Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, und Sie bekommen ein Gefühl der Helligkeit, wenn Sie die Tür betreten. Wenn Sie auf dem Sofa in der Wohnung sitzen, haben Sie einen schönen Blick auf den Ozean, sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Es ist eine Dachgeschosswohnung, niemand oben. Es ist auch eine Eckwohnung. Der Balkon besteht aus zwei miteinander verbundenen Terrassen. Sie können den Pool überblicken, wie es direkt von der Wohnung ist. Der Pool ist beheizt und verfügt über eine Poolbar, wo Sie kleine Mahlzeiten und etwas zu trinken kaufen können. An der Rezeption erhalten Sie Unterstützung bei der Bestellung von Taxis, Touren, kostenlosem WLAN für die Nutzung der Unterkunft oder entspannen Sie bei Zeitschriften und Büchern.
Das Apartment verfügt über ein eigenes WLAN ohne Aufpreis.
Die gesamte Wohnung wurde im Juni 2019 neu gestrichen. Auch die Terrasse.
Du brauchst kein Auto. Restaurants, Geschäfte, Bars, Strand sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Ein entspannter Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, am Ortsrand von Puerto del Carmen gelegen. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, darum war die Entfernung zur Stadt und zum Strand kein Problem. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut eingerichtet. Für eine Ferienwohnung ist die Ausstattung und Einrichtung sehr gut und die Aussicht ist klasse. Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt, auch sonst wird die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub in angenehmer Umgebung.

Super Ausblick und Austattung kein WiFi und Sauberkeit mangelhaft

Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. Ausblick prima. WiFi praktisch nicht vorhanden, man muss WiFi zusätzlich bezahlen, wodurch sich der Empfang nicht verbessert. Wohnung prima vista sauber, wenn man besser hinschaut, blicken die Kakerlaken entgegen. Wenn man täglich putzt, überlebt man das alles.

Brilliant complex

We’ve just arrived back from another stay at Lago Verde this time we were in apartment A6 as with all apartments the views from the big balcony are stunning. The pool bar is excellent and very well run. The apartment has everything you need and was clean and everything worked perfectly . A6 has a good sized safe too which some others don’t have. The communication was great with Åse as we required access earlier than normal so no problem with this. We would return again without hesitation as Lago Verde is our favourite place to stay in Puerto del Carmen.John and Joyce

Winter break random trip

Excellent value for money we've been coming to this area for 24 years since kids were born usually stopped in villa but only 3 of us on this trip so went with a apartment Ase is a brilliant host with contact etc and bargain apartment with fantastic views and lovely pool great bar n cafe with the reception guys and Paul in the bar cafe doing brilliant lovely chap we loved it and will return... Just me and my wife though in the new year we're hoping lol

Lovely break at Lago Verde

Lovely apartment, with superb views. The apartment was a good size, with 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom and plenty of storage space. The kitchen was well equipped, also a comfortable lounge area with TV. Nice size balcony overlooking the pool and the views over the harbour and out to sea. Great communication with the owner Ase and easy access to apartment on arrival, was also able to have a late checkout, which was very helpful. The complex is very nice and reception & pool bar staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Only downside was lack of air conditioning, especially for trying to sleep.

Property large, comfortable and clean, Terrace is amazing Views out to sea and over the harbour, Lago Verde complex is brilliant, everyone so friendly and helpful, pool bar is great. Stayed here few times cant fault it, I will be back, Ase the owner makes booking easy, nothing to much trouble.

Une vue magnifique

Appartement spacieux et agréable avec une vue magnifique. Une résidence très agréable avec facilité pour se garer, piscine très bien entretenue, ambiance très sympathique. La propriétaire est très disponible et répond très rapidement aux demandes. Une semaine magnifique et parfaite au Lago Verde.

Lovely comfortable apartment on fab complex

Beautiful views from the balcony terrace overlooking harbour and sea. Fab location up the hill from old town, plenty of shops and restaurants close by. Complex great, fab pool and pool bar. Lovely people. We will be back again.

Excellent week

Apartment and complex is as described. Everything you need for your stay. Very family friendly. The pool bar is run by extremely nice couple. Have a little shop pretty much opposite the apartment and a spa shop 2 mins round the other side. Supermarket 10 mins walk as is the old harbour. Only slightly negative comments on apartment is that due to the lack of air con a couple of stand fans would be great. In side note you can hire them from reception for €20 per fan for the week. But unfortunately they only had one normal desktop fan available for our week during our stay. Also the internet was very slow. Couldn’t cope with the firestick for the tv we brought with us kept buffering and son said same with playing his switch online. The windows could also do with a catch/hook mainly in the front of the apartment as very windy and couldn’t have the front bed room window open during the night as kept blowing wide open. As I say small observations. Barring this apartment is excellent. Ase is easy to communicate with. Would be more than happy to recommend to people to stay here and to return.

