Die Villa (2008 erbaut) befindet sich in dem kleinen Dorf von Bobovisca an einer malerischen Bucht, wo sich ein kleines Geschäft, zwei kleine Restaurants und eine kleine Bar befinden. Es gibt viele bezaubernde Stein- und Kieselstrände um die Insel Brac herum (einschließlich des berühmten Goldenen Kaps), die allesamt mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Andere größere Orte wie Sutivan und Milna (das einen großen Yachthafen bietet) sind 7 km entfernt und Supertar, wo große offene Märkte stattfinden und es Geschäfte, Restaurants, Bars und Banken gibt, ist nur 14 km weit.

Diese Villa in Milna liegt in Strandnähe. Hafen von Split und Yachthafen von Split sind einen Ausflug wert, wenn du etwas Aufregendes erleben möchtest. Wer lieber die Natur der Region bewundern möchte, sollte Folgendes besuchen: Zlatni Rat Strand und Bacvice Strand. Ebenfalls einen Besuch wert sind diese beiden Highlights: Naturhistorisches Museum und Kroatisches Maritimes Museum. We enjoyed our stay in at the villa, it is in a beautiful location just 2 minutes walk from the harbour. Handy to walk to local shop and 2 restaurants. Clean and spacious with handy pool. Communication with host was very easy. The villa was well equipped.

Fabulous property, amazing holiday !

Just spent a wonderful 10 days in Bobovisca at this fantastic property, it really does have everything you need for a restful and relaxing holiday, the kids loved the little boat it was perfect and we spent hours exploring the coves and crystal clear waters of the bay, the pool was perfect for cooling down on hot balmy afternoons, Marijana was a great contact and always on hand to help, we had some lovely meals at her restaurant 2 minutes down the road, Annet answered any questions we had quickly and helped with all the extra work needed to travel at the moment, we honestly couldn’t have asked for anything else and can’t wait to return one day, thankyou all

Villa Vaneker

Excellent villa - really spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Very comfy beds and effective a/c. Pool was crystal clear and perfect for cooling off. BBQ was brilliant. The location is fabulous: much closer to the harbour/sea than I expected. Kayaks and paddle boards were great fun and provided lots of entertainment. The two local restaurants were good but expensive. The local shop was handy for daily bread/croissants but had fairly limited stock and most items were very expensive. A car is recommended for food shops and seeing Milna (wonderful harbour with lots of good value restaurants and shops) and other parts of the island. The spiral staircase in the villa is steep. The upside down arrangement worked very well - the 2 downstairs bedrooms stayed nice and cool. There is loads of outside space and the balconies offer fabulous views of the sun settling over the harbour. We loved it here.

Amazing stay!! Fabulous Villa

If you are thinking about booking this villa do! It is amazing. We spent one week at this villa. Location, is fantastic. The villa itself is fantastic it has every ammenity you could possibly want. There is full air conditioning throughout and lots of towels. Outside there are plenty of places to relax in the shade or catch the sun with loads of comfy chairs and loungers. We could hardly bring ourselves to leave the villa but when we did the beach was really close by. We used the paddle boards most days and when we use the kayaks we made it to the local beach bar across the harbour. There are two fabulous local restaurants both of which you can book in the morning if you want to dine there at night. There is also a local shop for a few provisions and fresh bread every morning. In Supetar there is a supermarket which is only 15 minutes away. Whem we could drag ourselves away from the villa we had a morning out in Milna. We also went to Supetar and had a day out at the water park, slides and cafes. The local host is amazing and on hand to answer every question.

A wonderful villa – but we felt let down by the owner

This is a lovely property and the location is superb. I agree with what's been said in the many 5-star reviews. However, we feel we have to drop a star because we didn't quite get what was promised. The property description said a motor boat would be available to guests, and this is what really sold it to us. However, when we came to complete the booking the owner said the boat was no longer available and tried to gloss over this as though it didn't matter. Yes it did! We ended up renting a boat for a few days at €180 a day, feeling we'd be short changed. The owner never offered to lower the price to reflect this lost amenity. I notice the current listing says the villa has a hot tub, which it does not. Accuracy of description is important and I hope this will be noted. That said, we had a superb family holiday and enjoyed the kayaks and sup boards. The villa has every amenity you could expect with a nice little pool and a great view to the harbour three minutes away. We found Brac peaceful and beautiful, the seas is crystal clear and there are many great beaches and coves for swimming. Locally there's a shop where you can get basic provisions, the largest big supermarket is in Supetar. One warning to those not familiar with Croatia. We found it surprisingly expensive, especially eating out. One local restaurant was charging €54 for grilled bream! A car is essential. Hire one from Split Airport (great deals through carjet.com) as Brac car rentals are 3x the price.

