Die Villa befindet sich in einem privaten Anwesen mit dem Namen La Escuera in La Marina. Alle Villen in diesem Anwesen sind groß und müssen ein mindestens 1000 m² großes Grundstück haben. Ich vermiete meine Gästeunterkunft mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern mit WIFI, die ich nur für ungefähr 3 Wochen im Jahr benutze, damit Sie die Villa für sich haben. Aufgrund der Größe der Villa hat es eine große Fläche zum Sonnenbaden, Schwimmen, Entspannen, alles auf einer Ebene. Ich habe 2019 einen neuen Pool bekommen. Das gesamte Gebiet ist von Mauern umgeben, so dass es sehr sicher und privat ist, obwohl Sie in der Nähe von allem sind. Es gibt zwei große Sonnenschirme und einen Pavillon. Das Wohn- / Esszimmer / die Küche sowie das Hauptschlafzimmer sind mit Münzklimageräten ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer sowie im Haupt- und im zweiten Schlafzimmer befinden sich Deckenventilatoren. Die Villa hat alles was Sie brauchen. Sie gehen aus der Haustür und der Pool ist direkt vor Ihnen. Es ist alles auf einer Ebene. Es gibt viele Gartenmöbel und 8 Sonnenliegen. Dies ist der perfekte Ort für ein Grillfest am frühen Abend. Oder begeben Sie sich in die Stadt, um ein leckeres Essen zu genießen.
Es gibt einen privaten englischen Taxidienst, der einen 8-Sitzer-Kontakt unter der Nummer 0034678229157 lynnehillgreen @ gmail hat. com oder Kay, der Sie auch mitnimmt, sich um das Haus kümmert und gegenüber wohnt. Sie können sie unter 0034667811549 oder kayepattison @ hotmail kontaktieren. com Wen ich besser finden, um auf Whats App zu kontaktieren. Sie berechnet 30 Euro vom Flughafen in ihrem Auto. Sie kann auch für Ortsreisen mit 24-Stunden-Vorankündigung gebucht werden.
Ich empfehle ein Auto zu mieten, da ich es liebe, nachts in die Stadt Alicante und nach Torrevieja zu fahren, um den Abendmarkt zu besuchen. Es ist einfach einfacher, herumzukommen.
Wenn Sie jedoch nur einen erholsamen Urlaub am Pool verbringen möchten, werden Sie von Kay oder Lynn abgeholt. Die Stadt La Marina ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, wo Sie viele Bars und Restaurants finden.
Aufgrund der Beliebtheit der Villa ist der Check-out um 11 Uhr und die Haushälterin muss ihn für die nächsten Gäste vorbereiten, die um 16 Uhr anreisen. Wenn Sie einen späten Flug nach Hause haben, wird empfohlen, die Villa für eine zusätzliche Nacht zu buchen.

We rented the bottom part of the villa next to the pool. it has a massive area with a stunning pool and BBQ. it had 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. the villa was well looked after with everything we needed. we had a car so it was easy to get around. we will be going back again soon. great villa

Wonderful Villa

This is the second time we have booked this villa. It's clean, comfortable, all the amenities work brilliantly. The pool is amazing and the changing colours at night brought a lot of joy to my teenagers' night swims. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. La Marina itself is quiet and relaxed, but a lot of choices to eat out.Definitely worth hiring a car to explore the coast and go to waterparks. We will definitely be back.

Good villa, excellent outside space. not far from bars and restaurants, beach a short drive. Air con coin operation is the only downfall - would be much more preferable paying a fair deposit amount with electric usage to be deducted, just a suggestion.

Fabulous holiday

This is a brilliant property - a great base for a holiday in the summer sun. The villa is well equipped, spacious and was very clean. The pool is amazing - my children spent hours per day in there. Location wise it is located on a quiet street and is a 15 minute walk to the nearest resturants/bars etc. It is a 25 minute drive from Alicante airport and close to lots of nearby attractions. We had a fab time, a real holiday to remember.

Peace and quiet with style near La Marina.

Approx half an hours drive from Alicante Elche airport, we arrived at the detached house with large family sized pool. The lower floor of the house , which is the part rented out , has 4 double bedrooms , all clean and tidy. All amenities are in good condition, clean , well decorated holiday home . With a hire car or motorcycle you are only a few minutes away from the local shops and restaurants.

A fabulous villa!

I visited here with family, 6 of us in total, and we all really enjoyed ourselves! The villa is amazing, so much space! The outdoor area is huge with plenty of sun beds for resting, and also great for entertaining whilst cooking on the barbecue. The pool is great too when you want to cool off. Inside, the villa is superbly presented and immaculate. Two bathrooms meant we had no arguments over who went first! Everything was clean, well looked after and we were provided with everything that we might need. Just a short drive or walk away, you will find shops, restaurants and bars in a super chilled, sunny part of town, or you can go a little further afield for more activities and fun! Overall, we were so impressed by the villa, the cleanliness, space, outdoor area and privacy of it meant that we had a great holiday and will be looking to return again! Thank you so much for a great, relaxing stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the villa, and I can't recommend it enough! The villa itself was stunning—beautifully designed and impeccably maintained. Every room was spotless, and all the appliances were in perfect working condition, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. The swimming pool was a highlight for us, especially with the beautiful lights that made evening swims so magical. We also loved that the beach was just a quick 7-minute drive away, with plenty of parking available, making it easy to spend our days by the sea. The WiFi signal was excellent, even reaching out to the table by the pool, which meant we could relax outside while staying connected. We also appreciated the convenience of having a dishwasher and washing machine, which made our stay feel just like home. A special mention must go to Derrick, who was an outstanding host. He was always helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had, making our experience all the more enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and can't wait to return!

