Villa Carolla ist eine elegante, komplett möblierte Ferienvilla mit 4 Schlafzimmern, Privat-Swimmingpool, Grillplatz und einem schönen, kleinen Landschaftsgarten. Die Sonnenterrassen im Obergeschoss bieten vorne einen schönen Meerblick und dahinter als Kulisse der Pico del Teide. Eine nagelneue, öffentlich zugängliche Sportanlage wurde kürzlich im oberen Teil des Dorfes eröffnet und bietet beheizte Schwimmbecken (50m x 25m), Fitnesscenter, Squashhalle und Tennisplätze im Freien. Die Hafenpromenade ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso viele spanische Tapa-Bars und Fischrestaurants. Der Adeje Golf Club liegt 5 Autominuten, die Wasserparks Aqua und Siam nur 10 Autominuten, entfernt. Es gibt einen regelmäßigen Busservice zum benachbarten Los Christianos und Umgebung.

Wir kommen wieder - we will come again...

Wir (4 Ehepaare) hatten eine erholsame Woche! Das Haus bietet für 8 Personen genügend Platz und ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Man hat Ruhe und trotzdem sind alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs und Restaurants in der direkten Umgegend. Nicht zuletzt: Karen ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Bis bald! We (4 couples) had a restful week! The house offers enough space for 8 persons and is well equipped. The location is excellent. One has peace and quiet and nevertheless all shops of the daily need and restaurants are in the direct surrounding area. Last but not least: Karen is a wonderful hostess. See you soon!

Nice place in a nice small city

Sehr schönes Haus in guter Lage; der Strand und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Ebenso sind zahlreiche Lokale und Restaurants in der Nähe; ein schöner Platz, um Sonne zu tanken und ein paar Tage zu relaxen. Der Flughafen ist in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar.

Traumhafter Urlaub

Das Haus ist für 8 Personen optimal. Mit den 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern perfekt. Der Pool ist für eine kurze Abkühlung nach einer Inselrundfahrt sehr gut. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb der Touristen Hochburgen Costa Adeje und Playa de las Americas. Sehr gut um auch etwas Ruhe zu genießen. Das kleine Örtchen La Caleta hat eine gute Auswahl an Lokalitäten. Da ist für jeden was dabei. Sehr nette Leute, sehr zuvorkommend. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank an Karen für die Problemlose Abwicklung.

A wonderful week at Villa Carolina.

What a great property!! We hadn’t booked with Vrbo before when we came across Karen’s property. Karens speedy communication was so reassuring. From the moment we booked she was always on hand to answer any questions we might have. In the lead up to our holiday Karen even sent photographs of the cot set up for my baby which was so kind of her. When we arrived everywhere was spotless and you could smell how clean it was!! Karen had even gone the extra mile with leaving treats for my two daughters. So kind!! We had a great week, the property was absolutely perfect for us and we absolutely loved “La Caleta“. We had an online supermarket delivery, take away as and sampled many of the local restaurants. We also enjoyed walks to the beach. Our favourite was a 25 min walk to Playa del Duque. A wonderful week and hope to come again!

Exceeded our expectations

It is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. We were a group of 6, 2 adults and 4 mixed age teens. The kids loved the deep, clean pool, amazing TV range, good sized bedrooms and the fact they could travel by bus and be independent. The adults loved it all! Especially the comfy mattresses and variety of spaces.

Amazing pool in scenic area

We absolutely loved our stay here. The kitchen well stocked, there were plenty of towels and everything you practically needed. The pool was absolute perfection and was serviced twice whilst we were there for ten days. The villa was big enough for two families the size of ours. The upstairs bathroom looked as though it had been renovated since the photos we saw, but with two showers on the ground floor we hadn't needed to use it. We only used the upstairs outside area on a couple of evenings, but the view over the rooftops was beautiful at dusk. Karen was fantastic at getting back to us very quickly if needed. La Caleta itself was beautiful. Our holiday was quiet and peaceful, but with restaurants and bars right there if needed. The locals all swam off the flat rocks nearby, but I wasn't quite brave enough. For promenade walks, La Caleta was perfect. For sea swimming, we preferred to get a taxi for about 10 euros to Fanabe beach nearby, but we were very happy to get back to our pristine, spacious villa at the end of the day. Don't miss brunch at Bloom opposite, it was delicious!

