Splendid, Stunning & Sumptuous is Sundance

The villa, as described, is one of the finest luxury residences we've had the pleasure of visiting in a long time. The owner greeted us on our arrival and went above and beyond to help us settle in. The villa, the views, and its accessibility to all the island has to offer did not disappoint. It is a perfect place to relax and holiday with family and friends. Stunning view from a spacious, modern property

Villa Sundance is a fantastic villa with views to die for and acres of space for large groups to relax in. The beds and furnishings were of a high standard and all the appliances and heating worked perfectly. Dawn was lovely and was on hand to help sort anything out. Definitely a luxury villa and can’t wait to return one day! You will need transport here since it is not easily walkable into town but as it is above a main road car accessibility is very good. Also, the bus to Palma and other towns stops right at the end of the drive!

Lovely fortnight in El Vila

Really lovely property, wonderful location - only 5 mins to port de Pollensa and 5 mins to Pollensa old town, yet up in the hills with a little breeze and stunning views. Great base for a fantastic holiday combining beach days, pool days and exploring the island.

Great property, the best location

Spent my 60th here with my adult family. Lots of space inside / out and beautiful views. Felt very comfortable here and the property had everything we needed. Highlight was family bbq lunches on the terrace. Dawn was a super host and nothing was too much trouble

We really enjoyed our stay. Dawn was very proactive from the check-in and with recommendations throughout. The house was well equipped with comfortable bedding, a great location, a breathtaking view, and easy proximity to Puerto Pollensa.

Beautiful property

we stayed as 2 couples. However, we barely entered many rooms. If you stayed with 8 of you, which the property can easily accommodate, it is incredibly affordable. The outdoor speakers, terrace table, bbq, swimming pool is all you need as you look out over mountains. Air conditioning is very good also. Really easy to reach the port and the old town. Dawn is very easy to contact and shows you around the property

Beautiful property with great spaces and panoramic views

Great stay at the villa. A few minutes drive from the beautiful beach front at Puerto Polença. The property has a great pool, lovely spacious interior and panoramic views across the bay. We were a family group of 9 and had a great week combining exploring the local area with pool time. Dining al fresco at the Villa was also a highlight. Dawn, the was responsive and friendly throughout. Highly recommended.

Just returned from this beautiful villa with stunning views. The Villa has ever thing to offer all age groups and equipped with every essential item you would have at home. Dawn was friendly and welcoming and provided us with recommendations for local restaurants. We will certainly return again in the future.

A beautiful haven

This is a wonderful villa run by a wonderful and efficient host. We were a group of 10 ranging from 8 to 61 years. There is more than enough space at the property and outside for people to have quiet time and yet lots of places to all eat and relax together. The villa has incredible views and wonderful light and airy bedrooms with a fab pool and lots of outdoor space. It is a perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle but only 5/10 mins by car to the Old Town and the Port so an ideal location. Thank you Dawn and we look forward to future visits!

Family Holiday

Sundance is blessed with spectacular 180^ views and is large enough to accommodate mixed age group families easily with its spacious rooms and separate seating areas on different levels. Bedrooms all air conditioned and large fans in the main areas of the villa kept us cool. Outside the large terrace was comfortable and the huge outdoor table with sun umbrellas meant there was plenty of shade for everyone if needed and more umbrellas down by the pool with the sun loungers. Lots of terraces and seating areas all around the villa allowed privacy if wanted. Dawn was absolutely fantastic - huge thanks to her for going way beyond what we could have dreamt of to help us settle in and for being so helpful with ideas and recommendations during our stay. Great location being only a short drive from the port and old town Pollenca.

A lovely relaxing hideaway

A gorgeous villa tucked out of the way with stunning views of the bay snd mountains. The perfect spot for a friends vacation, villa a bit rustic but modern touches too, very spacious which is ideal for a group or family vacation, different levels for a bit of quiet if needed. Great sound system and some of our group watched the rugby through sky tv so we’re quite happy. Lovely pool area and plenty other areas for sunbathing. The weather wasn’t brilliant during our stay but it didn’t spoil our time at the villa.

