Dieses Gerät bietet Platz für 8 mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer, zwei vollen Betten im Gästezimmer und einem Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Wohnzimmermöbel sind neu, ersetzt Herbst 2017. Esszimmer bietet Platz für 6 Personen mit zwei zusätzlichen Sitzplätzen an der Bar. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer hat Zugang zum Balkon.
Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet.
Wir sind bequem neben Restaurants, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und nicht weit von den Outlet Malls entfernt.

Während Sie sich am großen Außenpool entspannen, können Ihre Kinder eine 1300 m² große Anlage genießen. Caribbean Pirate Splash Pad unten am Pool inspiriert. Das Gebiet besteht aus einem Piraten Sloop und Schiffsbug mit Slant Jets und Wasserkanone, einem Strand gesetztes Boot Wet Rutsche, eine Palme mit Wasser Dumping Bananen sowie einem winzigen Tulpe-Blumen-Spray. Sie können am Ende der Wohnung Diashow platziert Bilder von der Wasser-Park zu sehen. Es ist sicher, dass Ihr wenig Bucketheads besetzt während Ihres Urlaubs zu halten.

Would not recommend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ease of check-in/out was great. Location to restaurants was great. View was great. The condo itself had a bad odor that did not go away the entire stay. The condo was very dirty upon arrival. Dirt on walls/doors, crumbs/hair on the floor, empty chip bags on the floor, trash on bathroom floor, etc. The comforter in the master had multiple holes in it causing the stuffing to come out. Apps were not available to use on the smart tv's due to missing tv remotes. Fan in spare room was very loose causing loud noise when turned on. Beds were old, lumpy, and creaked when moving. The entire condo seemed outdated and dingy. Pictures on the site made it appear cleaner and more updated. We will not be staying there again.

It was a decent place overall. The bath/shower in the second bedroom does not have a shower curtain so you cannot take a shower in there. A small vacuum would have been helpful for us to clean up sand brought in from the beach. Our biggest issue was no hot water for about 18 hours. Maintenance finally came out and switched the breaker on which we could have done ourselves if we knew that needed to be done.

Reviewer Comments: this room was so fun and amazing it had tons of games for the family they also have beach accessories, extra pillows and blankets in the closet. The room was very clean it had everything you would need. the walls have beautiful pantings all over them and the view was 10/10. For our first experience staying in Alabama im definitely glad we chose this room and place to stay. we hope to stay again next year and i would definitely have to recommend this place and room to everyone <3

Sliding glass door in master lock not working TV in LR not working Door to laundry room broken Sand on floor when rented Elevators take forever. Property mgr is not person listed Jill is property mgr she is horrible. Does not return calls. I’m general is unhelpful and accusatory to you the guest. Worst rental experience.

The view from the balcony is fantastic, I loved sitting out there. The beds were comfortable. We used the treadmill in the exercised room most days. That was convenient. There are grocery stores and lots of good places to eat close by. Hazels for breakfast is a must. And Bahama Bobs is so good. We hope to come back again next year.

Very Disappointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very upset with this unit. Living area is fine, but the rest of the unit is in need of repair and updating. Popcorn ceiling was shedding, there are holes in the walls in the bathrooms. The sheets were paper thin and would not stay on the mattresses. The main bedroom mattress is so old that you can see a hump down the middle of it. Lamps were broken. The doors to the washer/dryer fell off their track the first time we opened them. There was loud music almost every night so couldn't enjoy the balcony. Will not go back.

Reviewer Comments: I have stayed in Orange Beach for 4 years now at 4 different condos. This one was by far the oldest and dirtiest one we've stayed in. Upon arrival, we noticed mold or dust on the ceilings of the master bedroom and living room above the kitchen table. At first glance, I thought it was dust (thick black dust) coming out of the A/C vent. Then I looked closer and saw round spots indicating mold. We did not turn our overhead fan on due to the amount of dust all over it. The balcony had huge areas where the stucco was gone, exposing the rebar. It looked horrible like we were in an old motel. Please do not rent this unit out to anyone until you get rid of the dust and mold and repair the balcony.When you go to purchase your parking pass, there are 2 desks. One is for those checking in, which we did not need to do. The other is for parking passes. I had no idea which line to be in. I waited in line for over 30 minutes just to be told to go to the other desk to purchase my parking pass. That line was 3 groups long, so I decided to come back before they closed. I came back and was in line for about 10 minutes. Please, Print out signs for those who don't know which line to be in. Thank you!

Mediocre at best

The property and beach access were good; however, this particular unit was a bit outdated and could use a thorough deep cleaning. There was lots of dust and dirt throughout the unit, moldy shower curtains, the toilets were not working properly, and the drywall was peeling in the bathrooms. The side-by-side freezer door was too big for the available space, and too close to the wall, you couldn't even open it, was unable to store ice bags for the cooler in it. The beds also were not very comfortable, even my 60 lb. child complained about how uncomfortable they were. The property location itself was very convenient to stores and restaurants though.
