This beautiful villa has a fully equipped kitchen, with open plan living and dining.
We have a smart TV with uk channels, Free WIFI. Two bedrooms have fitted wardrobe and one with free standing wardrobes with chest of drawers. Main bedroom has an ensuite, there is also a separate bathroom. Outside has Astro turf so it is very comfortable for sun bathing.....

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Haus ist schön, gut ausgerüstet in ruhiger Lage. Uneinsichtbarer Garten mit Pool. Haus gepflegt mit Ausnahme der Küche. Die war nicht sauber und teilweise nicht nutzbar (alte, verbrannte Pfannen). Regelmässige Poolreinigung aber kein wechsel der Tücher. Garten sehr schön.

Es war im Großen und Ganzen alles in Ordnung Fernsehen war uns nicht möglich Die Duschen sollten einen in Kopfhöhe angebrachten Haltegriffe haben Das Besteck sollte komplett ausgewechselt werden Ein kleines Geländer um in den Pool zu gelangen Schauen sie mal auf den Eisschrank dort ist wohl noch nie gewischt worden

Empfehlung!

Wir, meine Frau, unser achtjähriger Sohn und ich, waren für eine Woche Gäste in der Villa Liza. Es handelt sich um ein gepflegtes, großzügig geschnittenes und günstig gelegenes Haus im landestypischen Stil innerhalb einer Anlage in der Peripherie von Play Blanca. Mit dem Fahrzeug erreicht man den Ortskern in wenigen Minuten, zu Fuß dürfte es etwas weit sein, zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln können wir nichts sagen, da wir immer auf ein Mietfahrzeug zurückgreifen. Der rückwärtige und nicht einsehbare Bereich mit größerem Pool ist sehr schön und wie das Haus selbst sehr gepflegt. Das Anwesen ist mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt wird, wobei wir das üppige Unterhaltungsangebot (großer TV mit Streamingdiensten und Konsolen) nicht genutzt haben. Wir haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Spacious and clean with great Outdoor Pool

We (family of 3 with 6 year old) spent one week in april in the spacious and well equipped house. we appreciated the very generous welcome package in the fridge. The house was very clean, garden and pool aswell. The house is situated in a gated community, the neighborhood is quiet. The WLAN was quite slow, emailing and internet-surfing was possible with some patience. There is a big, but messy folder with informations. Nevertheless we would have wished for better informations regarding the house (especially how to use the alarm! we don't have any experience in handling it) and the surroundings. We enjoyed a great week with great weather and everyday swimming in the pool. There is a lot to see and do on the island!

Lovely spacious villa

Lovely villa , great outdoor space , only 3 of us on this holiday but could easily accommodate 6 and more, kitchen is a great size , lots of equipment, living room is absolutely huge! But lovely to chill out in for a night in or after a night out. Lots of wardrobe space, plenty of storage in all bedrooms.Pool man was really friendly and came often. Linen was changed during our 2 week stay, she was lovely too. It does back on to a road, but it’s minimal noise, we loved hearing the school children getting on and off the coaches! Good location about 20 min walk to playa flamingo and another 20 min walk to the harbour , 10 min walk to baileys bar ( brilliant food and drinks) Great communication with owners all in all a fantastic stay in our favourite place in the world

Room for improvement

The property overall was roomy and bedrooms comfortable. The outside was spacious with a lovely pool. Unfortunately there was a busy and very noisy main road on the other side of the villa wall so if you are after peace and quiet this may not be for you. The bus service was excellent. For 1euro 40cents you can travel anywhere round Playa Blanca.The promenade is really lovely with views that you will love. One negative to finish with unfortunately. A change of towels and bed linen were due once a week. We were there 15 days and had no such changes. I texted the housekeeper but never got a reply. As you can imagine 15 days without clean towels or bed linen is unacceptable. Playa Blanca is a lovely resort and I would highly recommend it. The location of the villa was too noisy for us but we would certainly return to Playa Blanca.