Beautiful Villa, stunning location, perfect for a large family

We had the most wonderful stay at Villa Sundance. We were there to celebrate a wedding in the port and had all our family with us. The house was so spacious though that we all felt like we had our own areas we could hide away and relax in when necessary. When we came together though it was also superbly set up for communal dining and gathering. The location was marvellous with stunning views across Pollensa bay and a very short drive into the port. Communication with owner Dawn was always very quick and easy and she was incredibly helpful during our stay. Thank you Dawn! We hope to be back soon!

Great holiday at Sundance villa

Sundance is a lovely property. It is spacious, clean, well equipped and has the most amazing views. It is set on different levels and there are plenty of seating areas, indoors and out, if a little time out is required. It is ideal for a large family or couples (4x doubles & 1x twin). The sound system with outdoor speakers is a nice touch. The pool is very clean and there are plenty of sun loungers. Sundance is located up a steep hill away from the busier part of the Port. A car is required to get to the Port/beach or the old town. There are plenty of water sports available at the beach and boats can be hired (with a captain if required) for a trip round the coast. Dawn met us on arrival and was very helpful when we needed any information. Communication was prompt. She recommended places to eat and even sent us a schedule of festival days that were happening while we were there. We had a lovely holiday at Sundance villa and would highly recommend it.

Lovely view

We enjoyed Sundance. The position is ideal, private and secluded but near supermarkets and between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. As you are on a hill you get a lovely view and any breeze that’s going. We were a British mixed age group- grandparents single grown up children, a-married couple, and a toddler. The pool is nice, and was much enjoyed by the young adults and toddler. Personally being a bit older, I found it very hard to get in and out as there are no steps, only a very steep drop onto a shallow section. Getting in was fine but I had to be helped out which was slightly undignified! The bedrooms are nice with decent beds and mattresses. The rooms are individually air conditioned. The villa is large and spacious, and the Sky and Uk TV channels much appreciated. Dawn the owner was helpful and responded quickly to any requests.

In a word... STUNNING

We've rented holiday homes in the Pollensa area for many years now, both in the height of summer and in the winter months but this villa was, far and beyond, the most amazing property we have had the privilege of using. It has the most incredible views and truly had the"wow" factor. From the time we arrived to the day we left we were wowed by everything about the place. So well equipped, beautiful decor, amazing facilities, words cannot describe how much we loved it and it is so spacious there is always somewhere to find a quiet corner! Winter holidays can sometimes be chilly but not once did we feel anything other than cosy and warm inside the property due to the fantastic heating system, there was as much hot water as we needed and more, it never ran out. It's a fantastic place for a winter break, I would happily have sat inside just marveling at the views and enjoying the luxury for the entire week had we not been so blessed with good weather. The villa situation is perfect for easy access to so many places and we walked from the villa into the port on several occasions. We even used the pool a couple of times despite it being winter, it was sparklingly clean. I cannot recommend this beautiful home highly enough, especially of you're thinking of a winter break. Everything has been thought about to ensure comfort and luxury with unbeatable views. Simply the best.

Traumhafte Villa

Wir waren in Familie in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa ist sehr großzügig und sauber. Es fehlt hier an nichts. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Die Küche hat alles was man sich vorstellen kann, genug Geschirr, Töpfe und Besteck. Es gibt nichts was es nicht gibt. Alle haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt, der Pool war für unsere Kinde der der Lieblingsort. Sehr schön war auch der Gasgrill mit extra Ersatzflasche. Besser geht es nicht. Wir hoffen das wir wieder hier Urlaub machen könne in dieser großzügigen Villa. Dawn reagiert auf Anfragen sehr schnell und freundlich. Vielen Dank bis zum nächsten mal.

Wunderbarer Ort zur Entspannung

Die Lage der Finca ist überaus beeindruckend und es fehlte uns rein gar nichts. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten, wobei es auch möglich ist ein ruhiges Plätzchen auf einer der vielen Terrassen zu finden. Bei Fragen stand uns Dawn stets kurzfristig zur Verfügung und konnte immer weiterhelfen. Gerne wären wir noch länger geblieben.
