Eigene Terrasse und privater Garten zur Verfügung mit herrlichem Blick auf den atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergang. Bars und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Super Urlaub

Es war alles super, sogar zu perfekt um wahr zu sein. Tolle Anlage, tolle Studios und tolle Aussicht ohne zu übertreiben man muss es selber live erleben.Einen lieben Dank an die Gastgeberin Jacqui und ihr Mann sie waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren in jeder hinsicht sehr zu frieden und werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen .

Absolut traumhaft!

Wir können uns allen anderen Rezensionen nur anschließen - das Quartier ist ein Traum!!! Wir waren drei Wochen dort und wären gern noch länger geblieben. Wir haben auch weniger Ausflüge gemacht als geplant, einfach weil es "zuhause" am schönsten war :) Wir hatten das Gartenstudio, welches schon im eigenen Außenbereich 3(!) kleine Sitzecken hat sowie eine Hängematte. Die eigentliche Haupt-Terrasse, die vom Gartenstudio aus über wenige Stufen zu erreichen ist, teilt man sich mit den Bewohnern des anderen Studios (welche aber auch widerum ihren eigenen privaten Sitzbereich haben). Wir haben uns fast nur dort aufgehalten, weil der Blick von den Bergen über die Schlucht bis hin zum Meer dort einfach am eindrucksvollsten war. Neben einem schönen Holz-Tisch samt Stühlen gibt es dort Liegen, superbequeme Lounge-Möbel, einen Billard-Tisch und den traumhaften Infinity-Pool. Und all das für maximal 4 Gäste! Haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Abends ist alles wunderschön beleuchtet und die Atmosphäre, wenn die Lichter im Tal angehen, die Sonne hinter den Bergen versinkt, die Vögel in der Schlucht ihre letzten Runden drehen und man selbst ein kühles Efes in der Hand hat, kann man nicht beschreiben :) Das Studio selbst war sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Auch das Bad ist tipptopp. Aber im Studio selbst hält man sich bei diesem Quartier eh nur zum Schlafen auf :) Die Lage ist ideal, um Nordzypern zu erkunden. Ein Auto ist hier aber zwingend erforderlich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Und zuletzt noch ein großes Dankeschön an die unglaublich netten Vermieter Jacqui und Ian, die uns so herzlich willkommen geheißen haben und immer darauf bedacht waren, dass es uns auch wirklich an nichts fehlt.

Sehr saubere und gemütliche Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage. Der Pool ist gigantisch. Fantastic view

Transfer von Larnaka und Mietwagen wurde perfekt von Jacqui organisiert. Wir hatten die untere Wohnung. Wunderbare Privatsphäre, zum Entspannen perfekt. Jacqui und Ian sind sehr zuvorkommend, nett und erfüllen jeden Wunsch. Besonders faszinierend sind die Flugshows der Vögel hier in der Schlucht direkt von Terrasse aus. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung von uns. Ein Mietwagen ist Pflichtprogramm. Wir haben es nicht geschafft, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Nordzypern (1 Woche hatten wir) zu besichtigen.

Breathtakingly beautiful....

First of all, be prepared to be blown away by the view and the surroundings. It's impossible to capture the beauty in a photo and must be seen in person. Secondly, you cannot fault the rooms, they are spotless, comfortable and provide everything you need. Thirdly, the hosts went the extra mile to ensure our experience went smoothly as possible. They really did go over and above all expectations, and it's clear the pride they take in what they do, is reflected in every detail. We have had an incredible experience and come away with friends for life, we seriously cannot thank you enough.

Super Time

We had a wonderful time at the accommodation we choose, it was a studio, however was very spacious and very clean. The pool area was superb with amazing views of Mountains, the sea and the Abbey ruins in Bellapais. Jacqui and Ian were superb hosts, giving us space, but also very approachable. On the first night even arranging for us to go to a restaurant called Bella Moon in Bellapais village that we would recommend as a must, they even pick you up and drop you back after your dinner. A car is a must as it is probably too far and too hot to walk anywhere, well for us it was, but plenty of places to go and the only golf course is a must for any budding golfer. Al in all a wonderful environment to be in and a wonderful holiday!! Thanks Jacqui and Ian and all the best!

Stunning views, immaculate accommodation and great hosts.

