Unsere möblierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung ist ein Nichtraucher direkt am Meer Eckschrank im dritten Stock, mit herrlichem freiem Blick nach oben und unten an der nicht angetriebenen Abschnitt von New Smyrna Beach. Es gibt einen großen Doppel-Balkon vom Wohnbereich zugegriffen und Schlafzimmer. Es gibt einen separaten Essbereich und eine sehr schöne IKEA Küche mit Edelstahl-Geräte und eine große Familie Frühstück bar. Es gibt auch einen Waschraum mit umweltfreundliche Frontlader-Waschmaschine / Trockner. Das gemütliche Familienwohnbereich verfügt über einen 42 "Flatscreen-TV mit HD-Kabel, Home Entertainment-System und DVD-Player - es gibt auch einen kostenlosen High-Speed-Internet. Entspannen Sie auf dem Schlafsofa, Sofa oder Lazy Boy Recliner und genießen Sie 30 Meter aus dem Sand zu sein! Lehnen Sie sich auf dem Balkon mit einem Getränk - es nicht besser wird!

Das Master-Schlafzimmer hat ein King-Size-Bett, einen Flachbild-TV / DVD und ein eigenes Bad mit Marmor und Glas Dusche. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten, einen Flachbild-TV / DVD und ein Badezimmer mit Wanne / Dusche. Alle Betten und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden - bringen Sie nur Ihre Kleidung und Ihre Pflegeprodukte. Es gibt Liegestühle enthalten und eine Vielzahl von Strand Spielzeug für jüngere Kinder. Alle unsere Gäste haben die Verwendung eines großen, beheizten Swimmingpool, einem flachen Kinderpool und einem Strandsonnenterrasse, und der Shuffleboard-Platz. Overall a good stay. Condo had a beautiful view of the ocean. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was very clean. Only issue was very limited hot water in 2nd bathroom. Master bathroom had no issues with hot water.

Nothing wrong … just needs a couple things “more right”

This place is nice with only little things that need to be fixed. When our west coast plans were impacted by weather we were thrilled to quickly get this place booked with extremely prompt communication from our host. Just a couple maintenance items and some new cushions on the outdoor furniture from wonderful.

Beautiful condo but needs a couple of things repaired

I gave this 5 stars because overall it was a great condo and was exactly as pictured here, but the refrigerator needs to be fixed. We lost quite a bit of food because it just wouldn’t get very cold. Previous renters had the same issue because they left waters in the freezer. And the front door lock should probably be fixed or replaced. It was making a horrible sound so we tested it the second day with one person on the inside of the condo and the other one outside trying to lock it and it just wouldn’t lock. My husband went and bought new batteries for it and that fixed it. Very nicely decorated condo though and very clean which is important to us.

Wonderful getaway

Great Location

This condo is in a great location. Right on the beach and this unit is on the 3rd floor right on the corner, great views of the ocean. The unit was very clean and very well stocked, from the kitchen to the towels and linens. beds were very comfortable as was the living room furniture. Easy to get to the unit via elevator or stairs. Door lock pad was convent as you never had to remember a key. Be sure to check to see if you need a parking pass from the office. We would definitely stay here again

This location is perfect in NSB. The unit needs some TLC in the kitchen and the layout of the shower in the master bath is odd in that you have to be in it to turn the water on. The living room furniture is very comfortable and great TV for watching the NLCS. Beautiful oceanfront location and nice balcony furniture.

Hacienda Del Sol II offers a large seasonally heated swimming pool with a brick paved deck and there's also a kiddy pool where the little ones can enjoy themselves. Comfortable chairs and sun loungers are available around the pool and there are restrooms and showers inside the cabana. Hacienda del Sol II also has an oceanfront sun deck overlooking the beach - a wonderful location to relax, read a book or just keep an eye on the children.
If sitting still is not for you, then, challenge the family to a game of shuffleboard on the court with a wonderful ocean view. Two large gas grills are available for use by the cabana, which also has a kitchen. Grill lunch or dinner for the family or a few friends and dine in the cabana. You may also borrow books from our mini-library in the cabana or sit and surf the web on our computer. Free Wi-Fi is available in each unit.

If your unit is not equipped with a laundry room, we have coin laundry facilities on every floor on both ends of the building.

Surfers will love our location - recognized as one of the best surf hotspots on the East Coast. We have numerous surf schools and rental shops to keep everyone happy. This is a great place to learn to surf so set aside some time to hit the waves!

Boat rentals, charters, and expert guide services make fishing easy, and these resources are almost as plentiful as the fish themselves. Deep-sea charters leave New Smyrna Beach daily, giving offshore fishers an easy way to wet a line in the beautiful Atlantic Ocean.
