Casas del Sol, in bester Lage in Playa Blanca, ist sehr begehrt, wenn die Gäste Jahr für Jahr zurückkehren. Der Komplex befindet sich gegenüber dem kleinen Hafen mit Geschäften, Restaurants und 3 goldenen Sandstränden nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Mit einer bequemen, zentralen Lage ist ein Auto nicht notwendig. Die Villa hat Meerblick von der Terrasse aus und liegt inmitten einer schönen, gepflegten Gartenanlage mit einem großen beheizten Pool, einem kleineren Kinderbecken und zwei Tennisplätzen. Der Pool ist von 10 bis 18 Uhr besetzt. Casas del Sol ist 4 Minuten von der Altstadt von Playa Blanca mit seinen vielen Geschäften, Restaurants, Hafen und Stadtstrand entfernt.

Everything was perfect!!

It's the second time we are in Playa Blanca in Tariq's bungalow. We love the place and staying at Casas del Sol it's always pleasant and relaxing. Absolutely recommended!! We really would like to come back next year!

Lovely Weekend Break

Super location - nice apt on a complex with a great pool. Loved sitting on the patio and theres plenty of shade. Great communication with the owner who left a welcome back with reception and allowed us a late checkout which meant a relaxing last day.

Excellent

A very basic, clean villa.Everything you meed for a self catering stay. Ideally located. Short walk to bars, shops etc. The pool is wonderful and very clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly. One little niggle, as our flight was late on in the evening there is no where to have a hot shower. You could leave your suitcases in reception but it was not secure. We would definitely come back to this accommodation. Thank you Tariq for being a wonderful host.👍

Well located

The apartment's location is excellent, right next to the port, with supermarkets nearby.Regarding the stay, we had an issue upon arrival—the smell of some kind of disinfectant was overwhelmingly strong. I had to keep the windows and doors open despite the cold because the odor was unbearable and lasted the entire night. As a result, we didn’t sleep well the first night. It seemed to be some kind of insecticide for flies or mosquitoes, and the scent was so intense that we were concerned about potential intoxication.Aside from that first night, the rest of the stay was very pleasant. The quality-to-price ratio is good, and Tarife was very attentive, except for the insecticide issue, which, of course, was beyond his control. However, it did affect our experience.Also, be aware that there are no basic cleaning supplies or essentials like salt or oil, which can be inconvenient for short stays.

The bungalow is very comfortable and clean with a kitchen equipped with everything. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom has a super shower. The location is very convenient to the center, the beaches and the supermarket. Tariq is a helpful and attentive host. Absolutely recommended, I will definitely come back!! :-)

Little bit of paradise

Absolutely gorgeous place to stay...villa 32B..hosted by Tariq who it was nice to meet we were greeted at reception by a really nice lad called Santiago who was extremely pleasant and helpful..we thoroughly enjoyed our week...the only problem being that is was not long enough 😀...we will definitely be returning to Casas del sol next year without a doubt...highly recommended..

Good for some winter sun

Clean and basic, but comfortable. Garden south-facing so plenty of sun. A welcome pack had been referred to in previous reviews, but we weren't expecting one and so not disappointed when there wasn't. But, there was nothing in the cupboards! Not even salt. No washing up cloth/brush or liquid. We had to equip the place from scratch and left a lot there, of course. It would have been helpful to have had a basic info pack in the bungalow and instructions for the washing machine, cooker and TV.The complex itself is very peaceful and probably has the best maintained gardens in Lanzarote. Lovely swimming pool. Central car park. To get luggage/shopping to bungalow you are allowed to park as close as possible to unload but only for 5 mins. Reception team very helpful.The complex is directly opposite Paya Blanca Port which is very busy with transport ferries so there is often the background throbbing of engines. It is not intrusive. A32B is midway between Playa Flamingo and Playa Blanca beaches (10 - 15 min walk). We enjoyed our February week there 2025. Property itself just a bit lacking

We live Playa Blanca

From my initial enquiry to entering the property we found the process super smooth. We were given accurate detailed information from the owner as reception would be closed when we arrived. We were very grateful for the arrival pack of essentials that we weren’t expecting. The villa was clean and we found it fully equipped to self cater as we like to do this.The beds were comfortable and the fans were invaluable as the weather was unusually hot for this time of the year. It’s worth mentioning there’s a charge of 15:50 euros per week to use the safe with a 10 euro refundable deposit. The pool and facilities are clean and plenty of sun beds and parasols are available.