Both prior to and during our stay the assistance and efforts of Jacqui and Ian to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible were top class. From arranging car hire to making excellent recommendations with regard to where to eat were spot on! The views are truly spectacular and the accommodation is of a very high standard and meticulously maintained. Spotless! This all made for an exceptional and relaxing holiday we thoroughly enjoyed.

Jacqui and Ian were excellent hosts from the moment we arrived, especially with the provision of tonic for our Duty Free gin! They provided fabulous suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. The perfect holiday

We had an incredible time staying in the Terrace Studio. The view was amazing from the mountains all the way to the sea. The Studio itself was spotless and extremely comfortable. Our favourite part was sitting on the terrace watching the beautiful sunsets every night. Lots of things to do in the local area too, from releasing baby turtles into the wild to scuba diving and eating the delicious food in the local restaurants. We would highly recommend!

Tranquillity with beautiful view

Perfectly situated if you want a quiet environment and proximity to shops and restaurants by car. You’ll need a car to explore the island anyway. Outside area with pool, snooker and different lounge spots is perfect to spend the evening. A must for people staying with a little one as the apartment space is somewhat limited for three (check out the expected evening temperatures during your stay). We stayed with our 15 months old daughter and we both had a great time.

Wonderful views

We had a lovely relaxing time. The property was clean and tidy all the time. Ian and Jacqui were very helpful with restaurants and places to visit. The room had lots of information about the northern part of Cyprus. Although we were staying in the pool studio we were enjoying the views and facilities of a stunning location.

An oasis of peace and beauty

Had a fantastic time staying at this property. Hosts Jacqui and Ian are very welcoming and have a wealth of knowledge of the local area. The studio is very comfortable and well equipped and they have clearly put a lot of thought in to making sure guests have private areas to enjoy. The infinity pool is beautiful if not a bit chilly but the views over the ravine looking towards Bellapais and the coast are simply stunning. I have stayed many times in northern Cyprus and thus is definitely top of the list for peace and quiet and amazing views. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic Villa and Pool

We had a fantastic holiday. The villas are spotless and everything you require is in them. It worked great with our two teenagers who had a studio to themselves. Both studios are done to a very high standard. The views and pool are beautiful which we used a lot of the time and also enjoyed using the pool table. Ian and Jacqui are great hosts and very helpful providing us with lots of information. Nothing is too much trouble for them. This is the best accommodation we have ever stayed in and won't find anywhere else as nice as this again. Will definitely come back. Highly recommend!! Thankyou

Wonderful, peaceful property with stunning views.

We were looking for a peaceful retreat after a busy first week in North Cyprus. We were not disappointed.Jacqui and Ian have provided a lovely haven with outstanding views. The accommodation is spotless and the pool area is just a fantastic place to be at any time of the day or evening. Plenty of comfortable seating and lots of space. Jacqui and Ian were perfect hosts. They provided information about the area and were on hand if needed. We really , really enjoyed our stay and when we return to Cyprus we will certainly book the property again.

Be prepared to be wowed!!!!!

This place is in the most amazing location and has the most amazing views, you could not ask for more. We have travelled the Globe and this has been the best place we have stayed in to date. We hired both of the self contained studios and were rewarded with a discounted rate which came as a real bonus factor along with the welcome pack of alcoholic beverages & breakfast goodies. Both studios where excellent value for the sheer luxury they provided (and I do a lot of shopping around). We are a family of four, my husband and I had the upper pools side studio, while my 2 daughters had the lower studio, (their was also the option of a sofa bed for younger children to stay in the studio as well). This was a superb set up for us, allowing us to have our own space and giving our daughters their own independence and the opportunity to cook a few of their own simple meals. We were very pleased with the modern contemporary feel, both studios have been decorated with a very tasteful eye and were clean beyond belief. In the evening time the subtle lighting in and around the pool area was very ambient and an ideal location for our 2 daughters to laze around for hours on social media keeping up with their friends in the UK, while my husband and I chilled with a couple of beers. Back in the UK family and friends have been wowed by our photos in and around the pool and terrace, but most of all the shots from the infinity pool were knockout. Jacqui and Ian are very grounded, welcoming, and a font of all knowledge on just about everything in the area. They did not intrude on our space giving us complete ownership of the pool and terrace area throughout our stay. You will need a car, we recommend you use the guys Jacqui and Ian recommend, they are best value for money and offer the best transfer rates from Larnaca and also deliver and collect the car from your door. I would not delay in booking if you dont want to miss out I believe they are taking a lot of bookings for next year already.

