Diese Wohnung wurde gerade komplett renoviert. Bietet voll ausgestattete Küche (Espresso-Kaffeemaschine) und stilvolle Badezimmer, Klimaanlage, Internet, internationale Kanäle, doppelt verglaste Fenster. Das Schlafzimmer ist auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes, also sehr ruhig. Top-Qualität Matratze (New 2018)
Im 2. Stock eines kleinen Gebäudes in der Altstadt, 10 Meter von der 'Porte Fausse' entfernt, bietet das Apartment einen Blick auf die malerische 'Rue de la Boucherie' auf der einen Seite und die neue Stadt, Place Massena, und die Hügel auf der anderen. Nur 2 Minuten vom 'Cours Saleya' Markt und dem Strand entfernt.

Terrific Location

My partner and I spent a week in this beautiful, bright and cozy old town apartment. Location is perfect, just five minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to Massena, 5 minutes to Garibaldi. Close to tram stop to easily reach the train station. Free coffee pods provided to enjoy on the stunning balconies. Had an issue with hot water on our first day which the host promptly responded to and provided a solution for. Can’t recommend enough!

Perfect apartment for a summer getaway

Thoughtful, comfortable and a great location are the first words that come to mind when describing the apartment. Steps away from great food, drink and shopping, and about a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach. We had a perfect week in Nice! The only caution is that if you have mobility issues, the stairs may be a challenge. We had no problem with them.

Cozy Apartment in Old Town Nice

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The washer/dryer was very handy, though I had to download the operating manual. If you're from Europe, you may be familiar with the machine. It's location was ideal, adjacent to the old town. There were many good restaurants nearby. The sea promenade was close by. In addition, two tram stations were located on either side of the apartment. Unfortunately, the previous renters broke the air conditioner. We tried opening the window to get a breeze, but the city noise made it difficult. The manager was very responsive. All in all, it met our needs for the week.

Good place close to everything

Stayed there for Ironman Worlds and it was a great location. Very clean and has everything you need. Stairs are pretty tricky with luggage and the bakery or one of the businesses would sit below bedroom window and have loud conversations pretty much every night/morning, but other than that it is a great place.

Beautiful and clean apartment, perfect for a stay of two weeks. Location couldn’t be better and we were super happy to have the airconditioning during the hot summer! Enjoyable Stay

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The location was perfect and within easy walking distance to tourist attractions. Located next to the tram route and many restaurants nearby. The apartment had mostly everything we needed but could have used a dish cloth and dish towel to help with kitchen clean up. The bedroom is small and not much room to move between the wall and the end of the bed but a very comfortable mattress.

Quick and easy to get anywhere

It was such a great location to be able to walk and explore Nice easily. Short walks to museums, cathedrals, trains and public transportation, and ~10min walk to the promenade. There’s a lovely homemade pasta shop nearby that made it so easy to have a delicious meal cooked in the apartment. It is pretty central, so you get to hear a lot of the night life in the evenings. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of utensils and amenities, and the balcony was nice to sit out with a glass of wine or coffee. Would highly recommend.

Lovely stay in great city

Great location, right on street car and bus lines. Next to old town and a few blocks from Promanade des Anglais. Could be noisy if windows open but quite sound proof with them closed. Lots of kitchen implements, an oven as well as microwave and 4 burner stove. We have dietary restrictions so cooked in most nights, but also lots of nearby cafes and restaurants for evenings you want to eat out. Long park across the street. 2 little balconies with comfortable chairs, though a bit noisy. Can eat at table inside or on balcony. Luxurious towels! Things that could improve. Sharpen the knives. Give instructions for clothes washer, microwave and heaters. We did muddle through, but… Add a stool to access the microwave and top shelves…very high. Laundry only washes, and drying is on a clothesline out the window. Not great if it rains a lot. Though there is a nearby laundromat. No elevator, but that was clearly indicated when we booked it. We both got very fit on those stairs! Generally a lovely stay in a great city.

Beautiful Apartment for two

The apartment is in a perfect location for Vieille Ville (old town), overlooking the Promenade du Paillon and within a 2 minute walk of the Cathédrale – Vieille Ville tram stop. The apartment was perfect for a couple, which a choice of 2 balconies to relax on and watch the world go by and the most comfortable bed I think we’ve ever had in a holiday apartment. There was minimal hanging space but a huge amount of storage in the chest of drawers in the lounge. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Loved that there were towels for the beach as we always forget. The Nespresso machine is a lovely touch for people who can’t start the day without a coffee 😉 Yes you will get some noise from outside on the weekend nights, but it’s a vibrant area of Nice and this being our 7th visit we were well prepared and it didn’t bother us at all. Val was friendly, responsive, and accommodating when we had a query about our bags. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Nice Apartment on edge of Vieux Nice

The apartment is stylish and comfortable. We stayed for two weeks and got to know it well. The apartment is actually 500 meters from the beach, not 50 as the headline states, but the walk is easy. Beach towels, umbrella and beach tote bag are provided. Stairs are a bit steep with no handrails for most of the first flight, so may be hard for less mobile people. Living room is bright and airy with a comfortable couch and dresser for clothes. The kitchen is nice & includes a combo clothes washer/dryer. These condensing dryers get clothes to a damp dry. A few hours draped out on the balcony complete the drying. To dry select cycle 14, press the flashing time button to set the time then the I/O button once to start. Wait until you will hear a click and a quick pump out that sounds like the washer is starting, then it will start the drying cycle. Don’t overload. The balcony overlooks the park. There is a bistro table and two chairs on the very small balcony on one side and two more reclined chairs on the other. Unfortunately the person in the middle gets stuck by the cactus and other pointed leaf plant. The bedroom is small and there is about 1 foot on each side of the bed to get around. I found the mattress very comfortable. More of a plush feel than most rather firm European mattresses. The room can get rather stuffy at night if the air conditioner fan is set on auto and turns off when cool. Setting the fan to high gets airflow into the bedroom and made it comfortable.

