Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in einem privaten Komplex, mitten in der Entwicklung. Der Gemeinschaftspool steht ausschließlich zur Nutzung der 24 Apartments zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für alle Annehmlichkeiten wie Strände, Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants positioniert - alle zu Fuß erreichbar.

Es gibt 3 Strände in der Nähe der Wohnung - Cabo Roig, Cala Captain und La Zenia. Alle Strände sind von kilometerlangen sauberen, weißen Stränden umgeben, an denen Wassersportarten angeboten werden. An den Stränden gibt es Strandhütten, die von früh morgens bis spät abends Paella, Tapas, Eis, Kaffee, Getränke und Musik servieren.

Eine kurze Fahrt entlang der Küste bringt Sie zum Mar Menor mit schönen Stränden und
noch seichtes Wasser ideal für Kinder.

Nachtleben - Sie werden die Qual der Wahl haben, da es einen langen Streifen von Bars & Restaurants gibt, die innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Apartment entfernt sind. Eine kurze Taxifahrt bringt Sie zur Villa Martin (wo wieder eine Vielzahl von Bars und Restaurants unter einem Dach zu finden sind und der neu entwickelte Zenia Boulevard Restaurants, Einzelhandel, Unterhaltung usw. beherbergt.

Booking of the property straight forward. Availability of a pick up and drop off facility very welcomed. Property in a good location near to bars and restaurants at Paddy's Point and the Cabo Roig strip. Dan and Elaine very helpful when dealing with a few problems we had, the main one being the non- working air conditioning and no TV. Lovely communal pool and spacious roof top sun terrace. Disappointing that the bikes on offer were not in working order as they would be a great bonus for visitors to the property. Overall with a little upgrading the property would be very attractive . I believe Rosie has now replaced the air conditioning .

La résidence ses environs sont très bien, calme idéale pour les familles avec enfants désirant se reposer. La piscine est très appréciable et la mer n'est pas loin. L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Seul bémols a notre séjour ont été les différents surcout : - pour avoir les clés a notre arrivée - L'appartement est bien climatisé mais c'est avec supplément (système de monnayeur ) se serait plus correct de l'annoncer des le départ. De plus nous avons de soucis avec la climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas la nuit. Nous avons contacté la propriétaire, qui a fait le nécessaire très rapidement (envoie d'un technicien dans la matinée mais celui-ci n'a rien pu faire, défaut aléatoire arrivant que la nuit, le matériel doit être remplacé) Pas de geste commerciale suite a ce probleme Pour résumer : C’était bien mais cela aurait pu être bien mieux

Great holiday!
Lovely apartment equipped for all our needs. 2 adults and 6 kids all felt comfortable. Pool was great, residents in other apartments were all very friendly and gated community very reassuring especially having kids with us. Lovely area in general, 20 mins walking (for our family!) to both la Zenia or Cabo Roig for pub, restaurants, shops and beaches. Very enjoyable and relaxing holiday

Fabuleux .... je recommande vivement
Merci Rosie, nous avons passez d’incroyable vacances en famille. Je ne connaissait ni le site internet, ni la région,ni l’appartement, ni même Rosie. Tout c’est très bien passer nous avons reçu l’appartement dès notre arrivé à Orihuela, Elaine nous a tout expliqué c’était simple. L’appartement est super bien, beaucoup de jeux pour enfants, de livres, d'accessoire pour la piscine etc..... nous n’avions pas de voiture et tout est simple d’accès la plage a 15 min à pied, les restaurants, magasins à 10min.... possibilité d’aller dans les autres villes en bus à partir de 1,30€. Le marché du jeudi matin accessible à pied aussi vraiment je vous le recommande. Merci à Rosie de votre écoute et vos réponses à nos question. Ne changez rien

A great apartment, lovely pool in a gated complex. Walking distance to bars & restaurants.
Just returned from 11 days in this apartment. This is a gated complex of just 24 apartments with a mix of holiday rental & owners. The pool is lovely & was fairly quiet when we were there. The apartment is well equipped & has all you need for your holiday, including a Barbque, which we made use of on the roof terrace. We only used the two bedrooms, but there was a pull out sofa bed in the lounge area, which could be used. It is a 10-15 min walk to Cabo Roig strip which has bars & a wide choice of restaurants, & if you have a car a 5 minute drive to La Zenia Boulevard which is great for shopping & eating, would highly recommend a visit. Beaches are walkable distance too. Only downside for us, it was extremely hot the weeks we were there & the air conditioning is on a meter, and at 1euro for an hour, could clock up quite an additional cost on your spending if you haven't allowed for it! Overall a great apartment.

A Great Holiday!
Had a great time staying here with 5 friends, an ideal location 20 minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes to the nearest strip of bars and restaurants in Cabo Roig. Apartment was clean and well organised when we arrived. pool was nice and quiet during the day and doesn't get too over crowded.

good size appartment
Lovely relaxing holiday. Loved the pool, not too busy. Nice beaches about 15-20 mins walk away. Rosie provides excellent customer service. Good value appartment that was a great base for exploring. Good size for family of 4. May need a car if you want more than beach and pool.

Excellent value holiday apartment
Excellent holiday,being our first stay in La Zenia,thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The apartment was exactly as described, would highly recommend. The fact that Rosie allows her customers access to many more items within her property ie bikes,toys,pool floats etc has to be a bonus.Everything was clean and tidy in a secure and very quiet location. Loved the roof terrace relaxing in the hammocks. The convenience of being able to walk to supermarkets, bars restaurants and of course the beach,where there are excellent coastal paths to explore was right up our street. My husband is a keen golfer and enjoyed playing two of the courses near by. Our holiday was very enjoyable thanks Rosie

Excellent family holiday
We have just returned from our family holiday at Rosie's apartment, there was a family of 7 of us who travelled and Rosie's apartment more then satisfied everything we needed and could hope for, It is in a lovely location with plenty on offer to both the left and right of the apartments. My children loved the pool area and spent many hours there, the roof terrace is excellent as so tranquil and a lovely suntrap, The apartment had everything you could possibly need available and the air con was a must have as the heat was so intense day and night, Thank you very much for a enjoyable stay Rosie you are most helpfull right throughout and a pleasure to deal with.