Great holiday

The villa is within a 15 minute walk of a great beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The villa is very spacious and a home from home feel to it, it is equipped with everything you need to cook family meals if you don’t want to go out, outdoor BBQ a great way of cooking for that alfresco feel, we used it all the time. The privacy of the garden and pool is a bonus too. Communication with the owners was very easy and Linda and Eddie who are in the resort are easily contactable and very helpful, all in all a great relaxing place. Will book again.

Perfect stay

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Liza. It's very clean and our welcome pack was much appreciated. The bedrooms were all a good size and the living area was huge! The TV and kitchen are very modern. The pool area has the sun all dayday(perfect for us). It's so private and not overlooked at all. We choose to walk into Play Blanca sometimes, the bus was handy too €1.40 and a taxi home was less than €5. Communication with Clare was excellent along with the directions and instructions. Thanks for a wonderful holiday. ☀️😁

Fab villa

Lovely spacious villa. It was nice and clean and had everything you needed. The pool area was very private with high walls so no one could see you. The firestick is a very handy addition enabling you to watch english tv, the massive corner sofa meant we could all sprawl out on it after our return from a big meal lol.We all really enjoyed our stay there and i would definitely book it again. My only criticism was i think the large bedroom could do with a bigger bed in it rather than the standard double as hubby is 6ft 3 and took up most of it and bigger bath towels. Other than that it was a great find. And must mention the owners, really helpful and well communicated.

superb villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Liza, it was very clean on arrival and well equipped,a real home from home with lots of little extras and a great welcome pack. We had an issue with the TV on arrival but this was soon resolved with help from Villa manager Linda who responded immediately to my phone call and also from villa owner Stephen. The outside area was lovely and private, pool was kept warm with use of overnight cover, sun loungers had very comfy cushions, one slight criticism of outside area was the garden needed a bit of a tidy but didn't detract from our enjoyment of what is a lovely area with great mountain views. We like walking and enjoyed the walk down to flamingo beach and restaurants and also further along the promenade to the main town, restaurants and shops but also hired a car for exploring further afield, If you don't want to walk the bus stop and taxi rank is close by. Right from initial booking enquiry communication with Liza Clare was excellent with prompt responses. Would thoroughly recommend this lovely spacious villa, we stayed for 12 days and didn't want to leave !

What an amazing holiday we all had in lanzarote. I couldn't recommend this villa enough. Felt so homely. Amazing communication between myself and liza-clare. I will certainly be returning and using this villa again. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We all made great use of the pool, had lovely meals outside, when we were out for dinner. I have absolutely no complaints. Was one of our best holidays. I can't thank you enough guys. Looking forward to our next visit.

Most Disappointing

We booked this holiday in August 2021 to visit in October half term with my husband, 9 year old son and 2 elderly relatives ages 81 & 83, as you can imagine, with the COVID restrictions and the trauma of the last 2 years we were all looking forward to our stay. We chose this villa specifically because it was 4 bedrooms. The day before our stay the owner messaged to say that there had been a leak in the small bedroom and it was therefore unusable. Upon speaking with her we found that the damage was from August but rather than let us know in good time so that we could have looked at alternative accommodation she decided to drop the bomb shell less than 24 hours before our trip. Her attitude stunk and was very much "well nobody else has complained, there's plenty of bed's you'll have to bunk up" The villa was basic, the beds and pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. The pool was freezing and needed a good clean. On the plus side the living room was large and spacious and there was lots of room for everyone. The outside area is private and the terrace is nice. It's not too far to walk for a taxi. Would we visit again - most definatly not !!

Fabulous Villa

Perfect location just outside Playa Blanca. The Villa was spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped, and much more than we expected. Communication with the hosts was first class. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend for couples, families, or a group of friends. Sunrise on the terrace is just spectacular !

Absolutely perfect villa for our family of 5.