Holiday house

Perfect location for a weeks stay on the island an ideal house for us with teenagers , great pool and eating area , use of the boat and kayaks plus paddle board added to fun for all in the harbour . Local restaurants offered good food and friendly atmosphere. Owner and house keeper very helpful before and during our stay . Would highly recommend . Thank you .

Would I go back, YES !

Having waited 3 years to be able to get us altogether, the villa and Bobovisca were ideal. The ages of our children are 31 down to 22 (5of them) and they either swam, kayaked, paddle boarded read by the pool or the brave took themselves off running ! Bobovisca is a small village with 2 good restaurants, Thursdays and Saturdays get busy, so do book in the summer months. We found ourselves not being able to get a table on the Thursday but managed to pick up everything we needed in the local shop for dinner. The villa has everything you would need for a weeks stay, or longer, very well equipped. Very near Milna to either eat or get the catamaran to hvar. Close to Supetar to do a big shop or connecting ferries. We did the giant inflatable assault course in Bol, so much fun ! Annet and Marijana were so good with communication before and during our stay. Would I go back, YES !!

Beautiful villa in a stunning location

The villa was perfect. It was spotlessly clean and had every amenity we could possibly have needed. If anything the photos on VRBO don’t do it justice! It was great to have the use of the motorboat and the kayaks. The view to the harbour from the terrace was gorgeous. Bobovisca is beautiful, quiet with a lovely beach area and two fantastic restaurants. An absolute find.

Beautiful Villa and location

Villa Vaneker is located just a few minutes walk from a small harbor and beautiful bay. In the harbor you find two nice restaurants and a small shop where you can buy fresh bread and other necessities. The Villa itself is very nice and has all the amenities necessary for a perfect vacation. All rooms have well functioning air-condition. The outdoor space is excellent with plenty of space for enjoying the sun with sunbeds and dining area with a nice grill, where you can grill Croatian stile with wood or briquettes. The pool is perfect for cooling of. Several large supermarkets are only 20 minutes away, and plenty of restaurants are only 10-15 minutes away. The small boat in the harbor and the two kayaks are perfect for exploring the island from the sea. All in all I can only highly recommend this beautiful place.

Eine sehr gut ausgestattete und sehr saubere Villa. Auch der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt. Es gibt viele verschiedene Aufenthaltsmöglichlichkeiten im Außenbereich. Ob vollsonnig, halbschattig oder schattig , sitzend oder liegend, alles ist jeder Zeit möglich. Der Pool erschien uns zunächst möglicherweise zu klein , da wir gerne schwimmen. Das Gegenteil ist der Fall. Durch den zuschaltbaren Jet kann man solange an Ort und Stelle schwimmen wie man will. Sehr schöner Grillbereich mit allerlei Zubehör. Noch nie mussten wir bei einem Ferienhaus nichts dazukaufen. Alles vorhanden und gut durchdacht. Mit das größte Plus ist das Boot mit dem wir die zahlreichen Buchten besucht haben. Der Ort ist zwar klein aber sehr malerisch.

Comfortable villa in a lovely location

Really nice villa in a great location - the bay of Boboviska is a great spot for swimming in the sea. The villa has a small motor boat hitch is ideal for short trips around the inshore coast. Also good location to explore the rest of the island especially Milna and the beaches of the north coast. Bonus that main supermarkets are only 15 mins away too.

Fantastic family villa in quiet location

After spending a LOT of time researching the island of Brac and villas for my family of 4 (including two children of 14 and 16) we booked this villa. The owner Annet, was very prompt in replying to queries that I had prior and after booking. We spent a week in the villa from July 27th. I would say that the villa in reality is even better than the pictures and it is very spacious with lots of outdoor space with a lovely little pool. There was plenty of room for 4 of us but I think you could easily sleep up to 8 or 9. Marijana, who manages the villa for Annet, was there to meet us on arrival with a tour of the villa and we were encouraged to contact her at any time with any questions, which we did....she was very prompt in her responses. The villa was very clean and had all the facilities that you need including a handy washing machine and drier. A fantastic addition was that you could use a little motor boat and 2 kayaks in the small harbour of Bobovisca, a 2 minute walk down the hill. Bobovisca itself was a beautiful, quiet village set in a very small harbour. There is a small beach along one side and numerous places to have a dip in the lovely clear sea. For us, it was a perfect location after a busy time prior to our arrival in Venice and then Split. The village has a very very small shop, a bar and 2 restaurants. We tended to drive to Konzum supermarket in Sutivan for our supplies. We visited several beautiful beaches/ villages in Brac, which is a stunning island, including the famous 'Rats Tongue' in Bol. I would definitely recommend this villa for its size, layout, facilities and location.