Sencillo por dentro,terraza y jardines muy bonitos.

Hemos pasado 4 días, casi no hemos estado, pero los desayunos en la terraza los hacíamos todos los días. El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. Lo único a destacar fue que se nos atasco un día la ducha, y vinieron a solucionarlo enseguida.Por lo demás todo correcto.

Très joli bungalow proche de tout avec vue sur océan

Très belle location où l’on se sent très bien des l’arrivée. Le parc autour est superbe et très bien entretenu et donne une sensation de sérénité et de ben être . La plage de flamingo accessible à pieds à 10/15 minutes et tout est donc très aisé. C’est notre deuxième séjour sur Lanzarote et le dixième aux canaries . On ne se lasse pas de cet archipel et Lanzarote offre un calme et une tranquillité que l’on ne connaît pas autant sur les autres îles . À recommander à tout point de vue.

la maison correspond totalement à la description. la résidence est très bien entretenue et la réception toujours disponible. la piscine chauffée est très agréable. l'emplacement à proximité du port est vraiment un plus. la possibilité d'arrivée tardivement et la disponibilité du propriétaire sont vraiment un plus. Lo mejor de Playa Blanca

Somos una pareja con una hija adolescente y acabamos de llegar a casa, después de pasar dos maravillosas semanas en la Isla de Lanzarote, Playa Blanca. Lo pasamos muy bien en la casa: es muy limpia, bien equipada y bien situada tanto dentro del pueblo de Playa Blanca como en el complejo de Casas del Sol. Las playas están a diez minutos andando y la piscina y la recepción no están lejos del alojamiento. Desde la terraza soleada se tiene una vista panorámica del puerto y del mar, al mismo tiempo sin las molestias acústicas típicas de los puertos. Hay un supermercado a cinco minutos (Spar) y otro a diez minutos (Hiperdino), además de los restaurantes y bares que están en el paseo marítimo cercano al complejo. El personal de la recepción fue muy atento. Nos esperaron para realizar el check in a las once de la noche, cuando su horario termina una hora antes. También nos facilitaron el salir del alojamiento a la una del mediodía, aunque el check out es a las diez u once de la mañana. Estuvieron disponibles para informarnos de las posibilidades de turismo en la zona, las llamadas a los taxis y las agencias de turismo. El pequeño supermercado adjunto está provisto de lo necesario para salir del paso. Las chicas de la limpieza pasan dos veces a la semana para cambiar las toallas y los trapos de cocina, proporcionar papel higiénico y llevar la basura. A mitad de la estancia (a la semana) hicieron una limpieza en profundidad y cambiaron las sábanas, además de proporcionarnos un insecticida para las cucarachas que, por cierto, no vimos más que una pequeña que se despistó. Nada comparado con lo que dicen en algunos comentarios anteriores. Encontramos la casa muy limpia y bien higienizada. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estancia: cocina eléctrica, hervidos, cafetera americana, tostadora, microondas y nevera espaciosa, además de una mesa grande en la sala y otras dos en la terraza. Hay suficiente vajilla y utensilios de cocina. La Smart TV de la sala se ve muy bien y tiene una variedad de canales en español, además de la posibilidad de acceder a las plataformas en streeming como Amazon Prim. La WIFI del complejo no llega bien, pero la de la casa es muy buena y veloz. Tareq nos dio la contraseña sin problemas. Estuvo atento a nuestra llegada y tuvo encargado un kit de bienvenida (leche, chocolate, té, pan, azúcar, café, agua mineral, etc.), cosa que se agradece, sobre todo cuando se llega a estas horas intempestivas y no hay ningún supermercado
