Es hat eine exzellente Lage, 300 Meter vom Strand entfernt und 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum von Alvor entfernt. Seine Lage bietet einfachen Zugang zu einer Reihe von Top-Golfplätzen. Fabulous Apartment

The apartment is in the perfect location in Alvor - close to bars/restaurants, short walk to the beach, short stroll to the harbour. The apartment itself is really spacious and has everything you could possibly need. The Vila da Praia complex is lovely and has one of the best pools in Alvor. One of the main highlights is the sea view from the balcony and the late afternoon / early evening sunshine. We would definitely stay here again :)

Paradise in Alvor!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful well appointed apartment. The views from the balcony and kitchen are amazing! The property is in a great location, and within walking distance to everything. The property manager Debby, was very nice and met us upon arrival to explain everything. Property owner Sandra was also very nice and promptly replied to us with any questions we had.

Fabulous apartment

This was our second stay in this apartment and one of may visits to Alvor. The apartment overlooks an amazing pool, the balcony gets the evening sun, the apartment is clean and well equipped. It is centrally located with easy access to both the village and the beach. The new additions in the apartment - curtains to give privacy in the living room and additional wardrobe space - enhance the stay. We will definately return!

Magical Alvor

A fantastic apartment in our favourite holiday destination - Vila da Praia, Alvor. Everything went like clockwork from the initial booking, through to getting the keys, etc. With a bit of luck (second grandchild expected soon), we’ll manage to return next year. Couldn't fault anything. Good value, great apartment, good facilities, great neighbourhood, lovely village. What's not to like. Would love to bring wife next time. Highly recommended, in fact have already done so to a couple who we met that were staying in hotel nearby and came to have a look while we were there. Fantastic spacious apartment

We loved this apartment. It is very spacious (enough space for 2 adults and 2 young boys to not feel cramped) and had everything we needed. The balcony has a fabulous sea view. It overlooks the pool and gets the afternoon/early evening sun. Booking process was easy and Sandra gave us all the necessary information. Checkin process with Debby was quick and easy too. We did have a problem with the old safe but this was quickly sorted and a new one installed the following day. We would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again.

Lovely apartment, well located, spotlessly clean

Really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Very spacious and well appointed. In a great location, close to the old town and the beach. Friendly welcome and no issues with check in or check out. Only one thing to mention is the duvet covers, just a little small. We will return.

Bom apartamento

Bom apartamento, com todos os utensílios e eletrodomésticos necessários para uma boa estadia, inclusive acessórios de praia. A pisicina do condomínio é agradável, apesar de não ter manutenção diária e por vezes a água não estar nas melhores condições. Fica perto da praia de Alvor e Torralta, e dali ao centro é um pulinho.

Beautiful apartment

The pictures of this apartment don't do it justice. It's much bigger than the pictures make it look. The owner (sandra) was extremely helpful and patient with us during covid and not knowing if we could go or not. Anyway, we did get to go and so glad we did. Apartment is stunning, pool is lovely, regularly cleaned and supervised. Perfect location. Beautiful complex. Near to everything, supermarket, beach, town, taxis, buses etc..... couldn't be more perfectly situated. Love it here. 2nd time at Villa da Praia and certainly wont be our last. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect Apartment & Location

We were very happy with this apartment as it was even better than the photos. Debby met us as arranged & showed us around & her husband explained the tv instructions. The apartment was spotless & very comfortable with a pool & sea view from the balcony. We were able to sit outside even in the first week in November. Some brave souls were even using the pool. The facilities were excellent with a fully kitted out kitchen, great hairdryer & even hair straighteners provided. The washing machine was a new Samsung with everything in Portuguese on the dials. It took about 5 minutes to sort out the limited use I needed so it wasn't a problem. We used the oil filled heater once but the apartment was warm inside even though the evenings were cool. The booking process & communications with Sandra were very straight forward & we would not hesitate to book another stay here.