Just returned from a wonderful week here, with my partner and 3 boys, age 13,10,5. Possibly the best villa holiday we have had, (been to a good few).. everything you could expect plus more from a villa. Highly recommended. No issues whatsoever with anything, car rental is advised but not essential as taxis are very cheap and the nearest taxi rank in a 5 minute stroll. The TV package is unbelievable, WiFi worked to perfection, beds comfy, and the villa has the “wow” factor as you arrive. *tip for families with young boys- 3G football pitch is a 10 minute walk away in a hotel over the road from the aqua park, matches played everyday 4-5pm and anyone can join in, just walk in to the grounds of the hotel behind the reception just off the main road, a god send for my lads. Loads of toys, inflatables for the pool etc ready for kids on arrival, books, DVD’s and a cracking welcome pack of beers, wine, ham, bread, water plus more which is a classy touch. I’ll certainly be returning, money well spent and an overall fantastic break. *if I must say one advisory- maybe cushions on the sun loungers round the pool, but that’s no big deal at all and it’s the only thing I can think of to make this from a 99.9 villa to a 100. Lovely villa, with beautiful views.

The villa is very spacious and has a lovely homely feel. There are a few games, books and an Xbox should you want them. Although it said British TV, we couldn’t get it to work, but that was probably down to user error and we didn’t need it anyway. Pool was cleaned regularly and maids also visited once during our stay to clean and change sheets/ towels. The pool/garden area is very private and not really overlooked. Although it backs onto a road, traffic noise is minimal. The open land beyond means that it has beautiful views of the mountains. It is out of town (approx half hour walk in) but there is a taxi rank 2 minutes walk away. We hired a car so this was not a problem for us. I would definately recommend this and would love to stay there again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

August Stay at Villas Blancas

So the pick for the Family Holiday this year was another different place, and what a smashing villa this was, the photos are spot one and the outside area and pool were ideal for our family. Once we got our bearings on the area it really is a well placed villa, if you are not great walkers then the walk into the main centre an take about 30 mins at an amble as at times very hot, but the wind definitely helps here, if not literally walk to the bottom of the hill and wait for the excellence cheap taxi service 3-4 Euros dead cheap and run all the time. The Volcano at the front of the villa is well worth the walk aswell, but steep at times, do take a drink as when you are up there you can walk all the way around it aswell, which is ideal. Any of the communication we had with the owners and property support in Lanzarote, were excellent very attentive and always at hand as and when required. If you are foodies then the BBQ area is excellent simple trip to the Hiper Dino and load up, then even the Supermarket will order you a Taxi lol. But literally anywhere along the front were excellent restaurants, we especially liekd the New Italain Ask, fantastic fresh food and really attentive service, some though slow but when freshly cooked worth the wait. there are some excellent beaches aswell, not that 2 of our party were that keen but mixture of fine sand and large buts so not that bad atall if not your thing, walk along the excellent pathway all the way to the marina, where even more restaurants/bars are waiting for you! Lots of choice and do make the effort to the Teguise Market/Playa Blanca Markets as good days out for sure, bargains to be had and you can haggle with them aswell. Overall great holiday really well needed and enjoyed by our whole party thanks Lanzarote and the Owners.

Liza and Stephen keep the Villa to an immaculate standard , we have visited three times over a six year period and each time everything was spotless and wonderful. Lovely private pool and a very relaxing holiday. Excellent support too!

We are Liza (Clare) and Stephen Thompson who have been visiting the island for many years and have a successful property development company back in the UK.

We would like you to make this your home from home and enjoy the property just as we do.

We have visited the island many times and fell in love with the area around Playa Blanca which is in our opinion the best location on the island. A very short distance away you have bars, restaurants, beaches, aqua park, everything to make your holiday complete.
Local taxi services are at reasonable cost, but would recommend a car to travel further to see the beautiful sights of Lanzarote.
there are many beautiful beaches to explore.
Playa Flamingo, Playa Dorada, Papagayo.
Timamanfaya is a must see with the volcano still live. (Also the Cooked Chicken)
The water park Aqualava is a fantastic day out< don't forget your sun tan Lotion....

Our villa is to a very high standard, rooms are very spacious, two room have fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage. Open plan living area with fully fitted kitchen, everything the ladies need home from home.
Outside artificial lawns, alfresco dining and beautiful private heated pool, during cooler months
There is a travel cot and high chair but i ask guests to take their own cot bedding.
There is a hair dryer and straighteners.
