Unsere Villa verfügt über drei Doppelzimmer (eines davon mit Bad) sowie ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Ein Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett.
Eines hat ein großes Doppelbett und eines hat zwei Einzelbetten.
In jedem Schlafzimmer befinden sich große Spiegelschränke und in zwei Schlafzimmern ein Safe.
Im Obergeschoss befindet sich ein großer Wohn- und Essbereich, der auf eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Meerblick über das Mittelmeer führt.
Diese Terrasse verfügt über ein großes Sonnendach sowie einen Tisch und 6 Stühle.
Es gibt auch einen kleinen Tisch und Stühle zum Entspannen in der Nacht (siehe Fotos).
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Haushaltsgeräten und Küchenutensilien. Es gibt einen großen Grillplatz im hinteren Garten mit privatem Zugang durch ein Tor, das nur von Ihnen zum Gemeinschaftspool geöffnet werden kann.
Im Poolbereich stehen Ihnen 6 Sonnenliegen mit Kissen zur Verfügung.
Wir haben einen privaten Parkplatz in einem Tor.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt, aber bitte bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Strandtücher mit.

Wonderful house at the shore

We had two wonderful weeks with our kids at this nice house. We daily enjoyed the pools and the short distance to the beach. There‘s a cheap and reliable bus that takes you to Nerja city center and departs in front of the house. You also have a private parking space at the house. Thanks a lot, it was wonderful, Eleanor!

Lovely Villa in a perfect location

Just got back from a fantastic week here, and it certainly lived up to our expectations. Wonderful hosts and a friendly property manager who went out of his way for us (Thanks again John, and nice to meet you and have a chat). The beautiful pool, balcony, gardens and gated parking, did not leave us wanting for anything. Inside the villa was spotless and everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. I must say its been a long time since I seen a second fridge at a villa, but having one makes it so much easier to stock up and just chill, literally. Location is also fantastic as you are opposite the beach, have nice restaurants within walking distance, and are nestled perfectly between Nerja, Penoncillio and Torrox Costa. We are already looking at this for next year so its a massive yes from us, and thank you so much, from us both.

Amazing location

We absolutely loved our stay in this villa. Beautiful views of the sea from the veranda and a short walk to the local beach. We loved Nerja which was lovely with a huge choice of restaurants and bars. The villa itself was spacious and comfortable and had everything you could need. We didn’t have a car so used the bus into town or local taxis which were plentiful. The property manager was extremely helpful and arranged taxis for us for our airport transfers. Highly recommended!

Home from home

Perfectly situated villa, close to Nerja and Torrox. A very quiet and clean neighbourhood, the perfect base for our stay. Nerja itself is beautiful, with numerous restaurants and a few bars with live entertainment. Lots to do during the day, great for beach lovers or attractions such as the Caves of Nerja (and museum in town) for the inquisitive. John the Property Manager was great, friendly, efficient and very helpful. Loved the villa and would definiyely stay here again. Many thanks.

we had a fabulous week at this apartment.the location is ideal for sea swimming, cycling and nice walks.there are few restaurant's nearby. the pool is lovely and gets sun most of the day. if we could suggest an improvement , it would be the addition of a dishwasher.

A wonderful villa with beautiful views of the sea.

Everything was marvellous . Great location near the beach. The two lovely pools were ideal. We used the bus into town on a regular basis. Clean and tidy. It was like home from home.

Villa qui pourrait être très bien, mais...c'est loin d'être le cas

La villa est dans un complexe magnifique, verdoyant et très bien entretenu, la piscine commune est très bien. La villa dispose d'une vue mer qui pourrait être sublime, mais... elle se trouve au dessus d'une route et d'un rond point très bruyant. Dommage pour le calme et la vue. La piscine privée est très appréciable et dispose de nbx jeux et matelas gonflables. .. mais de nombreux carreaux sont cassés et notre fille s'est coupée pieds et mains dés le 1er jour. Le portail d'entrée ne ferme pas, la cuisine et les équipements sont vieillots, gras...la salle de douche empeste (remontées d'égouts), les matelas et oreillers sont de piètre qualité ...etc etc Compte tenu du prix de la location. ... on ne peut pas dire que nous la recommandons...

A fabulous find!

What a fantastic place!! Everything we could have wanted in one villa! Throughly enjoyed our stay! From the helpful information we were given when we first booked all the way through to the maids and pool man who popped in and out! Loved the place the villa and Nerja itself! We tried many of the places recommended and loved them all! The bus in to Nerja was so easy although getting back was a challenge and we resorted to a taxi instead! There is still so much for us to explore! We will be back! Thank you Eleanor for a fabtastic holiday!