Fabulous villa in a stunning location

Beautiful villa in one of the prettiest harbours on the island. Bobovisca is very small, only two (very good ) restaurants and a tiny shop. Lots of visiting boats which keeps it lively. We stayed in June. We enjoyed this quiet location but is close to Milna with more restaurants and small shops. The advantage of having the motor boat and kayaks with this villa made our holiday. We hired a car at the airport and brought it over on the ferry which was easy in June as you cannot pre-book the ferry. We were charged extra to leave the mainland and breakdown cover which was not made clear at the time of booking. So you may want to check this, but we still thought it was worth having a car to see the rest of the island.The owners are very helpful and quick to respond to any questions Thank you Annet

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in this beautifu

The villa is in a really idyllic location.We used a pre-booked transfer to travel from Split airport. We requested that the transfer waited whilst we embarked on a mammoth shop at the Lidl in Supetar.We were able to relax at the villa without a car whilst using our supermarket provisions. We hired the villa as two families with teenaged children and all enjoyed pottering about the scenic setting. We swam in the clear sea and used the boat to explore outside the cove. Marijana proved to be a very helpful local contact and the food and hospitality at her local restaurant was very special. Annet was also quick and helpful in her replies to my emails during our booking process. We would not hesitate to recommend this very well equipped and wonderfully positioned villa. Thank you for a glorious holiday.

Fabulous villa in a superb setting

The villa is set in a fantastic location just above the little fishing harbour. The local store saw us over the first couple of days with basics and then we hired a car to access local supermarkets and explore the island which is stunning. We stayed here with our 4 daughters aged 11 - 19 and they loved the pool and the freedom to wander down to the harbour in the evening. The boat was just the icing on the cake and we were able to explore the local coves and snorkel. I cannot recommend this villa enough.

Beautiful villa in a fabulous location.

This property and the surrounding area are really fabulous and we had the most wonderful time. Travelled with three teenage children, there was plenty of space and all mod cons making it a wonderful relaxed stay. The village is really tranquil and beautiful and we enjoyed early morning walks whilst waiting for the younger contingent to wake up! We used the house as a base to explore the island of Brac and also made several trips over to the main land which we really enjoyed. I cannot recommend this villa enough, or Brac as a base for a fantastic holiday experience, we were very sad to leave.

Superb villa in a beautiful location

We booked this villa for a family holiday (with grandparents), 7 in total, having not travelled to Croatia previously. Firstly, the booking process was excellent. The owners were informative throughout and quickly acknowledged payments and any other queries. We flew into Split, took a pre booked taxi (32 euros)to Split ferry port ,then a short ferry trip to Supetar then another pre booked taxi (30 euros) to Bobavisca na moru. Really easy. The villa is superb. Immaculately kept and clean, finished to a high standard and has everything you need. The pool and outdoor seating on the terrace provided a wonderful setting for many relaxed family evenings. Air conditioning in every room along with really comfortable beds meant a great nights sleep. The boat !! - how fantastic. You can use the owners little motorboat moored in the harbour. Easy to operate and means you can find isolated coves and beaches - we spent hours snorkelling in the clear blue sea. Bobavisca na moru is a truly idyllic place. There is a couple of restaurants and local shops. Sitting on the harbour side enjoying local cuisine you can watch luxury yachts sailing in and mooring up. Great villa in a great location, the owners really have got this right !!

Superb villa and a great location

Amazing location in the middle of a authentic village, views of the harbour. Short walk to the harbour/ beach and the 2 restaurants ( which serve excellent, inexpensive food). The villa has everything you could possibly wish for, the best one we have ever stayed in, it even has a little boat and 2 canoes. We spent hours on the water in the little boat nipping to local coves to snorkel and swim. Air conditioning in every room, it has every amenity you could think of. Amazing house keeper who's English is excellent. Great base for exploring the islands towns and villages. We fell in love with Bobovišća and the Island of Brač we will definitely be returning.

We bought the landplot because we love the little peaceful village of Bobovisca na Moru laying in the picturesque bay where lots of sailing boats anchor in the evening. When you leave the ferry in Supertar you feel immediately at home on the wonderful green island of Brac where time doesn't fly like it does at home.

We enjoy the romantic diners in the evening on the terrace, cooked at the outdoor grill, looking at all the lights in the little harbour.
We love to dream away laying on the sunbeds near the pool enjoying the sun and when we want to be more active we take the 2 canoes and explore the bay of Bobovisca and have a swim or go to the mainland for a trip by ferry to the wonderful old city of Split, or make a daytrip to the Island Hvar.
