Diese Villa verfügt über einen privaten Pool und einen Parkplatz, Klimaanlage in jedem Schlafzimmer, WLAN und Kabel-TV. Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 10 Betten, aber zwei davon sind Zustellbetten und können nur von Kindern genutzt werden. Babybetten sind verfügbar, müssen aber im Voraus bestellt werden. Villa verfügt über zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC und eines davon verfügt über eine Badewanne. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Waschmaschine. Draußen gibt es 8 Sonnenliegen, einen neuen Barbequearea und eine schöne Veranda, wo Sie essen oder sich entspannen können. Es gibt auch zwei große Balkone im Obergeschoss, so dass Sie immer die Möglichkeit haben, die Sonne zu jeder Tageszeit zu genießen.

Restaurants, Bars, Souvenirläden usw. finden Sie im "The Strip", weniger als 100 Meter entfernt. Etwa 40 Meter über der Villa finden Sie einen tollen Supermarkt. Zum örtlichen Strand sind es etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Familienattraktionen wie Waterworld, Zoo Marine, Angeln, Tauchen, mehrere Golfplätze und Einkaufszentren befinden sich in der Nähe. Es gibt auch einen Touristenzug, der alle 20 Minuten vom "The Strip" in die Altstadt von Albufeira führt.

Leider lassen wir keine Jugendgruppen zu.

Amazing

I’ve just returned from a 7 night stay here at this villa albuferia there was 9 of us in total aged from 14-48 and I could not have faulted it from the cleanliness to the location everything was ideal Monica the host was very attentive to responding to all my messages and check in was straight forward as a family we would not hesitate on booking this again or recommending it to others.

Amazing family holiday

From the minute I booked over 12 months ago Monica was amazing and so professional. I had to change the dates and days twice and Monica was so accommodating-nothing was too much trouble! The villa it self is emasculate with not a thing out of place and I can honestly say all the beds were the most comfortable beds we have slept in! The location was perfect for us quite enough but just a 5 minute walk down to the strip although we much preferred the old town which was only a 7 min taxi drive away. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.xx

Amazing stay yet again.

This was our second time staying here and yet again it was amazing. The place has been renovated and its absolutely beautiful. The location of the property is great with a short drive or all to beaches and restaurants. All the amenities provided are perfect for a home away from home. We love staying here and will continue to do so each time we come to Portugal. You will not be disappointed if you are thinking of staying here, highly recommended. Family holiday!

Beautiful property, well looked after, with lots of internal and external space. Pool in the garden was wondeful alongside the bbq and outdoor eating area. Beaches are within a 30 minute walking distance, the strip is less than 15 minutes away and Aldi is 15 minutes for all the esentials. Yes, the apartment is located near a tall hotel but this was no problem and just helped us to locate the property when out walking :-). The host is super too, checking everything was ok throughout the stay. Thank you sharing your lovely holiday home with us!

Had a great week in August at the villa, the owner was extremely helpful and answered any queries in minutes, couldn't have asked for more. The outside area with pool was excellent, my two nieces were never out of the pool The Villa was very spacious and although there's no air condition in the Living/Kitchen area this wasn't needed, and it was 35C outside Ideal location for Bars and Restaurants, Aldi is only a 10 minute walk Will definitely be booking again Thanks again Monica for the use of your amazing Holiday home

Wonderful stay!

What a great ten days staying at this gorgeous villa! All amenities are provided, including a baby cot and toddler bed, making it a home away from home. The villa is located only a short drive away from beaches and in an ideal location from lots of restaurants, bars and Aldi is only a 10 minute walk away! There’s also a small shop with a little coffee shop/bar next door opposite the Irish pub for those little bits you may need. Lovely pool and garden area with plenty of sun loungers and a bbq which we used a couple of times. We never felt overlooked by the apartment block which was good, and you can’t even see their pool area unless you are very tall!! The owner was also super helpful in answering all our questions, making it easy. Thank you for having us Monica and we look forward to staying in the villa again next year!

