Das Anwesen verfügt über einen Safe für die Aufbewahrung von Wertsachen. Badezimmer mit WC, Waschbecken, begehbarer Dusche. Zusätzliches WC und Waschbecken. Einbauküche mit Elektrogeräten. British TV, Münz-Klimaanlage, DVD, Radio, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen. Bücher, DVDs stehen Ihnen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Alle Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden, Sie müssen Ihre eigenen Strandtücher liefern. Der Bungalow verfügt über weitläufige Terrassen. Es gibt geschlossene Terrassenbereiche mit Sonnenliegen und Gartenmöbel für einen ganz privaten erholsamen Tag / Abend mit Blick auf das Meer. Es gibt einen privaten Parkplatz. Ein Favorit bei regelmäßigen Besuchern der Insel Lanzarote. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen englischsprachigen Kontakt, der sich in Puerto del Carmen befindet. Sehr schöner Bungalow ,alles super sauber.Für uns wäre ein Bungalow in der Zeiten Reihe besser gewesen,da man von der Straße aus auf die Terrasse und das Wohnzimmer Fenster schauen kann.

Excellent 3rd Year Stay

As title suggests, it's our 3rd year staying at the bungalow, and it's superb. The location, so near to all the bars and restaurants, whilst being far enough away from the noise and hustle of the main street, makes it ideal for relaxing in the sun at the great terraces to the front and back, which are fully equipped with outside furniture. Great for al fresco dining as well.The sea is right on your doorstep across the road and beaches very close by. Trish, the owner's agent, is always available, if needed, and comminication with Eddie, the owner, is always first class. The oroof is we've booked it again for next year!

Wonderful bungalow

We stayed for 17 nights in January. This bungalow is perfect as a home from home. It is clean, well equipped, close to all shops, bars and beach with a beautiful front and rear garden area. The pool area is also lovely and very quiet, no fighting for beds!.Wifi was excellent, there is a full TV package (all UK TV channels plus sky, films, sport channels and more).The kitchen has full cooker and washing machine.We didn't want to go out every night so this bungalow was perfect for nights in, occasionally cooking for ourselves.No wonder it is so popular, we loved our stay there and will definitely stay there again when it is available.

Home from home by the sea

Outstanding location, right on the seafront but far enough away from the road to not be noisy. Access to pools at the rear along with patios front and back make for a relaxing stay. All facilities in the house were outstanding having been recently refurbished. 2 minutes from start of shops, bars and restaurants so really convenient. Highly recommend.

Home from Home

2nd time we've stayed at the property and still excels. Perfect location, top quality bungalow with all the amenities you could need, including full internet tv package for all tastes, and a really comfortable bed. Bathroom is spacious and modern with a superb rain shower. Modernised kitchen also adds to the quality. The outside areas, at front and back, are spacious and well equipped, and there is use of a communal pool, limited to residents only. Already booked 2 other stays as it is home from home. Always had top comunication links with Eddie, the owner, and his local agent, Trish, is welcoming and there for your every need. Can't wait to be back.

Beachfront Beauty

Lovely wee beachfront bungalow. Sun all day on the terrace. Fantastic, clean, well equipped apartment. Pool access. Beach access. Close enough to the main strip to make eating out easy but far enough away that you get a great night sleep and can leave town very easily (by car, taxi or bus) to explore the island Everything you need for a long or short stay. Highly recommended.

Superb Accommodation

Been trying to get availability at the bungalow for several years as obviously very popular. Just had 10 days here and we were not disappointed. The quality of the property, its location, and the communication with the owner, prior to arrival, and the excellent support, if needed, from the agents Trish and Arlene (lovely ladies), was 10/10 on all fronts. So impressed we've already snapped up another booking for next year. Several parts of the property have been modernised to a high standard. A little gem. Beautiful Bungalow

Excellent communication from Trish and Eddie which puts you at ease before travelling. The accommodation was as described which was pure luxury. View was a bonus looking out to the sea from front patio area. We sat out at the front patio area every day people watching and Forgot the many times that we were asked about how we booked etc. Pool area at the back was always relaxed with your own sun beds. Lovely bungalow

Just returned from staying at the bungalow. Lovely bungalow on a lovely complex. Clean and well maintained brilliant position close to amenities but really quiet. This is our second stay at this property and hopefully will not be our last. Eddie and Tricia very contactable always get back to you with any enquiries really helpful. Met Tticia while at the bungalow really nice lady. All in all 10/10

Lovely property but

The property was very clean with everything needed for a holiday comfortable beds and relaxing sofas. It was in a great location with shps, restaurants etc within easy walking distance. However there was only air con in the sitting room, no mention of lack of air con in bedrooms in the property description. The outside areas were large but one average sun umbrella is not sufficient shade for 2 people, never mind 4. All of the outside furniture was very tired and in need of a wash.
