Treten Sie ein und finden Sie ein geräumiges Zimmer mit einem 50-Zoll-Flachbild-HD-Fernseher mit Blu-ray-Player - ein komfortabler Wohn- und Essbereich, wo Sie nach einem Tag am Strand entspannen können. Der Ostbalkon blickt auf eine wunderschön angelegte Lagune mit Springbrunnen, eine neue Terrasse und einen Deckenventilator, um den Platz im Freien zu genießen. Die kürzlich renovierte voll ausgestattete Küche verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler, neue Backofen, Mikrowelle, einen neuen großen Kühlschrank und Granit. Sie werden alles finden, was Sie brauchen, um ein Gourmet-Abendessen zu kochen, wenn Sie es wünschen. Die Full-Size-Frontlader Waschmaschine und Trockner ist bequem unter der Theke am anderen Ende der Küche versteckt. Die große Hauptschlafzimmer-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, eine Sitzecke und einen an der Wand montierten 37-Zoll-Flachbild-HD-Fernseher mit Blu-ray-Player und viel Platz für all Ihre Habseligkeiten. Zu den komplexen Annehmlichkeiten gehören ein Pool, Tennisplätze und private, überdachte, kostenlose Parkplätze. October getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at HHI! The condo location is Amazing!! You can walk a short distance to just about anything you would need. Colligny plaza, beach access, and bike trails are just outside the door!! The condo has updated beautifully appointed bathrooms, and new furniture in the living room! Very comfy and spacious! I would definitely rent this location in the future!!

Best Hilton Head location to be at and perfect 3BR condo for family beach vacation

Great 1st floor condo with easy garage parking and elevator access toload and unload for the week. Very clean and up to date appliances and comfy beds. Only difference from the listing was the XBox the kids were lioking forward to using in down-times (rain or before bed) had been removed from the property. Not a big deal and listing has since changed to not include it...so no longer a problem. Kids had a blast and great weather throughout our stay. Walk to Coligny shopping and restaurants, don't have to drive to have a great time here. Also across the street from beach access (easy with ALL family beach toys, canopy, etc. with our beach buggy) or easy beach entry through the public Coligny park and restroom/shower area just a few steps further away. We'll be back next time we return to HHI SC to vacation for sure!!!

Expectations not met

Disappointed in unit, vacation group worked with us to correct issues as best could, but very disappointed in cleanliness and bugs and unit up keep. Linens stained and dingy, cookware old. Money not well spent. Stayed in several units at this particular building but this one was not what I expected. We love the location just not the unit.

Great family trip !

This condo was a great place to stay with our family of 5. The location was amazing, we could walk or ride bikes everywhere and the beach was across the street. The pool and tennis courts at the villas were great too!

Nice condo close to everything.

Stay was enjoyable and property management was very helpful and informative, also offered coupons and discounts to local business that came in handy. Close walk to beach and shopping. Spent a day in Savannah, GA that was a short drive. Would recommend staying at this condo if you are looking for enjoyable beach vacation with lots to do when not at the beach.

Found this beautiful villa listed on your website. We had never been to Hilton Head before and didn't know what to expect. Reserving the villa was an easy process and when we got there, we were pleasantly surprised. The villa was beautiful and conveniently located near shops, restaurants and the beach. Fantastic Stay

This condo is excellent! The location was fantastic, close to the beach, grocery, shopping and restaurants. The condo was well equipped with cooking tools to meet all needs, spacious rooms and beautiful decor. Our all adult family of five had plenty of space. The balcony deck had such a beautiful outside view. We spent our sun time between the pool and the beach. Coligny Plaza and Beach were easy access.

Well kept property and excellent location.

The property was in the perfect location and was will-kept. However, trying to speak with the property management proved to be futile and was very frustrating. The back of the apartment's heat nor ac was working and there was not hot water. Plumbing came and fixed water, but those sleeping in the back 2 rooms ended up sleeping in living room in order to have heat. The nights were cold. Also, check-out time is entirely too early, especially being that you can not extended the time to at the least, noontime. It made things very hard for us and the fact that we had been trying to get an answer to the extension for 24 hours before we were due to check out made it even more frustrating.

Perfect location, very clean, great service

Brought the family for a long weekend and the location exceeded expectations. More than enough room for four adults and two kids. It was very clean and located a short walk from the beach and shopping/restaurants. The management team reached out regularly to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect in every way!

The villa was not only beautifully decorated but was fully supplied with anything we could possibly need! The location was amazing and walking distance to the beach!!! Loved the parking garage as we left in rainy weather and stayed dried while loading the car! The management company was AWESOME to work with and even called to check on us! We know that we will return again to this awesome villa!!!

Great Beach Vacation!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Villa. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. The boys enjoyed playing the x-box on the few occasions we were actually home! In fact, one of the controllers was not working so I notified the property manager, and they had a new one delivered to us within 2 days! The pool was very convenient and was large. The beach was only a 5 minute walk away. We rented the bikes - definitely worth it. We biked all around the island and made a daily family activity out of it. Our favorite food spots close by were the Frosty Frog and the Sandbar. Also really enjoyed Hudsons and Skull Creek (our favorite!). We loved how you could walk to shopping and restaurants. The villa is in the perfect location. We would definitely like to stay here again! There were a few beach items at the villa - a chair and some toys, but other than that, bring your own or buy them at the local grocery store. Also, bring hand soap. I didn't think about packing that with us and the grocery stores were all sold out. Overall it was a 5 star accommodation and highly recommended by all of us!