Excellent apartment in Nice.

The location is perfect - on the tram line that goes to the station and on the edge of the old town. So you are steps from the bars, restaurants, shops and market, but not in the crush of it. The apartment is compact, but well appointed and perfectly comfortable for 2 for a week. It takes up the whole floor, so gets good ventilation from the bedroom window at the back and two sets of French doors in the living room. It faces North over a park, the town and on to the hills. There is no need to shutter the doors from the sun, so you have light & air & views at all times. It has the prettiest balcony on the block, with a bistro table & chairs to one side and a couple of wicker chairs to the other, plus an amazing variety of succulents. We spent many happy hours on that balcony listening to the children play in the park. When closed, the double glazing in the doors & windows is a good sound block and the AC functions well. There is a clothesline below the bedroom window (the sunny side). The bath & kitchen seem recently renovated. Everything worked as expected, plenty of water pressure and hot water. The stairs up to the second level are narrow and winding. It was no problem with backpacks, but if you had a large case it could be a bit of a chore. We would definitely stay in this apartment again!

Hübsche zentrale Altstadtwohnung

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, sehr zentral in der Altstadt von Nizza. Durch die zentrale Lage ist der Geräuschpegel eher hoch, auch in der Nacht. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und modern, sie ist mit allem ausgestattet. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, Preis/Leistung stimmt.

Un séjour mémorable à Nice

L’appartement était parfait pour moi et mon épouse. La cuisine était fonctionnelle avec tous les appareils nécessaires pour préparer les repas, nous avons même utilisé la laveuse à linge sans aucun problème. Nous avons pris notre petit déjeuner sur le balcon qui a la petite table bistro à tous les jours et pris notre apéritif sur le deuxième bacon avec les chaises style « lounge » en fin de chaque après-midi, quel bonheur... L’emplacement de l’appartement est génial, avec la vue sur la Coulée Verte et aussi l’accès au Vieux Nice en 15 secondes via la Porte Fausse. Les cours Saleya sont à deux minutes à pied, la mer et la Promenade des Anglais à 4 minutes elles aussi. Nous avons utilisé le transport publique (Tram, Bus) sans problème pour nos déplacements à l’intérieur de Nice et pour aller visiter Monaco et Eze Village. Même s’il y a du bruit venant du Boulevard Jean Jaurès, le silence est de retour à l’intérieur aussitôt que l’on ferme les portes vitrées, et vous pouvez dormir en paix. Pour faciliter notre sommeil nous avons utilisé à quelques reprises le système de climatisation qui a très bien fait le boulot. L’appartement était propre et bien rangé. Nous avons apprécié les serviettes de plages et le sac qui étaient à notre disposition. Mike et Valérie étaient très rapides à répondre à nos questions et à nous donner de l’information avant et pendant notre séjour. Séjour mémorable, endroit à retourner. Merci Valérie et Mike!

Appartement super bien situé à proximité de tout

Appartement super bien situé, près des transports, adossé à la vieille ville et à 5 minutes de la plage. Nous avons grandement apprécié! Il faudrait toutefois porter une attention particulière au service d’entretien : à notre arrivée, le lavabo de la salle de bain était bloqué, donc inutilisable tout le séjour. Deux jours après notre arrivée, nous avons dû racheter des articles de base qui n’étaient pas fournis en quantité suffisante pour le séjour (papier hygiénique, mouchoirs, savon à vaisselle, etc.), c’est la première fois que cela nous arrive dans un appartement en location... De plus, nous sommes tombés sur de la vaisselle sale dans les armoires et de la vitre cassée sur la terrasse... Autrement, nous remercions chaleureusement Val pour ses bonnes adresses qui nous ont été fort utiles pour nos vacances

Apartment zum Wohlfühlen

Die Lage in der Altstadt von Nizza ist einzigartig, andererseits befinden sich die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und einige der Hauptsehenswuerdigkeiten vor der Haustür. Der Wohn-Essraum ist offen,hell und gemütlich,die Küche bietet alle Geräte auf hohem Niveau die Schlafnische mit dem bequemen Bett ist eine richtige Kuschelhöhle, das Bad bietet trotz geringer Größe jeden Komfort,die zwei kleinen Balkone laden zum Draußensitzen bei einem Imbiss oder einem Glas Wein ein. Wir wären gerne noch geblieben!!!

Schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Man ist direkt in der Altstadt und benötigt nur etwa fünf Minuten zum Strand. Die Wohnung war viel kleiner als auf den Bildern, aber absolut ausreichend und sauber. Leider gab es keine Moskitonetze. Uns ist ein Dekoobjekt kaputt gegangen- daraufhin habe wir eine sehr unfreundliche Mail erhalten. Unsere Versuchung ist nun eingeschaltet.

Gut: Sauberkeit, Check-in, Kommunikation, Lage und Genauigkeit des Onlineauftritts

Appartement très propre très agréable très bien situé et excellente literie

J’ai loué l’appartement 10 jours début août. L’appartement est conforme à la description. Très bien situé (plage et commerces) et la chambre est au calme (sauf le samedi soir mais ceci est normal dans le vieux Nice). Séjour solo parfait. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Je recommande .
