Diese geräumige Golfvilla in erster Meereslinie befindet sich im Viertel El Descanso des Fuerteventura Golf Resort in Caleta de Fuste. Der nächste Strand ist nur 10 bis 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Atlantico Commercial Center bietet eine Vielzahl an Geschäften. Restaurants, Spielhallen, Kino, Kegelbahn, Casino und Bars laden zum Verweilen ein. Der Golfplatz und das 5-Sterne-Hotel & Clubhaus befinden sich in der Nähe und umfassen ein ausgezeichnetes Restaurant. Die Villa selbst verfügt über mehrere Sonnenterrassen, viel Platz für Mahlzeiten im Freien und einen komfortablen Sitzbereich im Freien, die alle in hübsch angelegten Gärten liegen. Künstliche Rasenfläche für Sonnenliegen in der Nähe des Pools. Es gibt einen großen privaten Pool mit Stufen im römischen Stil in sonniger Südlage, um die Villa zu vervollständigen. Sie ist stilvoll und äußerst hochwertig eingerichtet und mit jeglichem modernen Komfort ausgestattet, um Ihren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über 2 riesige übergroße Sofas und umfasst einen Großbildfernseher mit britischen Fernsehkanälen, BBC1, ITV ect, DVD-Player und eine große Auswahl an DVDs. Ausreichend Parkplätze vor der Villa. Der überdachte Innenhof bietet einen abgeschiedenen Grill und einen geschlossenen Essbereich. Das Anwesen ist alles auf einer Ebene, mit 3 großzügigen Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern. Wifi ist verfügbar, lokale Gebühren fallen an. Da der Flughafen nur 15 km entfernt liegt, ist dies der ideale Ausgangspunkt, um sich zu entspannen und alles zu genießen, was die Insel zu bieten hat.
Poolheizung inbegriffen Mitte Oktober - Mitte Mai Außerhalb dieser Zeit fällt ein Aufpreis an. Eine Klimaanlage kann zu einem Preis von £ 125 pro Woche zu der Buchung hinzugefügt werden.

Excellent stay

Top notch villa, everything was perfect, the pool was warm as it is heated in the winter, location is quiet, beds are comfortable, would recommend to all and hopefully we will be back for another visit before long.

Great Villa, great location

Much larger than pictures show, super comfy beds and good showers. Great location to walk into Caleta town & the Atlantico. So quiet except for the odd golfer going by. Lovely to have pool heated. Sun beds & outside furniture all super comfy too. Had a very enjoyable 10 days here.

Wonderful stay in spacious villa in Caleta de Fuste

We really loved our holiday in this spacious villa. The house is very well equipped and the outside area as well as the heated pool are very nice. The communication with both Steve and the property owner were perfect. We will come back !!

Large, peaceful Villa with lovely pool and gardens

We had a great week in this well-equipped villa - set in a very peaceful location in a residential area on the edge of the golf course. The outside facilities are superb - pool was warm enough to swim early March, plenty of sun loungers with cushions, outdoor dining and pretty gardens. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are super-comfy. Kitchen has everything you need, but you'd have to get some of the basics in (cleaning cloths, toilet roll, tea, etc) from the shops which are about a 15 minute walk away. A short walk of about 15/20 minutes you'll find all the livelier bars and restaurants, but the villa is so calm and comfortable that it's a real pleasure just to stay home and relax - and British TV too!Sian was happy to answer any queries and get the booking sorted for us, and after a quick phone call when we landed, Steve was there to meet us at the villa with the keys - no problems at all. Look forward to going back some time.

Another great stay in this fantastic villa

We rarely go back to the same place again but this was our second visit to this beautifully appointed and very large villa, which was perfect for another relaxing getaway in Fuerteventura. It is in a very peaceful location a short distance from the beach / town / nearby shopping centre and it has all the home from home amenities you need, lots of outdoor seating options, as well as a great BBQ area and a lovely heated pool. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Villa 5 Stars plus

We had the most amazing time staying at this villa, it had everything we needed. The villa is beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. It is spacious, has amazing eating areas inside and out, was immaculately clean and the pool was heated and a great size. It all went so smoothly, we were looked after the whole time with helpful messages and being greeted on arrival. Will definitely book again in the future thank you.

Perfect spot

The villa is fabulous. It has everything you need for a relaxing holiday, including a visit from a friendly cat. Steve the property manager is a lovely guy, who welcomed us warmly and helped 2 dotty old Scottish ladies with a hot water issue (us turning the taps the wrong way!) with grace and humour. Happy to recommend the villa, the pool is fab, warm and clean. Definitely would stay here again.

