Das Anwesen verfügt über eine hervorragende Lage mit einem Brand, der direkt vor dem Zaun entlangläuft. Es hat einen abgeschiedenen Garten hinter dem Haus, der gesichert wurde. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen eigenen Whirlpool im Freien auf der großen Terrasse. Dies ist ein sehr geräumiges Hotel und es gibt Parkplätze für 2 Autos an der Vorderseite.

Tolle Unterkunft mit super Ausstattung

Es ist ein schönes, alleinstehendes Haus mit vier Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern und einer sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche. Es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Relaxing Time

Lovely neighbours helped us up the snowy hill when we were stuck, house was warm clean, very well equipped, we all enjoyed the hot tub and games room, the beds were a little uncomfortable and the house a little far out of town, but overall great house.

Fabulous House

This is a fantastic property with great amenities and fabulous hot tub. Not far from Aviemore centre. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Gillian is a brilliant host who answered questions very quickly and was very accommodating. Thanks for a great weekend stay.

Christmas Break

We are a group of 5 retail workers who take time out to recharge our batteries before the Xmas madness. This is the perfect retreat for us. Everything we need is here in quiet location. Done 3 years now and 2025 already booked. Highly recommend and Gillian always onhand if needed.

Beautiful property with everything we needed

Beautifullly presented property with loads of space and a very well equipped kitchen. With 2 teenagers to keep amused they loved the games room and hot tub, we all did. Would definitely recommend and go back again.

Perfect stay

Very nice property that had everything we required, hot tub a boon very needed after a days golf and cycle run the next day, everything worked and no faults within the property. Our only suggestion a walkway or stepping stones from the back door to the hot tub would be nicer than the damp wet grass at this time of the year. Gillian obviously looks after her property well and maintains it to a high standard. Will be back next year .

Autumn break

The house was an excellent base for a few days in Aviemore, with a family group aged 22 to 88. The communication all the way from initial contact with Gillian to leaving for home was excellent, and the house was all we could have hoped for. The facilities were exactly as described and there was plenty of space for a largish group. The entertainment was spot on, with hot tub, sauna and pool table keeping everyone busy. It was also spotless with plenty of towels and bedding for everyone. I’d highly recommend it!

Amazing property

Spacious ,very clean, comfortable house .Pool table ,sauna and garden great .Had everything we needed for our stay .We were a group of 8 friends and stayed for a long weekend Beds were very comfy .location was good very quiet, about 20 mins walk to Aviemore centre .Will definitely stay again .Gillian the host was very helpful with any question we had before we arrived.

Nice house in a great Aviemore location

Lovely modern house and ideal for our two family visit. Dioscovered some little cut throughs which made walking into Aviemore really easy - and actually might be worth mentioning those in the listing. Hot tub was a nice bonus as was the games room.

Week in Aviemore

Great property in a great location. Surrounded by woodland so feels nice and secluded but only a couple of minutes from the centre of Aviemore. Lovely modern house with large well equiped kitchen. Great outdoor space to the rear with decking and hottub. Garage is a converted games room with pool table, table tennis and table football so loads to keep you busy and also Sky TV for sports and movie nights. Had a wonderful time and would thoroughly recommend.

Birthday weekend away!

We had a lovely time in this house for my son’s 18th birthday celebrations. The hot tub was fab and the pool room was well used! My only criticism of the house, and it’s possibly out with the owners control-the check in and out times. 4.30pm (although the lovely owner let us in at 4pm) is later than other holiday homes I’ve stayed in and 10am for a check out isn’t enjoyable. Not a major issue but certainly feels like it shortens your break away!

An absolutely lovely spoless and well equipped house in a great setting but close to all the amenities in Aviemore. Hot tub, sauna and pool table too so no shortage of relaxation either. Excellent communication from the owner before and after our stay. I'd definitely book again. Steve.

I am a 45 year old mother of 1 and sold my business when my daughter came along. I then bought the apartment to let as a business I could run from home so as to be here to see my daughter growing up.
I had the apartment 3 years when my husband and I decided to try the high end of the market and we bought the detached house known now as Mulroy house. This property has been furnished to a very high standard and just have to wait to see if it becomes as popular as our apartment has become.
I am very proud of the feedback I have received in the last 3 years from many of my clients in the apartment many of whom have returned several times. Just hope our new house meets with expectations of our clients and they return again for future holidays. My promise is to mantain the same high standards.