Beautiful Villa. Excellent Customer service

Stunning villa great out door space that was well maintained. A beautiful pool that the children didn’t want to leave meaning a very relaxing break for the adults as we didn’t need to leave often. Any requests we made during our stay (extra bedding, pool lights instructions) were responded to quickly, efficiently and with a smile. Communication from the start was without fault. Do not however, park on the yellow lines outside. Spanish police are mean!!!

Gorgeous villa near Alicante, with great pool, very private

The property is huge, the part you rent is the ground floor which has great access for anyone who doesn't cope well with stairs. The villa is so much larger than it looks, all the bedrooms are double rooms, very spacious and comfortable. The air con is really good, just remember a few 1 euro coins to keep it going if you need it. The whole place is completely private, which is so refreshing, it is very quiet and peaceful, loads of space. The beach is a short drive away, I recommend going late afternoon when it is not too hot. There are loads of restaurants a short walk or a few minutes drive away, so you don't have to cook at all if you don't want to, although the kitchen is large and fully equipped if you want to. I would recommend this place, it's large enough for 2 families to share and you won't be stepping on each others toes.

Lovely Villa

Spent a week in this villa in July with my family. Nothing to complain about, villa had everything, pool was really nice, as big as a lot of communal pools elsewhere. With 4 bedrooms there was plenty of room in the villa. Patio and pool area were very secluded, and area around villa was pretty quiet. 10 minute walk to nearest restaurants and shops which were cheap and good if not spectacular. About another 15-20 minutes walk to another section of La Marina urbanisation where there were more bars and discos as well as more shops. Also Market twice a week was very good. There were 3 very good beaches about 10 minutes drive away. Guardemar was about 20 minutes, Torrevieja a bit further, where there were lots of restaurants and shops. Also very easy access to Alicante airport.

Lovely villa with a great host

We stayed in Derrick's villa for 2 weeks at the end of July/beginning of August. We were a family of 5 for the first week, and had 3 adult family members join us for the second week. The villa was a great size for us as a 5 but still a fantastic size for us as an 8. The outside area in particular was really spacious with a round, social table that fit us all comfortably, and sunbeds for us all. The pool was a really lovely temperature and well maintained by the pool man twice a week, so it was lovely and clean. We had 2 rental cars the second week, and were able to park both of them on the gravel so that they were secured on villa grounds. We normally stay in Quesada, but found that the location of this villa was perfect, being closer to the airport and beach, with great restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Thank you Derrick

Air condition

The only bad with this apartment was air con. We need coins and it only work in 2 hours. Thats not good for the air con, with all start and stip, and its not good for us. We Can rent this apartment again, if the air con Can work so much as we want, and it will be cheaper for the owner when you dont have all this start and stop. The air con will live longer

Great villa,with pool and lots of space

First impressions,wow what a lot of outside space! Pool very inviting and really warm, with the sun on it all day. Villa clean, only two bedrooms have ceiling fans, of which one also has a coin operated air con unit, a godsend as very hot, air con also in lounge. We moved our daughters bed into the lounge,so she could stay cool under the fan, which she loved, she also had the tv to watch, which had English channels, again great. WIFI not great inside, but good outside. Kitchen had lots of utensils, crockery, no tray to cook a pizza on though, kids always want pizza. It was also nice to see previous guests had left unused groceries, which we also done. Villa had books,games,films, very well equipped. The pool was used so much and very much appreciated to keep cool. Had a hire car, which is needed to get to shops and beach, we found Consum to be a good shop. Very relaxing,enjoyable holiday and would not hesitate in returning again ........Adios amigos

I have owned it for about 12 years and bought it as a new build. I have decided to rent out to holiday makers my 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom guest accommodation.
I have never rented it before but i have let friends use it.
I would like to try and cover my bills as currently i send around £10,000 per year for bills and maintenance.
I am sad to leave the villa as it is gorgeous.
I bought the villa because it was close to the airport and the beach. Its about 15 or 20 mins on the beach road N332 from Alicante. Very easy to find and a very central location.

I bought this property in 2010 newly built.
I looked at property in Cyprus and Turkey but decided on Alicante because it is 2 hours flight time from the U.K, It is close to the airport and easy to get to. It is close to the beach, in a private area that has no building work in an established area. It is also close to the Alicante, Torreveja, 5 mins drive from La Marina town with many shops, restaurants and supermarkets, 10 mins drive to the old town of La Marina.
It is a large property with a large plot so there is plenty of room to relax and have fun.
It is very peaceful. The only thing you can ever hear is the local cock waking up in the morning.
It is a very romantic getaway

Most properties in the area have small land and often a shared pool.
Because of the size of the villa it has a large paved area and its own pool, a gazebo that covers a large table and outside furniture, and on the other side of the villa there is 3 trees to give shade where you park your car.

All the money that is taken in rent is invested in the villa, after the bills are paid of course.
