Kalithea Villa ist eine sehr geräumige und komfortable 4-Sterne-Villa in jeder Hinsicht. Innen und außen hervorragend eingerichtet, damit unsere Gäste ihren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen können. Es gibt eine große hintere Terrasse mit gepflegten Gärten und einen großen privaten Pool, Liegestühle, Badetücher und einen stilvollen Pavillon mit Rattan Essmöbeln für Ihre Entspannung und Essen. Ein Gasgrill ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Eine Traumvilla mit 4 Schlafzimmern, die perfekt auf einer kleinen Entwicklung in einem friedlichen Dorf aufgestellt ist. Der Pool und die Terrasse sind von morgens bis abends in der Sonne gebadet und in den Monaten September bis Mai ist eine Poolabdeckung / Heizung vorhanden, um den Pool bei Bedarf zu beheizen und zu beheizen. Die Freizeiteinrichtungen und alle Inneneinrichtungen sind auf höchstem Niveau, um unseren Gästen einen luxuriösen und unvergesslichen Urlaub in einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre zu ermöglichen. Die offene Lounge, Esszimmer und Küche sind alle sehr modern und geräumig. Alles in allem eine 5 * Villa mit allem zu Hause Komfort und mehr!

Lovely villa

The villa was exactly as described, we had a lovely stay at Kalithea villa, communication was easy and straight forward. Didn’t want the holiday to end. The pool area was really nice, sun from Morning to night was hard to get the kids out the pool. Was very safe and lovely depth not too deep. Villa was more than big enough for a family of 5. Not too far from places we needed but definitely need a car. Would recommend this villa! Carol the villa manager greeted us in the villa the next morning and was available when we needed her. Thank you.

Lovely villa!

We had a great stay at the villa for our holiday. It was exceptionally clean (the cleanest one we have stayed in!). Plenty of space for 8 of us and the outdoor area with the pool was great 😊

Nice villa in rural location

Had a lovely stay at Kalithea Villa. The property is well set out and the bedrooms are a good size. We had everything we needed with the exception of a chopping board! The main negative of the property is that it has a serious ant problem in the kitchen. We cleaned up thoroughly after every meal but there were so many ants the preparation had to be done on the kitchen table. Apart from the ant problem the property was spotlessly clean. Suggestions for improvements would be: 1. Have 8 seats in outside area (property sleeps 8). 2. Change bedsheets after the first week (or supply extras so customers can change them). 3. Level up pool table- we tried but it was difficult without a spirit level. 4. Hoover pool at every maintenance visit. None of the above seriously impacted our stay (although the ant problem was challenging as they were difficult to spot on the dark flecked worktops) but I do think these suggestions would improve the overall experience.

A pleasant property, in the quiet outskirts of the village and therefore peaceful. The house is similar in size etc to others we’ve stayed in over the last 20 years. Pool and garden excellent, secure and sunny ! The management team were really prompt in coming back at any silly question we had which was helpful. A few aspects I would suggest need improving 1) timed air con units which cut out in the evening when asleep, this led to getting up and re starting, I understand why these additional switches were fitted but it’s a complete pain. 2) blinds in bedrooms were not good at keeping the room dark at all. 3) there’s a T.v bit it’s disconnected, personally I would either have it set up for simple connection to a tablet or remove it.

Will definitely be staying again

Carol and family (villa manager) were really helpful and welcoming. The villa was exactly what was advertised. Very clean and well presented. Location was nice and rural with shops not far away and only 15 minutes from Lanarka beach. We are a big family with children aged between 6-16 and all of us had lots of fun in and around the villa.

Great villa with everything you need

The villa is well presented and just a short 15min drive from Larnaca airport. It was plenty big enough for our stay, with the pool being a godsend in the heat! The villa has all the essentials for your stay including pool table but depending on your level you may want some new tips for the ques! There’s plenty of outdoor space to sit in the sun or take shade in the outside dining area. The welcome pack contains plenty of information for your stay in Cyprus, and your only a 35/40min drive to Ayia Napa if you fancy a change. The local area is very quiet so great if you want to chill out without any tourist hustle and bustle, but beware there is only a bakery and 2 restartuants within walking distance, you’ll need to jump in the car if you need anything more. Angela was very helpful and always answers the phone if you have any questions.

Amazing !!

We have just returned from a weeks holiday staying in Kalithea villa and I wish we could have stayed longer. Angela the villa manager was a pleasure to deal with,everything was ready for us on arrival and the villa was spotlessly clean and very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Angela sent detailed directions to the villa plus directions to the nearest supermarket and local bakery (which do lovely fresh bread,cakes,milk,eggs and lots more ) We ate in both the local restaurants,which were very good, we also used the takeaway next to the bakery and their pitta kebabs are enormous ! We hired a car and travelled to lots of lovely places;we particularly liked Protaras and Troodos. The weather was amazing while we were there so we also had a few days around the pool. It has a solar cover/heater which meant we were even able to swim. I would definitely recommend this villa and Angela,who I can’t thank enough for her help,and hope to be back again in the future.

