Dies ist eine Endeinheit, 3-stöckiges Haus in einer geschlossenen und sehr begehrten Gemeinschaft. Wenn Sie nach einer ruhigen, entspannenden und dennoch bequemen Unterkunft suchen, haben Sie sie gefunden!

Townhome wurde von oben nach unten umgebaut. Neue Böden, neue Teppiche, neue Möbel, neue Geräte und eine süße neue Küche. Die Küche hat Granitoberflächen, schöne Eichenschränke und rostfreie Geräte.

Neue Leuchten und Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Insel zusätzlich zum Esstisch. Die Küche ist für 8 Personen ausgestattet und bietet alles, was Sie benötigen.

Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 2 große Schlafzimmer (King in Main, Queen in 2nd), beide Zimmer haben begehbare Kleiderschränke und Vollbäder. Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat einen 48 "Smart TV.

Die Hauptebene verfügt über eine 1/2-Badewanne und einen formellen Wohnbereich mit einem 32-Zoll-Smart-TV, einem Esszimmer und einer Küche. Diese Ebene verfügt über einen möblierten Balkon mit Blick auf den Golfplatz.

Die untere Ebene führt zur möblierten Hauptterrasse, von der die Wasserfront nur wenige Schritte entfernt ist. Dieses Zimmer verfügt über eine große Schlafcouch, einen 55-Zoll-Samsung-Ultra-HD-Smart-TV, eine Samsung-Soundbar und einen elektrischen Kamin für kühle Nächte! In einem separaten Raum gibt es eine brandneue Samsung Waschmaschine und Trockner.

Zugewiesener Parkplatz vor dem Gerät, ausreichend Platz für zwei Fahrzeuge. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist auf der anderen Straßenseite. Das Haus verfügt über Internet mit Century Link, Direct TV für alle Fernseher und ADT Home Security für Ihre Sicherheit.

Arizona roots revisited…

This was a great location for our use. It was so nice coming home to this well-appointed condo. The kitchen is completely supplied with everything we needed. Furnishings were up to date and in good condition. Comfy beds, and superior linens. Great golf course views. Rent this place and rest well.

Very nice condo

Great Place!

Our group of 4 stayed here for a week while attending a family wedding. The location was perfect for us - near restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. The condo was exactly as pictured. The owner was quick to respond to the one problem we had. We'd love to stay here again.

Mesa House Visit

We had a wonderful time. We were there to visit family and your house was only five minutes away from them. We throughly enjoyed sitting on the patios in the mornings and evenings. What a lovely home, we will definitely want to stay there again.

Weekend getaway

The pictures don’t do it justice. Very nice property. Comfortable, clean and perfect for our stay. Husband and I came for the weekend to visit adult kids. The boys golfed while the girls watched from the patio and enjoyed a few cocktails. Had a nice barbecue outside. Plenty to do in the close proximity of the property. 10/10. We will definitely be back.

Great Stay at Dobson Ranch

My wife and I had an awesome stay at this very roomy and updated townhome at Dobson Ranch. Our host was very responsive and we had no issues throughout our stay. The location was perfect and everything advertised regarding this townhome was spot on. Sitting out on the deck, relaxing, enjoying the scenery and the golfers strolling by was great. Definitely would rent this place again!!

This is a lovely property that looks out onto the golf course and the lagoon. It was well appointed, quiet, comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was very kind to let me stay a couple hours after the check out time to rest before my flight as I was quite ill.

Ironman Race Week

We have stayed at this lovely home several times before when in town for the Ironman triathlon. It was as nice as ever! Wonderful master bedroom upstairs, well stocked kitchen, quiet corner location overlooking the canal and golf course. Lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the Canada geese and ducks, as well as a cute turtle. Tracy is a wonderful host, and was very rrsponsive to my communications. Highly recommend.

Spring Getaway

My wife and I spent a week at this property and we enjoyed our time. The downstairs rec room was very nice after a long day of hiking and we spent a lot of time out on the back deck watching the golfers. We saw a few turtles in the water as well as several ducks. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very nice. Only a few things could be addressed - the ice maker wasn't working, the sliders were difficult to open or close and the outdoor cushions were worn. Otherwise, the home was very clean & comfortable. If we come back to Mesa, we'd stay here again. Thank you!

We just stayed for ten days (11-21 Feb) We enjoyed the house a lot. It is very comfortable, good quality furniture and the beds are very comfortable. Comfortable Stay

Townhouse was clean and nicely furnished. Excellent tv package allowed us to watch all of our sports teams that we follow on a big screen tv. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching golfers play. Kitchen is well stocked but could use more plates but otherwise has exerything you might need. Would love to come back!

Mesa Snowbird Getaway

Perfect location and is exactly as advertised. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed being on the golf course as it made it feel like we weren't in the city. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants. The townhouse was large and very comfortable. We would definitely recommend it anyone wishing to spend time in the Mesa or surrounding cities.

Great condo and well equipped.

The condo worked great for our 2+ week stay. The kitchen is well equipped and the location was very nice and quiet. The upper deck and lower patio are nice spaces to relax, with a view of the golf course. The lower level was a favorite in the evenings with a comfortable sectional and large TV.

Great place, great view, great area

We loved this place! So roomy and comfortable. Very convenient to get around, close to the airport, ASU (we went to a football game) and freeways. Really good places to eat that were really close by (thanks for the recommendations in the notebook). The only issue we had was that darned step between the living room and dining room. Even after warning each other, my hubby tripped and fell. Our own fault though. I almost hate too tell you all how nice this place was, in case it gets so popular we can't book it again 😉

I decided to open my beautiful home to those of you that travel to visit Arizona and take in everything the state has to offer. Please make yourself comfortable and welcome home!

This location is perfect. It is located in the South West corner of Mesa AZ bordering Chandler and Tempe. If you like baseball you will find Spring training stadiums are close or very easy to get to as you are just Minutes for US 60 and Loop 101. Chicago Cubs new stadium as well as the Oakland A's are down the road. If you like hiking you have the amazingly beautiful Superstition Mountains just to the East of Mesa. You are minutes from ASU, and 20 minutes will get you to down town Phoenix. For the golfers...well Dobson Ranch is a great course. You can enjoy yourself right here or explore the many courses that the Valley of the Sun has to offer. I could go on and on but my suggestion is to come To AZ relax and explore. I guarantee you can relax in this Town Home
