Phoenix West II 1901 ist ein 4 Schlafzimmer, 4. 5 Badezimmer Golf-Fronteinheit.

Es ist etwa 2500 sq. Ft mit einem großen umlaufenden Balkon mit Zugang vom Wohnbereich und Osten Aussicht.

Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, 55-Zoll-Flachbild-Smart TV und eigenem Bad mit Jacuzzi-Wanne, große begehbare in Fliesen Dusche mit zwei Duschköpfen und einer Doppelwaschtisch.

Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat auch 2 volle Betten mit eigenem Bad und doppelten Duschköpfen und das dritte Schlafzimmer bietet einen König und ein eigenes Bad.

Das 4. Schlafzimmer hat auch 2 volle Betten. Es gibt auch ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer.

Alle Zimmer verfügen über einen Flachbildfernseher und DVD-Player.

Ein WLAN-Internetzugang zur Verfügung steht, sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl mit Induktionskochfeld, große Insel mit Bar, Bar mit Eismaschine und Weinkühler und einem vollen Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Great space

We try to book a beach vacation every summer with our family. The space and kitchen was great. The wrap around deck was nice. We cooked almost every meal because it is too hard to go out to eat after a long day at the beach with young children. It was nice to have a storage pantry and a large kitchen to accommodate cooking for 14 people. Would stay again

Truly an Oasis

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the condo. It was a clean, spacious, and perfect. The dining room table is perfect for puzzles! We had a blast and would definitely book again.

Spring Break with Family and Friends

The property was great, we had two families of four with plenty of room for everyone. Having 5 bathrooms made it easy to get ready in the mornings. The elevators were no problem in late March, but I could see that as a problem if the building was at capacity. One area for improvement would be softer / newer mattresses for adults, they were much thinner than the mattresses on the double beds.

Gulf Shores Condo

The size and location of the condo is great. Would have liked the kitchen to be a little more stocked, but it had all the essentials. The balcony was a perfect size and we had a lot of room to spread out. With each bedroom having a bathroom, it kept the adults from being able to not share with the kids!! The building elevators were a mess to deal with but that had nothing to do with the property itself.

Orange Beach

Property was spacious, beautiful and the perfect place for a multi-generational vacation. Two bedrooms had king sized beds which was a huge plus. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We would love to stay in this same condo again.

Family Fun in Orange Beach

Condo was clean, roomy and beautiful view from balcony. Plenty of room for 9 adults and 4 kids. Great kitchen, eating area. After maintenance fixed air on first day, the condo was cool for the trip. Ice maker didn’t work, but fridge provided some ice. Pool was shut down several times, weather related.Overall very satisfied with rental.

Our Stay July 3-10, 2022

The location of the property was perfect. Pros: 1. We had our very own fireworks show right below our balcony on the 19th floor on the 4th of July, was spectacular. 2. The space was sufficient 3. The AC worked wonderfully. 4. Loved the large pantry. Cons: 1. The elevators were a nightmare, waiting sometimes up to 45 minutes, a bunch of very unhappy people on this property. 2. I saw some old reviews about the furniture being very stained and would have thought that would have been addressed, but it wasn't, there should be a more durable fabric in a property you are renting. 3 . The refrigerator is very old and when we first opened it a shelf fell out, my husband went to Walmart and got a part to fix it. It did not cool well at all. 4. I love to cook and was looking forward to that since in the pictures it looked like a big kitchen. The stove was very old, as well as the dishwasher, there was no quality cookware or knives at all and the serving dishes were very scarce. 5. A couple of the sinks in the bathrooms would not drain properly, my husband fixed them. 6. I wish there was a property management company that would let you visit the property before you rent, know that's not going to happen, but I'd at least know what additional items I would need to bring and get an idea of what I was renting. Pictures can be very deceiving.

Family beach trip 2022

Love the Phoenix West II however this trip the elevators were a real problem and being on the 19th floor made for really long waits almost every time going to pool or beach. Love the Lazy River. Would be nice if the poolside concession was open .

What a view!!!

The only problem we had was microwave would not work at times. We called twice about it and they said they were sending someone up and no one ever came. When we arrived still had a lot of sand on the floors. I assumed floors forgot to be cleaned so I had to start vacuuming.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve stayed at another condo at Phoenix West 2, so my expectations might have been a little too high due to the other being so great. This condo had dingy and dirty living room furniture, the bathroom sinks were clogged and took forever to drain, the A/C units sounded like doors slamming constantly, and there were no extras of anything (and I mean anything). Like I said, I might just be spoiled from other rental stays, but even if so, this condo needs to get with the program. There were no extra blankets for beds, very minimal cookware, basically if you wonder if the condo already has it or not... it doesn’t. Go ahead and stop by somewhere on your way in the purchase it. As far as the other issues, they weren’t worth addressing during our short stay to have to coordinate with maintenance people to fix inconveniences. I had a great time, but condo was very average at best.

We had issues with the washer and microwave which was taken care of within 24 hours. The couches and chairs were dirty and stained. The mattresses were on the low end of the scale. Having stayed at the Phoenix West II before, I would highly recommend the property itself but not this particular condo.