Stunning place to stay!

We have been holidaying in North Cyprus for the last four years and this is definitely the best place we’ve stayed in. Although we were in North Cyprus for three weeks, we only stayed here for our last seven days and wished we had booked it for our whole holiday. We won’t make the same mistake in again as we have already booked for three weeks in September next year. This really is an absolutely amazing place and the pictures just don’t do it justice. There are great views from everywhere on the property and the infinity pool is stunning. There are only two studios so the maximum number of guests will be only four people and there is so much space on the terraces and gardens that it feels like you are in a boutique hotel but without other people; and no matter where you sit, or lay, those wonderful views! Jacqui and Ian are wonderful hosts and are a wealth of information on where to eat and places to visit. Although there are a few restaurants/bars within a short walk, a rental car is recommended for shopping and getting around. The studios are very well maintained with all the facilities you will need, and spotlessly clean. The Garden Studio is a little cooler in the warm months and has a lovely seating area at the end of the garden to sit and admire the outlook towards Bellapaise Abbey and the mountains. The Terrace Studio is next to the swimming pool and again has superb views all around. Both studios have very efficient air-conditioning, comfortable beds and of high quality furniture. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing location yet close to everything North Cyprus has to offer, then this is the place to be. Most people who stay here are repeat guests and we will be joining this fortunate group when we return next year.

Stunning!

Lovely holiday

Simply the best.

If you want 2 weeks in the sun with peace and quiet,top class accommodation and friendly hosts,look no further. You have found your Shangri La. We stopped in the terrace studio and walked 5 steps the to pool,did a bit of swimming and walked back to the sun bed.All of that exercise made me thirsty so I had to have an Efes. There really is nothing more to say. this is the perfect place,perfect hosts and if Hienekin did holidays this would be it. if you are thinking of going to Kyrenia,cont Jacquie and do it,but dont go next July because we are going to return again.

Wonderful Holiday

We have just had a wonderfully relaxing holiday staying in the garden studio. The studio, garden area and pool are all spotlessly clean and well maintained. The garden studio remains a little cooler even on the hottest of days although there is a raised, shaded decked area overlooking the ravine next to the infinity pool. The views are spectacular both day and night when St Hilarion can be seen lit up in the distance and Bellapais Abbey closer b. The harbour at Kyrenia is also in view. The hosts are friendly and make you feel very much at home, offering advice on places to see, beaches to relax on and restaurants to eat at. All of the information they past on, usually over a shared drink on the decking proved spot on. It really is a super property in a quiet relaxed location, but still handily placed for the many things you might like to do. I would recommend the property to any couple wishing to visit Cyprus.

Brilliant holiday setting

Lovely situation with great views. Both studios were clean and well designed and furnished. The pool was fantastic,beautifully clean and really well maintained. What a fabulous place to be, the views and the atmosphere is purely heavenly. Ian and Jacqui are brilliant hosts and Maddie and Coco are the most welcoming dogs I have ever known. Only arrived back this morning and the flights are booked for next year we were so impressed. We had the terrace annexe it was fantastic to see the views and have the sun all day, the best place to chill. We ate out several times the food and service at the restaurants is fabulous. I close my review by saying the word we used most during our two weeks WOW.

Perfect peace

We arrived at 1:55 in the morning after a marathon journey from Manchester airport ( missed connecting flight ) opened the door to garden apartment and said in unison PERFECT !! Our hire car was delivered at 09:45 next morning and we had the most wonderful relaxing holiday Jacqui and Ian were the perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble for them , was considering writing bad review so it would not be too popular and we would have no trouble re booking :-) . Can 100% recommend this property for any like minded people looking for perfect holiday location Dennis & Caroline.

We fell in love with the stunning unspoilt location and have worked with a local architect to create our dream home. What we adore here is that is totally private from the road but opens up on entering the property to reveal the amazing vista that is so unique to North Cyprus.

Whilst it has a sense of seclusion, situated on a private road, you can stroll to the local village in 15 minutes. We feel one of its main benefits is that it is so near to Kyrenia and Bellapais, yet feels private. Pepper and Maddie, both rescue pointers, live in their own garden, whilst Ralph the tortoise lives in the little garden outside the garden studio.