Great villa in nice location

This is a very nice villa, which is in a great location for being near to the strip, but not too near. In fact, in the evening we couldn't hear any noise from anyone. Some very good bars and nice restaurants are just a couple of minutes away, and a large Aldi about 10 minutes walk too. Villa itself is very spacious, air con in the bedrooms, pool was nice although the pool lights came on in the morning and not at night which was a little annoying, and one of the window shutters wouldn't open which meant we couldn't access the rear balcony overlooking the pool and garden. Couldn't seem to get any answers from the owner either, which was a little disappointing, but would still highly recommend this villa.

Fabulous villa perfect family holiday

We were a family of 8 adults and one baby and one toddler we found the accommodation was a perfect size for us all. Plenty of space and storage for our two week stay. Monica provided us with a toddler bed and travel cot as well as a highchair. The villa was clean and well furnished. There is a dishwasher and washing machine as well as plenty of cutlery plates cups etc. Towels are plentiful and there are clean sheets available in the drawers and wardrobes if needed. The shaded veranda was the only place we ate and was perfect for evening games and early morning coffee. The three bedrooms upstairs all have access to balconies and the air conditioning units are both efficient and very quiet. Unfortunately Monica had two sun-beds on order that had not arrived so there was only six but this proved not to be a problem at all and I am sure they will be there for the next guests. The pool was again a fabulous size and it was cleaned and serviced once a week. The villa is in a good location just a short walk to the strip with plenty of shops and restaurants albeit more for the younger generation we did venture down there a couple of nights. The old town was either a taxi ride away it cost about five euros cheaper in an Uber or there is a tourist train that runs regularly and is a five minute walk from the villa. We ate out most nights and our two favourite restaurants were literally three minutes from the villa DoubleD and Garden Terrace. Thank you Monica for a lovely holiday.

Great villa, well equipped & good value

Had a super week in the villa. The owner was helpful and responsive to any questions too, making it easy. As 3 friends, we wanted somewhere with a pool, where we could access bars, restaurants and some other activities, whilst having a good place to relax, with a pool. Villa was just as described. It does say this, but just in case you missed it, the AC is in all the bedrooms, not in the living area. We found it ok, just so you know. The ‘hotel’ next door was never an issue for us, villa well protected and never felt people really overlooked or were always looking at us. 2 bathrooms a plus, kitchen with loads of cutlery, plates, large fridge and dishwasher a real plus. Remember to take dishwasher tablets, although they had kindly left us 1 tablet. TV was ‘smart’ so we were able to use it to watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. There is a small shop & bar around the corner, but note they only take cash. There is a larger supermarket about 15 mins walk away on main road into Albufeira old town. If you’re ‘The Strip’ type of people then this is in easy walking distance. If you are concerned about being too close, don’t be, as ‘The Strip’ really starts quite a few minutes walk away. If this not for you, do try a restaurant called Double D (shame about the name) at the very top of the same road as ‘The Strip’ just 5 mins walk away. Delicious tapas, super friendly, Otherwise, head into the old town. We walked and takes 45 minutes, but easy to get a cab if you wanted.

Hervorragende Unterkunft mit sehr kleinen Schwächen

Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend und jeden Cent wert. Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Die Lage ist optimal, ruhig, trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto in kürzester Zeit im Herzen von Albufeira. Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Klimaanlagen in jedem Schlafzimmer versehen ihren Dienst zuverlässig und sehr leise, TOP. Die Betten sind bestens, man schläft sehr gut darin, ebenfalls TOP. Trotzdem gibt es Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln. Die Bäder fallen im Vergleich zu dem restlichen Haus doch sehr ab: - Ein Duschvorhang in 2023 ist ein no go. Es gibt mittlerweile Hunderte von einfachen Glastrennwänden, mit denen man das Bad nicht bei jedem Duschen komplett unter Wasser setzt. Schade. Das zweite Bad hat eine entsprechende Kabine mit hervorragender Regenbogendusche. Jedoch keinerlei Ablageflächen und jeder über 90 kg wird die Dusche aufgrund des sehr schmalen Einstieges nicht nutzen können. Ebenfalls schade. - Der Pool ist super, jedoch kaum zu benutzen. Mit Glück hatte dieser 15 - 20 Grad Wassertemperatur. Bei aller Liebe aber das ist viel zu kalt. Wird der Pool gekühlt ? Bei der täglichen Hitze ist es schwer den nicht warm zu bekommen.... Wen das nicht stört hat eine super Unterkunft auf die er sich freuen kann. Wir werden bei einem weiteren Urlaub auf jeden Fall das Haus wieder in Betracht ziehen