Magnifique appartement

Vue sublime, très belle terrasse. Appartement très fonctionnel, avec deux chambres, salon, cuisine. Supermarchés à proximité (a pieds) et Lidl à 1,8kms. Plage accessible à pieds mais à 15/20 mn environ. Places pour garer la voiture juste devant. Merci pour la communication avec le propriétaire, très simple.

Appartamento confortevole con meravigliosa vista mare, luminoso, arredamento semplice e dotato di tutto il necessario, anche le richieste accessorie, prontamente esaudite dal personale della reception. Piscina condominiale con bar ristorante ...sotto il balcone, decisamente un valore aggiunto e piatti gustosi con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Harbour and sea views

Great apartment overlooking the old town, harbour and the sea Had everything we needed just one thing missing was a shower mat, we were impressed by the cleaners changing bins, clean towels and fresh bedding. Great early check in and good communication with the owner. Heated Pool was lovely and clean with a friendly bar.

Stunning views

The apartment had everything we needed it was very comfortable and spacious. The best part was the balcony with stunning view over the old town and harbour . Would definitely stay here again Owner was amazing letting us stay longer on our leaving day as we had a late flight so we were able to enjoy our last day to the full.

Fantastic holiday

We have stayed her previously and once again we had a brilliant holiday. Roomy apartment with excellent facilities. Great pool and the poolside bar is great - the owners are so friendly. Although it was a private let the reception onsite is another level of security and very helpful.

Get away with friends

Ideal place to stay can walk to hussle bussle then come back to the peice and tranquil, veiws are amazing and frendly bar down stairs.could do with a dust around ceiling fans and wall art but in general clean and tidy. Thanks for letting us stay we will be back. Peter.

Great Apartment, lovely views

Stayed recently at Ase’s apartment. It was spacious, clean and provided everything we needed for a comfortable holiday . Communication with Ase during the booking process was easy and trouble free , as was access to the apartment on arrival. The complex is small, friendly and very well kept . Reception were available to help with anything you needed . The snack bar owners on site are lovely. It was a nice place to meet and chat . There are a few restaurants and supermarkets locally if you didn’t want to walk down to the harbour or town . It can be very steep walking in some areas but we found easier route into town. That being said Taxis are easy to book and only a few Euros so wouldn’t be put off by that .The views more than made up for it . We didn’t have any problems at all during our stay ( apart from the freak weather system that week ☔️☔️☔️, most unusual for Lanzarote) bad timing for us , sadly ! This is the first time we have stayed in PDC and if we returned we would definitely want to stay at Lago Verde and Ase’s apartment.

Amazing holiday

My husband and myself went for three weeks to this lovely apartment.it was clean and homely there was no negative at all. there was Wi-Fi and English channels on the tv.the view was amazing we sat for hours on the balcony.the weather was beautiful which was a bonus the pool area was great as was the pool bar.a really great holiday

I am from Norway, and me and my husband have bought this apartment because we love Lanzarote.

We have been visiting Puerto del Carmen for more than 30 years every year. Most of the times we have stayed in Lago Verde. We liked it so much that we wanted to buy an apartment of our own, and that we did in spring 2011.

We bought A6, with the most beautiful view. We have done a lot of upgrading with the apartment, and will all the time work for making it perfect.

We have past 60 years, and we visit the Island a lot.

You are very welcome to stay while we are not there.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Puerto del Carmen has charm of its own. It is beautiful with the mountain and the sea. It is very clean here, and it has a calm and relaxing way of being. The location of the property is close to all facilities, the beach, restaurants, shops and other thing you want for a holiday. You don't need a car. It is also only 10 min drive from the airport. Everything is very easy.

The property has a stunning view. You can look all over the area, 180 Degrees.
The sun is shining from early morning to late evening. Sitting in the evening to see the sun go down behind the mountains with all it glorious colours are fantastic.
Waking up in the morning to this glorious view on the terrasse is belive me, the best start for a day.

The terrace are located right up in front of the swimming pool. You can easily look at your children or others you might want to see.