We have just got home from an amazing holiday in la Zenia made all the better by the suburb apartments that we stayed in, Rosie's apartments were great all are needs were catered for which made our stay all the more enjoyable and stress free which is what you want when you holidaying abroad. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in these apartment and we are ready looking at when we can go back and stay in Rosie's appartments. Thanks Rosie!!

Great apartment to stay in!
We are just back from our Holiday in Spain.We arrived into the apartment on the 3 July and we stayed there for 15 days. The Apartment is as described by Rosie and it is well equipped for anyone who is on a self catering Holiday.The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities required.It was handy having the washing facilities for clothes as it meant you could come home with no washing to be done,bonus in my book!! The Bedrooms both had very good storage for clothes etc and the air conditioning worked really well,you can set to the temperature that is needed especially if its extremely hot as it was for us at 29 degrees at 11pm.The TV has all your UK stations so you can keep entertained whilst indoors. The pool we had to ourselves for the majority of our stay so we enjoyed that. There are plenty of Irish and UK pubs very nearby if you want one and also an Irish and UK shop for your essentials also. The Strip further down but still just a walk away has loads of restaurants,pubs and plenty of shopping alongside where you might pick up a bargain or two.There is also a Chinese ,international shop that is open until 11pm if you need essentials and branded names that you would be familiar with and also sell alcohol too. If you want a traditional Spanish meal which is true traditional cooking there is a small Family owned restaurant behind the strip called " La Sal". There is great food in the Restaurant beside Orihuela Go Karting,great Spanish food and not bad pricing too. The Big bonus for great shopping is the new La Zenia Boulevard which is within waking distance just behind Lidl. great food,great bargains and open until 11pm every night. Best place to eat is Fosters Hollywood! If you want a great Beer then head up to " De Bassus " its a German place that brew their own beer right there, great beer ,fabulous food and if you like deserts then you have to try their Oreo Cake OMG its massive!!! All in all if you want somewhere to enjoy Food, enjoy a drink and shopping then this is a great apartment as it is close to everything within walking distance and if you want to venture out to shops quickly for something then the three bikes in the shed are an extra bonus to your stay. Rosie is great to deal with and very helpful with your stay we as a family would highly recommend her apartment to stay in. Thanks for the stay in your apartment Rosie x

Great apartment & location. Highly recommended!
Rosie's (the owner) description is spot on! My Partner & I loved the pool (large, quiet, in nice grounds) & the sun terrace (sun beds, hammocks, table & chairs) - ideal when we wanted to spend some time in the complex. The roof-top terrace is perfect for privacy & has great views. Lots of stuff for kids (if you have them) & bikes (for those into cycling). The apartment was very comfortable with excellent self catering facilities. We took our mp4 player (movies & TV shows) & was able to connect to the large flat screen TV - when we wanted a night in. Everything is in walking distance - beeches, bars & restaurants, supermarkets - that’s why La Zenia is a great location. We had a car for our 2-week holiday so we could visit Murcia, Torrevieja & Guardamar – highly recommended. It also allowed us to explore beeches down the coast at Mar Menor. Our favourite was Lo Pogan. There is a great cliff-top walk with steps down to Cabo Roig & a fossilized beech at La Caleta. We loved it but you need to be fairly fit. Nightlife: Try the ‘Cabo Roig Strip’ (10mins walk) with a large selection of bars & restaurants, very good prices. We preferred Zenia Boulevard (15mins walk) a modern shopping & entertainment complex. Favourite bar/restaurants: Lizzarans (Tapas) – addictive food & fun staff; De Bassus (Bavarian style) – also great fun, try the pork knuckle if you have a large appetite. Tip: Go to a Spanish bar/restaurant & try the menú del día (today’s menu) – excellent value for money.

Nice Apartment
This is a lovely apartment in a nice and secure complex. There is a nice and quiet pool area and access to a private roof terrace. On arrival the apartment was very clean and there was information available on the local area. The blue flag beaches and the shops and bars are in walking distance but do remember to bring a hat and avoid the mid-day sun. There is a large supermarket within 20 minutes walk (down and up the hill). It might be a good idea to have a car if you have young children. In general I believe this apartment is ideal for people looking a for a quiet week or two in the sun. The only negative thing I could say about the apartment is that is extremely difficult for those not living in the euro zone to get hold of 2 euro coins for the air conditioning as not even shops in the area have them; otherwise this apartment comes highly recommended.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT
WE STAYED IN THIS APARTMENT FOR 2 WEEKS AND HAD A FANTASTIC TIME. THE APARTMENT IS VERY CLEAN AND EXTREMELY WELL FURNISHED WITH A LOT OF EXTRA UTENSILS IN THE KITCHEN. POOL IS EXCELLENT AND VERY CLEAN. IT IS WELL PLACED WITH A PLEASANT 10 MINUTE WALK TO A VARIETY OF BARS AND RESTAURANTS. SUPERMARKET ALSO 10 MINS AWAY . CHOICE OF BEACHES WITHIN 20 MINS EASY WALK. WE DIDN'T HIRE A CAR AND SIMPLY USED LOCAL TAXIS TO VISIT THE WATER PARK AND TORREVIEJA. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT ENOUGH.
