Der Pool und der angelegte Garten bieten den perfekten privaten Unterhaltungsbereich. Der Pool befindet sich neben einem Whirlpool in einem freiliegenden Wintergarten.

Das Haus ist im Stil eines Relax-Strandhauses eingerichtet und in allen Zimmern mit Bose- und Sonos-Lautsprechern ausgestattet. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Plattenspieler mit einer umfangreichen und hochwertigen Plattensammlung. Der Fernsehraum verfügt über Bose Surround Sound, Flachbildfernseher, Apple TV und eine Playstation 4.

Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit neuem Kitchen Aid Herd und modernen Geräten. Draußen gibt es einen Grill mit vier Brennern sowie einen Bier- und Weinkühlschrank.

Das Haus hat fünf Schlafzimmer. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss mit eigenem Bad; ein 2. Meister im Erdgeschoss mit eigenem Bad; und drei weitere Schlafzimmer, zwei mit Doppelbetten und das dritte mit einem vollen. Alle Schlafzimmer (außer einem) haben begehbare Kleiderschränke.

Es gibt drei Badezimmer (einschließlich der beiden eigenen Badezimmer) und ein halbes Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss. Es gibt auch eine Außendusche.

Zum Haus gehören 4 Fahrräder sowie ein Anfänger-Surfbrett. Gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr können Mieter einen 7-sitzigen Nissan Pathfinder mit Strandparkrechten nutzen.

Das Haus verfügt über eine Doppelgarage und über der Garage befindet sich ein weiterer Raum mit Sofas und Heimkino.

Amazing place!

Clean. Bigger than it looks in pictures. Fully stocked kitchen. Host was so great. Communication was wonderful. The neighborhood is so quiet. Firepit, bbq and back yard was so great with the cold weather. Plenty of towels. Hot tub was perfect. No complaints at all. Great property.

Loved It

This house was perfect for our needs in all ways; location, size, amenities, pool, etc. Even as a bunch off adults we enjoyed the pool with slide, hot tub and outdoor kitchen immensely (also helped that we had near perfect weather all week). It’s centrally located so it was a short drive to town/beach, Gosmans dock and Montauk Downs. Yiu also have the choice of bike riding or even walking if you want! And, to top it all off the Owner, James, was extremely pleasant to deal with and willing to answer questions when asked. We are now hoping to be able to get the family together again in Montauk sooner rather than later and rent this house.

Great property for group gathering

The house was clean and looked exactly as it did in the photos. We stayed at the house during the off season and Jamie was an extraordinarily responsive and reasonable host. We had or infant son and they had a lot of gear from their own children they were kindly willing to share. We stayed over a week and had a fantastic time cooking and relaxing in the space with some friends who joined us towards the end of the week. The grill is really nice! Like any home, there were small issues, but Jamie handled all with ease and care, and everything was resolved super fast. We would stay here again.

Perfect Off-Season Getaway

I cannot say enough good things about this property and Jamie, its owner. From the moment we pulled into the driveway and entered the house we felt completely comfortable. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood, five minutes from the town of Montauk and the beach, 10 minutes from the Lighthouse and it borders the Montauk Downs golf course so it was convenient to everything. Spacious and fully stocked, the house has all you need. We used the outdoor grill, the fireplace and especially enjoyed the semi-enclosed hot tub. It is so reasonably (and generously) priced for the off season and we discovered that this was a great time to be out east, without the crowds of the summer. Of course, we would love to return to enjoy the beach and the pool but we highly recommend renting this house at any time of the year. Jamie is a great host, ensured we had all that we needed, checked in with us, answered questions right away and it was a pleasure dealing with him. We hope to come back to Montauk, and this house, in the near future.

An Off-Season Gem; An On-Season Dream

Nestled in a quiet local neighborhood a couple miles from town center and the beach, this home is a destination for any season. The property is well appointed for plenty of indoor and outdoor activities, comfortably and easily sleeping three families (even though it was just our family of four and a couple friends). The furnishings are thoughtfully curated in every room: a well-stocked and organized kitchen for the pickiest home chef; casual-beautiful living spaces that are airy and minimalist but doesn't feel like a formal museum; open and inviting bedrooms with comfortable bedding and generous light. Plus all the things that are the icing on the cake: the incredible hot tub (worth the price of admission!), the fireplace (so cheerful!), outdoor kitchen (ready to use day one), massive tv (with Apple TV and all the digital options), and Sonos speakers (music all around the house). We had a winter stay so the pool, bikes, and picnic table all looked like they would be amazing, too... we're dreaming of coming back in the warmer months! Your host is very friendly with prompt clear communication throughout the stay. Highly recommend as a family and friend getaway on the east end!

A special place

My partner and I escaped to this house from a small NYC apartment during the first two weeks of February. If a house and location inverts the potential doom and gloom of a Northeast winter on its head, you know it's good. Rejuvenating minimalism and sunlight everywhere, even on cloudy days. Looks exactly like the photos and still beautiful with two feet of snow on the ground. The area is a playground of new outdoor adventures to be had every single day. Endless beaches, bays, and state parks to explore. Jamie was easily accessible, flexible, and very kind. Watching the Beijing Winter Olympics on that giant TV was so much fun!