Fantasic accommodation!

Excellent location, just opposite a sandy beach. Although, next to the main coast road you don't notice the traffic. We hired a car for the week, however this isn't necessary as the bus stop is less than 30 seconds away, which provides transport direct into the town for just 1 Euro and a taxi back cost us no more than 6 Euros. We travelled as a family of four with two young boys, aged 6 and 4. Had a choice of two pools which was great as the kids could jump into the private pool at will, without disturbing guests from neighbouring properties. The villa was clean and well equipped, having every thing you need for a comfortable stay, plus a few extras....inflatables and toys for both the pool and beach. The owner was very helpful in the run up to our holiday, answering any question promptly and fortunately for us there were no guests arriving the day of our departure which gave us the opportunity to stay a bit later than the usual check out time. The villa is in a ideal location for both the town and exploring further afield with good links to the motorway. Directions provided to the villa were accurate enough to get us there safely. Nerja is a beautiful town with an abundance of places to eat out of an evening and many small shops to purchase souvenirs from your trip. Visited the much acclaimed Burriana Beach on a couple of occasions, but found the beach opposite the villa far nicer, particularly if you like your own space as Burriana gets very busy. If you do venture down to Burriana stop off at Ayo for a Paella lunch...yum! Just 15 minutes from the villa is Aquavelis which is a great place to cool off during the hot Costa Sun. Not the biggest water park we have ever been to but that means less queues. Good value for money and vouchers can be found giving money off, picked up a few at the caves and left them in the information pack at the villa for future guests. Caves were very impressive and just 10 minutes drive from the villa, however Health and Safety laws not up to UK standards in my opinion, so if you have young children who like to explore keep hold of them and there are lots of steps and drops beyond the railings which had gaps for little ones to fit through. In all was an excellent holiday which was made much better by the comfortable accommodation. It was so nice that after packing up on the last day both boys were crying as the got in the car to leave. Many thanks to Eleanor and family for a brilliant stay.

Well equipped and great location

We really enjoyed our first visit to beautiful Nerja and this lovely property was in a great location. Just off the main road into town which meant a only a relatively flat 25 minute walk or 5 minute ride on the hourly €1 bus which also stops at the SuperSol supermarket. This meant we easily managed without the need for a hire car during our stay and we arranged airport transfers through Eleanor's property manager. The house has a lovely view from the upstairs balcony/living room out to sea and a nice shaded private garden with BBQ, and larger grassed communal garden and pool, both at the rear. We visited with out baby daughter and found the kitchen very well equipped for preparing food with most equipment and utensils you would have at home, unlike some other self-catering properties that have little more than cutlery. The house too had most of the things you might want while on holiday including sun loungers, lilos, sun umbrellas and buckets and spades! Our only suggestion would be to provide bedding for the supplied travel cot. We forgot to bring out own but managed to improvise using the spare sheets from an unused bed. The nearby shop has most essentials. Most supermarkets seem to shut on Sundays though so if arriving on a Saturday be sure to stock up then if you need to. As well as the private and communal pools there are several beaches to visit. The quiet beach just across the road, the beach on the short walk into town, and several more beaches of varying sizes in Nerja itself including the busier Burriana beach on the other side of town which seemed to be more sheltered on a few windy days. The tourist train from the Nerja museum to the Nerja caves is well worth doing as well.

Perfect

Absolutely perfect break with not a smell of smoke anywhere. We wanted somewhere that we could commute from, not only by car but on foot and by bus and this was absolutely perfect. As a party of four.... Our daughter who is 8 and my mum who is older it was a perfect location. We walked to Nerja, to the local beach and restaurants and drove to the supamarket, local market and attractions. Perfect holiday for us all. Thank you

Extremely disappointed

First impression as we walked through the door was an overpowering smell of smoke, we then proceeded through to the bedrooms downstairs oh my god the smell was even worse the sheets, quilts etc were reeking of smoke, as non smokers this just made us feel sick, the bathroom sinks were dirty and there was an inch thick dust everywhere. When. I complained to the owner I was told that the villa had been cleaned thoroughly! if I wanted it cleaned again i would have to pay, but she did offer a refund on the unused portion of our stay if I wanted to leave. I would have left immediately but it was easter, the Spanish were all on holiday in nerja so we were unable to find other accommodation available in the town. I would not recommend this villa apart from the issues above it was also very noisy on the balcony with cars and buses shooting past frequently

Lovely, well equipped villa in a great location.

