Die Villa Victoria liegt weniger als fünf Gehminuten von den Geschäften und Bars entfernt und bietet einige sehr gute Restaurants vor der Haustür. Für den aktiven Urlauber gibt es Windsurfschulen und Tauchen. Der Wasserpark und der Golfplatz sind alle in der Nähe. Es gibt Fahrrad- und Quads zum Ausleihen. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage dieser Villa ist ein Mietwagen für diese Unterkunft nicht erforderlich. Es gibt jedoch mehrere Mietwagenfirmen, die sehr günstige Preise für Gäste anbieten, die das Angebot der Insel erkunden möchten. Es gibt viele organisierte Touren und Ausflüge für diejenigen Urlauber, die nicht fahren möchten. Great villa, fantastic location.

Great villa in a fantastic location, walking distance to all the main areas of the resort. Excellent villa over all looks exactly as pictured. Hosts communication was also excellent. Plenty of space inside and out and lots of amenities in the kitchen if chose to cook. Good stand and of cleaning and clearly well looked after. Would without a doubt stay again!

A true home from home

The owners was brilliant, always there for answers to any questions and quickly.The location of the villa is excellent, everything on your doorstep, no need for a car, unless you want to explore the Island of course.The villa had everything you could want or need for a comfortable stay. We didn't need to buy anything. We were so comfortable that we even stayed in a few evenings, cooked and watched Netflix.Well definitely be back. 3 generation meet up with family from brazil

Had the first week with our son his partner granddaughter and her aunty and Brazilian grandma. Plenty of space and we all loved the pool. Good location to the square .second week just the two of us a bit quiet.

Our stay

Had a lovely stay, great location, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Car not required but if you want to visit more of the island car rentals near by . The grandchildren loved the pool.

Lovely Villa

We stayed here for 10 days and loved it. Villa was spacious, clean and very well equipped. Pool was heated to a lovely temperature and was cleaned twice while we were there. Excellent communication with the hosts and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - thanks Angela for a lovely stay.

Great contact and ease of booking from Angela. Has all the amenities you need, like a home from home. Extremely close to Las Cucharas and Pueblo Marinero Square, no need for a car, most places in Costa Teguise are walkable. Thanks again :o)

Wonderful break in Costa Teguise

Had a fantastic week at Villa Victoria. The apparent was spacious, well equipped and in the perfect location, only a few minutes stroll to the beach, shops and local restaurants. Angela was on hand and quick to respond to any queries we had. Have already recommended to family and very much hope to return ourselves soon.

Great location, super place!

We’ve had a super time here, Angela was a great host, very responsive, instructions and detail were all very good. We love this location with our favourite restaurant La Bohemia just down the road. We also like Los Amigos on the other side of bay. You are close to so much choice of restaurants and bars and there is plenty of other things to do in Costa Teguise, we’ve hired bikes/scooters, been to the beach which is a lovely bay and on previous trips we have been happy taking a dip in the sea (it was a bit blowy this time) - the Acquarium is worth a visit with younger children. All within easy walking distance. We felt easily at home in the villa, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would recommend. Thanks for hosting us.

Villa Victoria

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Villa in mid Feb. It's situated at a very convenient location in Costa Teguise, with bars, restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance so much so we didn't bother to hire a car and used local transport for longer journeys. We loved having access to the pool. Although we didn't cook at the villa, it seemed well equipped for self catering. Great to have 2 bathrooms as there were four of us.

Property was great. Great location. We were really pleased with it. Just 2 observations - it would have been nice to have water and milk in the fridge on arrival and while we did wash and dry bedclothes ourselves it would have been good to have a change of sheets etc on the premises. These are 2 minor things as all in all it was perfect

Great villa

This was a holiday for multi generations to spend time together after a recent bereavement. The Victoria Villa facilitated this perfectly. With a great location within walking distance of all amenities and a wonderful private pool we would certainly recommend this villa. Communication with Angela was great and she was very accommodating. 100% recommend.

Fantastic location. Superdino just round the corner and a short 5 minute stroll to the square with restaurants and shops aplenty. Villa was ideal for our party of 6 with more than enough inside space for everyone. Would have no hesitation in returning should my bank manager allow.

Lovely Villa!

We had an early flight, we asked if we could book in earlier, Angela told us it was fine, which was fantastic! Villa was lovely and clean, kitchen had everything you could ask for, plenty of plates, bowls, utensils etc. we asked if we could have 2 bedrooms as I snore a lot, again Ángela said yes we could, pool was lovely! Outside was a brilliant sun trap! Eating lunch Al fresco! So close to restaurants and bars.

Perfect location to Costa Teguise

Brilliant villa. Only 5-10 minute walk to the main restaurants in the town. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms with a very large lounge leading onto the patio and pool area. Beds comfy and kitchen has everything you need for your stay including washing machine. Pool wasnt totally clean when we arrived though but we didn't use it much either and didn't put us off. We could have rang the number I guess to have it cleaned but it's not a complaint just an observation. It's also very private, walled off from neighbours. Parking right outside the villa too. Felt like home and didn't want to leave. Thank you and hopefully we'll return one day.

We are a couple who met in Lanzarote. We have stayed in many different Villas around the Island. Our favourite being the area where our Villa is situated now. We had the opportunity to purchase this Villa on this estate (Las Calas) in February 2009. We have since been working on it and bringing it up to our high standards, it is our home from home, if you choose to stay here we hope you will have a wonderful holiday and enjoy what the island and our Villa has to offer you.