A perfect week away at Kalithea Villa

We had a lovely week away in Cyprus staying in Kalithea villa, it’s well situated, being close to Larnaca. This was our fifth stay through the lovely Angela who helped us with everything we needed. We paid and booked everything directly through Angela who also held our deposit which was returned the day after we left. The villa’s outside space was generous and was a sun trap during the day. The inside of the villa was nice and welcoming with everything we needed to hand for our stay. We will be looking forward to our next stay very soon!

Amazing holiday in Villa Kalathia

The Villa was perfect.. !!. With plenty of space for all 7 of us.. perfect location , Lovely scenery and easy access to all of Cyprus.. The pictures on the website do not do this villa justice.. we were wowed by the amount of space the villa actually had. Perfect size pool for all of us and a pool table for late evening tournaments ! Bbq quick and easy to use.. could not ask for more.. very clean , very nice decore , perfect temp on the air con.. Finally there was the most amazing hostess with the mostest , Angela..! From beginning to end ,always at hand no matter what the question was ! Such a pleasure to have met and deal with.. This Villa is very much recommended by us.. 5 *

The amazing Villa Kalithea

This was our first stay and dealings with homepride and Angela . From beginning to end the whole process was easy and straight forwards with easy payment direct to Angela safely and securely . We used a local car hire advised by Angela, sure drive car rentals . The car was ready as soon as we landed and the sat nav already set for our destination , which we thought was a nice touch and put us at ease. We arrived at Villa Kalithea 15mins later , and WOW....!!! We walked in to a spacious home from home and the kids eyes light up with excitement ! Very clean and well decorated ,beautiful place ! The villa and the pool and outside area looked alot bigger than the actual pictures to our surprise , which was a real bonus. The villa is perfectly situated to explore Cyprus , which we did , and and our chill days we had plenty to do for all the family with pool table , bbq and just lazing in the sun ! Lovely views from the front of the mountains and countryside and at the back overlooks the pool. Angela was an absolute diamond and very tentative to all our needs and questions.. Even stupid questions like how do i start the bbq 😔.. We would definetly return and deal with Angela again just for the ease and simplicity of the whole holiday . Thanks Angela.. we had so much fun.. See you again soon.

The warm , relaxing and fantastic Villa Kalithea!

From the start Angela the rep , had been very prompt and organised , taking our booking safely and securely through direct bank transfer to herself.. she had been always very reassuring and was always true to her word. We arrived at the airport , and our rep ,Angela had recommended a local car hire firm with Sergio , sure car hire .. he was there waiting for us , very prompt and straight forward . He had the car brought to us and had already set the set nav for our stay at Villa Kalithea. The car was clean and full of fuel ready to go..!! We arrived easily within 15 mins of the airport in Larnaca , and walked in to a home from home that simply wowed us from the start. The villa was so much bigger than it looked on the photos and was beautifully decorated throughout. Already simple things like toilet roll and hand wash , water and tea and coffee left by the previous visitors , to our great relief !. The pool was absolutely amazing and again alot bigger than we expected !. With pool table and bbq we were always happy to just sit and relax if we didnt want to go anywhere which we did quite often. ! Supermarket is ten mins drive and very easy to find. After stocking up we went for dinner at the local beach front in Larnaca and off to a flying start to our holiday.. Perfectly situated to explore Cyprus ,Villa Kalithea had it all.. lovley views of the mountains , quiet ,peaceful and fully equipped for a great family holiday . Highly recommended for any family or group , Angela was an absolute diamond ,very tentative to all our needs , and the car hire was perfect .. Thankyou Angela for a fantastic holiday. We will for sure be seeing you again..

Wow

What a beautiful villa. It was very clean well equipped and the pool was fantastic! Angela the property manager was very efficient and made the whole process of booking , payment and any queries we had very easy and with no stress at all. We had two teenagers with us who loved the pool table and the WiFi!!! We hired a car which I would recommend not only to visit the rest of this beautiful island but to also make a trip to the supermarket and the lovely bakery (the cakes are a must!). We would love to visit the villa again and would highly recommend to anyone considering it.

Great rest and relaxation

Our third time with homepride services and Angela - as usual was amazing. Villa is fully equipped, clean and maintained and was spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 moody teenagers. Surrounding areas easily accessible by car and as the weather was cooler we travelled nearly everyday.