This was our second visit to this villa as we enjoyed it so much the first time. The villa is great and is well equipped and now has the addition of wi-if and 2 options of outdoor BBQ. The villa is a great location and you can get the urbano or local bus to and from Nerja for just 1euro each way. The villa has a great pool and the terrace has sunshine all day, if you get bored of the pool the just cross the road head down a few steps and you are on the beach within 5 minutes. The villa was nice and clean and the air con was great. We love the villa and we love Nerja and will return to visit both as soon as possible!

LADERA DEL HEAVEN

If like me your normal life is dominated by work then the idea of a summer vacation is , relaxation, space , freedom & sun. No need to fight for sunbeds, no adhering to meal times and no being hounded by reps all wanting your vacation to be theirs. This villa & location delivered it all in abundance. A beautiful location, smart interior, private pool, Sun on tap for 9 hours a day, everything you need to survive within a five minute drive including Aldi & Lidl. And if you wish to venture into the wonderful town of Nerja, a bus stop less than one minutes walk from the gate , with an hourly service straight to the centre. My wife & two teenage sons had two weeks to remember and will be back. We even left our locally purchased Lilos for next time.....

Beautiful villa and a stunning view

The villa was very impressive with all the necessary facilities and plenty of space. The outdoor dining area is also very spacious with a lounging area and dining area. The most impressive thing was the view although the kids loved the private pool which was clean and well maintained. The area is quiet but a bus stops outside the villa and will take you on a 5 min bus ride to Nerja for 1 euro. The owners left a folder with plenty of tips on local attractions, shopping etc and this proved invaluable. If going for longer than a week I would recommend a car so you can travel a bit further to Granada or Seville. However there is plenty to do in Nerja. Overall, a fabulous villa with a stunning view.

Fantastic Property

We really enjoyed our holiday in this great setting overlooking the blue med. The villa had everything we needed for our stay and was clean and well maintained. The owners were very helpful with directions, restaurant suggestions etc. The paella served every lunchtime in the beach restaurant on the way to Nerja was amazing. The beach was only 4 minutes walk away and was quiet and peaceful. Both the private and communal pools were perfect. The 25 minute walk into Nerja was enjoyable and the bus service from the villa into Nerja for €1 was great value. We will definitely book this lovely villa again and would recommend it to anyone.

great holiday in nerja

I stayed in above accommodation recently with a couple of friend s.The location was fabulous with a great sea view.The property was spotless and very well maintained. We are all over 50 years of age I had been in nerja previously but stayed nearer town.This side of Nerja is quieter which suited us . Last time I was there I hired a car but decided not to this time and was glad I didnt as bus service from Malaga to Nerja was very cheap with frequent services .It cost less than 5 euros. From outside property a regular bus (Hourly)went to Nerja with frequent stops which was very handy for shopping and sight seeing. It only took 5 minutes to centre. The communal pool at back of property was great as we all love swimming.There is a smaller pool at the house which was great for sunbathing beside and just cooling off .It would be great for families with young children.There are lovely walks along the coast from just outside the house,We even saw a shoal of dolphins .We took a bus trip to Frigilianna from Nerja bus station which only cost a euro. Its a lovely Quaint old moorish town with cobbled narrow streets with whitewashed houses.It in up the hills behind Nerja and has great views of the countryside.We also visited Nerja caves which was an amazing experience. We loved wandering around Balcon De Europa area of Nerja especially in the evenings.We discovered a lovely genuine Spanish restaurant called Ventas San Miguel within walking distance of Villa.The beach Restaurants were also good and very reasonable.We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly.We hope to return again in the near future. it was lovely wandering

We love Spanish food especially fish dishes and the beautiful tapas.

Ladera del Mar is situated just 45 minutes east of Malaga on the outskirts of Nerja on the road to Torrox. Ladera Del Mar is set on a lovely hillside but the villa is situated at the front of the urbanization so there are no hills to climb. There are stunning sea views from the poolside or the upstairs terrace. A 5 minute drive or a 25 minute walk along the beach takes you into the beautiful authentic town of Nerja which still has all of its Spanish charm.There'a a bus on into Nerja for €1. We both love Nerja because it has avoided the blight of high rise buildings that has affected most of southern Spain.
The people of Nerja are very friendly and they remember us in certain restaurants and shops every time we go to Nerja.
We can walk out our front door and go east or west to find lovely beaches or go for leisurely walks.

Our villa is situated in a peaceful area yet it is within 5 minutes drive of the town of Nerja.
Having a private access to the beautiful maintained communal pool and garden was one of the reasons we bought this property rather than any other one. Free sunbeds are provided there and there are large trees there to provide shade when it might get too hot by our own pool.
As Ladera del Mar is situated on a hillside, like lots of urbanisations in Nerja, we bought a house at the front of the development to make walking into and out of town easier and to have uninterupted sea views.