Absolutely amazing

Beautiful villa, lovely and clean with all the essentials you need. Pool is amazing. Plenty of different seating areas. The pictures really don't do the villa justice. The owner Karen has been fantastic from start to finish. We will be returning.

Relaxing Holiday.

Fantastic location within proximity of 1st class restaurants. Short walk into Del Duque for anyone that likes to shop. Excellent communication from Karen(owner) and her support staff. Spacious villa and lovely gardens.

Wonderful house and area.

This was one of the best places we've ever stayed. Very convenient to grocery, restaurants, shops, etc. short walk to the black sand beach. The house itself was roomy and had everything we needed (5 adults and 3 children) and Karen answered immediately with any questions. Even though it was cold the kids enjoyed the pool along with my husband. The whole experience was great!!! I'd recommend to anyone.

Fabulous location

We had a super holiday. The villa is in a superb location in La Caleta. Plenty of space both inside and outside. Very well equipped kitchen, and a lovely outdoor dining area. Would have loved to be returning but unfortunately for us our dates are not available, so maybe the time after 😄

Really nice stay

The villa is located right in the centre of La Caleta. This is a lovely area which is more suited to adults than children, there are numerous really nice bars and restaurants but not many that cater for youngsters. The sea is only a two minute walk, there is a beach about 10 minute walk away. The villa itself gets mixed reviews, much of it was lovely, the outside space is great, the pool was lovely and it was spotlessly clean and well maintained, there is plenty of outdoor seating including a terrace on the upper level and a bbq which was great. The downstairs bedrooms were really nice, and the bathrooms had obviously been renovated, the bedroom on the first floor was horrible, it was like going from a four star bedroom downstairs to a two star bedroom upstairs. The upstairs bedroom was a reasonable size but had a 4’ bed which was very small for a couple, the upstairs en-suite was also very dated. The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed including a washing machine which is very useful when travelling with children. The lounge area was comfortable but again quite dated. On the whole we had a good stay but would suggest the lounge and upstairs bedroom need updating.

Perfect location

This villa is in the perfect location in the heart of La Caleta. It is well equipped and very spacious. The owner, Karen, was fantastic at communicating with any questions I had and her support team are so friendly. We have booked again for the new year. We can’t wait. The only downside is the pool being unheated but that is a very minor downside.

Great place to stay

We have had a lovely holiday. The house was great. Location super and communication with the host was perfect. We travelled with 2 young childeren, the baby cots and the swimming pool where perfect for this.

Lovely space for family

About us - We live in West Yorkshire, England, along with our Cockerpoo called Izzy and Labradoodle called Elsa.

When the villa isn't rented we try and get over as much as possible - why? Because La Caleta is a beautiful quiet village style resort and the villa is just across the road from the sea front. All the restaurants and tapas bars are upmarket and the sun shines 24/7 (well nearly!)

The villa is positioned in the centre of the village with easy access to the beachfront, tapas style restaurants and little cafe bars. What more could you ask for....

Most of the accomodation is on the ground floor but we have an additional two patio areas upstairs which provide either great views of the sea or the mountains.

We want our guests to enjoy our home as much as we do.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

La Caleta is a peaceful and picturesque location, just a stones throw from the sea and just a short taxi ride to the nearest busy town, Playa de las Americas or the very upmarket Del Duque. But then you are able to return back to a peaceful location where you won't be disturbed.

For eating out there is the famous Pisces restaurant which is just a short five minute stroll from the villa serving fresh fish caught daily allowing you to really soak up the culture and atmosphere that La Caleta has to offer you. Other restaurants include an Italian restaurant, La Rosso or La Vieja which sells traditional seafood. There are also numerous tapas bars nearby and a supermarket allowing you to get the essentials, with a larger hypermarket five miles up the road which will cost around 3 euros in a taxi.