Stopped here once again. Villa has been updated to a high standard. Lovely villa close to everything the only downside is that the hotel that overlooks the villa was very noisy this year so was constabtly been awaken all night.

Recent stay at Montechoro

Really nice villa in which the photos we saw (recently updated) don’t do it justice. Lovely sized villa and plenty of space for us to all stay in as a group of seven all different ages. You are close enough to the strip, but also far enough away that is comfortable for sure. Old part before the strip is easily accessible but slightly further to walk, we found going through the strip probably the fastest way there. Taxis are cheap and plentiful to go to the lovely old town and spend the day. All in all a great base for us to tour from and also relax with villa pool and bbq area. Really nice stay and thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Beautiful situated villa

Had a fantastic holiday at this villa. short walk to the strip supermarket a 2 minute walk away which fulfills all your shopping needs for a villa holiday. Villa is stunning plenty of room an beautiful balconys on the front and the back of the property. The pool is a little on the cold side but the property is a right little sun trap. Getting in touch with monica was easy an check in process was easy aswell. Booking for 2 weeks next year.

Wonderful Vacations

We had a wonderful family vacation. The house is absolutely fantastic! It has excellent conditions and is very well equipped. My 7 and 9 year old daughters loved the room and the outside space. Adults too! This summer when we should be more confined because of Covid-19, we were able to enjoy our vacation very well, we ate on the porch next to the garden, we enjoyed the pool and the barbecue!

Great house!

A lovely house with great pool for the children. A short stroll to the strip but directions would have helped 🙂. Close to supermarket (Intermarche), so handy ☺️. Quite a distance for little ones to get to old town, recommend going to strip and getting tuk tuk, 10euros any journey for 3 seater, extra for bigger tuk tuk. House had all we needed to self cater including BBQ which we used a couple of times. Lots of seats, 6 sunbeds, plenty of towels. All in all, a really good accommodation. Only drawback was location of keysafe, and getting key to fit 🤨

Great Well Equipped Villa

5 of us stayed here for a week , the property is well thought out , aircon , wifi and pool - well equipped kitchen. Lots of sun spots and tables for eating - the bbq was excellent. Supermarket in 50M . Only downside is perhaps the view of the hotel directly in front and close neighbours , next door is under development and there were dogs barking.

Great Villa!

We had a lovely time staying at this villa. The location was ideal with a shop just across the road and easy access to the strip. It was a bit far for us to walk to the beach in the heat but there are a variety of modes of transport available. The villa was well equipped with everything we needed and a perfect size for us (6 adults). We didn't use the 4th bedroom except for access to the large balcony. There are 2 large balconies upstairs. The sun shines on the private garden all day, and in the evening, if you are not sick of the sun, then there is the balcony at the other side of the house to catch more rays. There's tables and chairs on the balconies and we made good use of the outdoor bbq. The villa was very secure and the neighbourhood was quiet. The villa was well looked after and arrangements with the owner were easy. All in all we had a lovely time here.

We`we been in Albufeira several times on vacation and
bought this property in october 2016.
The Property is located in a quite place but only at 100m from the most popular street in Algarve - "The Strip". Supermarket is only 30 m away and restaurants, shops, Bars and chemist are less than 300m away.

The house was renewed in 2003, there was build a pool and started renting it.
I like the area because is very very central and still very quite and a very short distance from the beach.
