comfortable lounge. •Lots of storage space for cases, backpacks, walking boots etc.•Off-street parking (suitable for vehicles up to medium sized family cars) is a rare bonus in Swanage.Limitations (these are not criticisms, merely factors inherent in an older property in the heart of a historic town to be considered)•The double bedroom is small•The stairs are steep and could be difficult for small children or those with infirmities•Only one WC During our stay we were unlucky to encounter problems with both the wi-fi and the TVs. The owner was swift to work to rectify these issues and we were confident that she is a capable, caring and conscientious host.We would certainly be happy to return

Perfect stay

Enjoyed a fantastic week staying at Sunnybank.The cottage was exactly as described,very well stocked with all you would need and perfectly situated for the town and beach. Swanage carnival week is such good fun and with the weather being so great we had a fabulous time. Thanks Sarah...and especially for the stunning cake that greeted us on arrival.

We had a brilliant stay at Sarah's property - the house was lovely and light and bright, with plenty of space and an excellent location to explore local sights. Sarah was really amenable and helpful and we would absolutely love to return!

Lovely cottage

Lovely stay in Dorset cottage, property is ideally located close to high street and main parade a must with car park space, really well equipped. Only downside is very small main bedroom but don’t dwell on that as the property as a whole far makes up for it and photos are accurate.

really amazing in every respect

We felt good and comfortable in Sunnybank from the first moment, enjoyed the large balcony for meals and a bottle of wine in the sunny evenings. The flat is located perfectly with only little traffic, but just a short distance to town, shops, beach, restaurants and pubs (don´t miss The White Swan). Really nice and helpful contact to Sarah; thank you very much. It´s a long way to go from nothern Germany to Swanage, but it´s worth it and we´ll surely come back.

Lovely property

Had a wonderful break in lovely Sunnybank. Property is in an ideal location, close to shops, restaurants and the beach. Fantastic location to explore the area. We enjoy it!

We are travelling from Germany and spent two weeks in Swanage. The cottage was great, fully equipped and lovingly furnished. The Beds were very comftable. A highlight is also the own parking space in front of the house! We spent a great time and we could also meet Sarah at the end (many greetings). If we come back to Swanage, Sunnybank will be our favorite choice.

Great position

Great position, close to town centre and only a short walk from the coast path. Very spacious and with parking space. The owner left us a selection of wonderful cakes. I don't normally like cake but these were special. All spotlessly clean.

Very Clean

Not been back to Swanage for 9 years and our first time in a Cottage, had a fabulous week at Sunnybank, very clean well equipped great location. The owner was quick to respond to any problems that we had. Only a short walk to the town and beach, with lots of independent shop and restaurants, we particularly liked Chilled Red's, excellent food and service. Would definitely recommend Sunnybank, and would book again

Excellent location and beautifully presented

The cottage was excellent with everything you could need. The kitchen is very spacious and well appointed. The sitting room is very cosy and comfortable. A short walk down the hill and we had all the amenities of the town centre we only used our car once. We did not use the balcony due to the time of year of our stay but there is a lovely view to the town and hills. We would definitely stay at this cottage again. Thank you for all you help Sarah. Great family home in the heart of Swanage

Our third family visit and we are booked for next year. A true home from home, immaculately clean as always, equiped with everything you need. We even did a full Sunday roast. A very relaxing spot despite being close to the centre of Swanage. The addition of Sky Q with all the channels was a great bonus this year. To sit on the balcony with an ice cold drink and watch the world go by is great in an evening. We always find something different to do each year but to be able to forget the car and just walk everywhere is a bonus. I can't recommend this home highly enough for a family holiday in a coastal location that has so much to offer.

Fantastic location

The location of this cottage must surely be its unique selling point! Just a short walk from the beach and shops; it was brilliant for days at the beach when you want to take a million items with you. We could pop back easily if we needed to. Despite its close proximity to town, it is very quiet and we had really good sleeps here. The cottage is very well kitted out and has everything you could need and is finished to high standard throughout. The deck is fab, a real asset, and we spent lots of time up there reading, eating and sunbathing. Lastly, the cottage has its own parking spot which is brilliant as parking in Swanage is so hard to find, so if you go out for the day you don't have to worry about parking when you get home late! Sunnybank is a great find and we hope to return.

Everything we expected and more. The location within Swanage is perfect. A two minute walk to all the shops, pubs, restaurants and beach but still nice and quite at the property. Off street parking on the driveway ticked our box for convenience. The property was clean, spacious and well decorated with everything we needed. Beds where very comfortable. Sky tv, DVDs, board games. Nice overhead shower. Sarah is a top host. She messaged us to confirm property was ready for access before the stated check in time. We was also welcomed with a fresh cream cake on the kitchen table. Such a kind gesture. Thank you so much Sarah, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend. All the best Steve and Sarah 🍰🌼

Beautiful,,,the whole experience,,,getting to Swanage,,, getting to the cottage,,, celebrating both my sisters and my birthday was just fantastic,,the cottage it's self was beautiful,very roomy the outside roof balcony was a plus we loved it,,the salt pig restaurant was out of this world amazing food,,, We would definitely book Sunnyside again with out a dealt.