Beautiful villa

Beach, pool and sunshine, in a lovely cool villa

A great house, large, cool and with everything we needed for a week. The pool and outside areas are excellent, with many places to lounge and lose yourself in a book. The location is just the right distance from the super beach and local shops (walkable) and there are plenty of good cafes/ restaurants serving spanish food. I especially enjoyed having a beer out in the ocean at the beach club. Thank you for a fantastic break.

Wonderful!

The villa is really lovely - very spacious, nicely furnished and the internal bbq courtyard was used a lot. Great outside space and the pool was fabulous. The location is also perfect. We will definitely be returning. (Worth noting that although there is WiFi, it isn’t free)

Another great stay

We have stayed here previously and enjoyed both times. Perfect location just away from the noise but close enough to walk to everything. Do feel could use a slight update on a few bits and bobs as they are showing there wear but would happily return again. Thanks too sian who is always efficient in messaging and getting in touch.

Spacious villa, very well presented. Pool great and sunny orientation. More comfortable sun loungers would enhance the outdoor experience. Use of an even partly covered drive would be useful.

Fantastic stay

Lovely villa definitely a family place with loads of space to spread out. No need to go anywhere as all the fun is here. Only down fall is the cost of the air con £150 for a week on top of the cost of villa in my opinion is a bit steep. That being said didn't need it as when windows open the air flow made it cool. Will definitely visit again.

Amazing week away

A fab time had by all, the pool was amazing and the villa was so spacious. The rooftop terrace was lovely in the evenings especially to see all the lights from the view up there. We had a few teething problems but they were addressed so swiftly, Sian responded in a quick manner and had them dealt with. Thanks to Steve for everything.

What a fantastic house and pool. We stayed in the property for a week this included our son who is wheelchair bound. It was a little tricky for the first few steps but nothing we couldn't handle. In side the property was very easy for him to get around and the use of the bathroom. Would highly recommend. Location 5/10 min walk to the bars/shops and beach.

Brilliant Villa

This villa is in a fantastic location for shops and beach. Lovely and clean on arrival and easy check in. The pool is brilliant and had the sun all day until late evening. It is approx 20 min walk into main resort area of Caleta but taxis are super efficient and no more that €5 each way. This is a real chill out villa in a really quiet location. The air conditioning really helped in the evenings in the bedrooms and was much appreciated. All in all a fantastic villa and a pleasure to deal with the management staff. Many Thanks.

Bigger than expected

We had a lovely week in this villa. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, it had everything you need for self catering and in reality the rooms are much bigger than they look in the photos. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us, two of which were aged 18 months and 3 years and they loved having enough space to run around in. The pool was heated (in November) which was great for the kids but my only criticism is the lack of a hand rail by the steps. The first step down is extremely deep and as I am very short I needed the support from someone to help me get in and out of the pool. My only other criticism is that there is a large roof terrace which could be put to better use if there were sun loungers or table and chairs up there as the views, both during the day and at night are fantastic. The beach, shopping centre and restaurants are a 20 minute walk away or 5 minutes by car and with the villa being right next to the golf course not only is it peaceful but you get a great view, together with the odd golf ball. We hope to return next year but for longer next time.

Christmas break

Had a brilliant time on our second visit to caleta de fuste for Christmas, decided to treat ourselves this time by booking the villa and we were absolutely thrilled with it. The size and facilities of the villa were spot on, couldn't fault it. The location was pretty spectacular too, very quiet and secluded, it was a bit of a walk into town but there were enough amenities just down the road if you didn't want to walk in. Communication with the management company was top notch too, very helpful with any issues that we had, which was brilliant. One thing to note was that when my husband went to take advantage of the jetted bath, we found that the water was running brown and didn't seem to clear. My final point was that we were happy to find that the villa also came with its own very friendly cat, that was a very pleasant surprise 😁😁

Large, comfortable property in peaceful location

This is a great villa right on the edge of the golf course, on a peaceful development that is a walkable into town and the many restaurants and cafes there in around 20 minutes. We really enjoyed the large pool all week, which was heated to a lovely temperature, essential to make it useable when travelling in March. We also enjoyed the various outdoor seating areas and BBQ. Inside the property is larger than we expected and nicely furnished and decorated which made for a very comfortable and relaxed home from home week away in the Feurte sunshine. The villa is only around 15 mins drive from the airport and so a car is not essential though we found ours was handy for nipping to the nearby supermarket and for a couple of days out away from the resort. Proximity to the airport does mean you will see and hear planes, though not constantly nor directly overhead and we soon got used to them, and otherwise the villa is very peaceful. We were also pleasantly surprised at the amount of interesting birds that came into and around the garden area, so any keen birders should take their cameras and binoculars. Overall highly recommended!
