Wenn Sie Ruhe mit atemberaubendem Seeblick und nur 5 Autominuten von der Stadt Menaggio am See suchen, wird dieses Apartment Ihre Erwartungen gleichermaßen erfüllen und übertreffen. Das Interieur des Hauses wurde von einem Innenarchitekten sorgfältig entworfen und mit maßgeschneiderten Sofas und Betten mit Dosen als Doppel- oder Einzelbetten ausgestattet, um Ihren Bedürfnissen gerecht zu werden! Der Pool ist der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen mit einer unübertroffenen Aussicht auf alles, was Sie in der gesamten Umgebung sehen können! Das Dorf Menaggio ist ein wunderschönes Seedorf mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die hier geboten werden. Es gibt palmengesäumte Seepromenaden, eine Fähre (nur eine 20-minütige Bootsfahrt nach Bellagio) sowie alle wichtigen Dörfer entlang des Sees, Villen, Kirchen, Piazzas usw. Wenn Sie jedoch ein wenig Erholung, Sonne und eine Oase der Entspannung suchen, können Sie sich auf dem Balkon einen Stuhl hochziehen, die herrliche Aussicht genießen und auf Ihren Aufenthalt am Comer See anstoßen. Sehr schönes Appartement mit phänomenalem Ausblick

Die Wohnung liegt sehr steil an einem Hang - eine Herausforderung für die Kupplung des Autos und für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität eher nicht zu empfehlen -, dafür aber mit einem phantastischen Ausblick auf den See. Die Küche war mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und auch die Betten waren bequem und nicht durchgelegen. An dem Haus gibt es neben einem kleinen Balkon auch noch eine sehr schöne, mit Tisch, Stühlen und Liegen ausgestattete Terrasse. Der Pool ist am oberen Grundstücksrand gelegen und mit ausreichend vielen Liegen ausgestattet. Es gibt zwar keine Sonnenschirme, aber dafür ab nachmittags einen schattigen Bereich. In und um den Pool herum lagen morgens ziemlich viel Laub und Haselnüsse, welche von uns vor der Benutzung erstmal entfernt werden mussten. Dafür war das Wasser aber angenehm temperiert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der freundliche Empfang durch die Agentur (nochmals vielen Dank Barrie), welche auch viele hilfreiche Tipps parat hatte und sich regelmäßig und in kurzen Abständen erkundigt hat, ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Traumhaft!

Wir konnten den Urlaub sehr genießen, alles war, wie beschrieben, die Wohnung schön eingerichtet, hell und sauber, der Ausblick genial. Um ins Zentrum von Menaggio zu kommen, bietet sich ein Auto an. Der Pool ist für alle Wohneinheiten gemeinsam, jedoch hat jede Wohnung eine schöne Terasse für sich. Wir sagen Danke und kommen gerne wieder.

Breathtaking views. Very confortable beds. Nice size and clean bathroom Nice size condo and clean place Great location. Just a heads up you need to prepare to bring things that are handy like hand soap,garbage, Kleenex,dishwasher liquid, tea towels and dish cloth and beach towels as they are not provided Just one things to add is that the person that creates us did not English just Italian so hard to communicate.communication between property and renters was slow and difficult. But I wish to say that all of the above does not impede on my high recommendation of renting this condo. We all enjoyed it a lot.

Fabulous views

We’ve just spent a week here and had a wonderful time. The views are stunning, the apartment is well equipped and we enjoyed the swimming pool very much. It’s a shared pool but we often had it to ourselves. The location is peaceful - a 5 minute drive up the hill from Menaggio (it is walkable but would be a steep walk back! There is a bus if you prefer not to walk or drive). We found it a great base for exploring the rest of the lake. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. Would recommend, it’s a beautiful spot!

A Wonderful New Year Getaway with Excellent Hosts

We spent five days at Belvedere in Menaggio. We were pleasantly surprised how beautiful and special Menaggio is. The apartment is so homey, warm and comfortable. The quality of the amenities are great, and we loved the kitchen. The location of the apartment is wonderful with breathtaking views. Our hosts - Barrie and a Julie are wonderful and share our love for food. We went to every single restaurant recommendation they provided and the food and wine were excellent. Our NY celebration was memorable and our stay was such a delight. We can’t wait to visit again. Thank you Barrie and Julie!

Lake Como Paradise

This property is fantastic! Everything was just as pictured and the views are amazing! Kitchen was large and well stocked for cooking. Communication with property manager and staff was great and arriving and check out went without any problems. We would highly recommend this VRBO and would also highly recommend having a car as it would be quite a hilly hike to and from town.

Lovely apartment with amazing views of the lake. Apartment very well appointed including a nespresso and milk frother! Community pool with perfect views. Very clean. Some advice for new guests: download Whats App for easy communications with Managers and do what you can to get to property before 6 as the property is tricky to find without assistance. Garage parking best for a small car - otherwise use street parking which is ample near the property. Would happily stay again.

Amazing place with stunning views

This place was truly amazing. I probably won’t be able to say enough how perfect this was. The place is located 10 minutes away from the center of Menaggio, it’s a very quick and easy drive, plus with your own parking. The view is absolutely stunning from any window or balcony - ah, pictures don’t do this place justice! The place is very clean and has everything you need. The pool was a bonus with the same stunning views - we had a wonderful time every day. Julie and Barrie were very helpful from the minute we booked this place, they met us on site and gave us lots of information on things to do and where to go. Great views. Car is a must, whilst you can walk down you would likely not want to walk back up! The apartment was very comfortable with everything you need for an extended stay Suggest some firmer pillows would be nice in the bedroom - other than that perfect!

Magnifiques vacances dans une location stylée.

Très bel appartement , tout était parfait ( aménagement, propreté,...)avec une vue absolument magnifique sur le lac de Côme et une très agréable piscine à partager mais très peu fréquentée.Situation au calme sur le haut de Menaggio mais proche de tout pour rayonner dans la région . Les propriétaires ,Heidi et son époux, étaient sur place et sont des gens charmants et qui sont à votre écoute si besoin est. Un tout tout grand merci à Barrie de « Italian apartment » qui gère les locations ,vous accueille chaleureusement ( le tout en anglais , à savoir) et vous donne un tas d’informations pratiques et de bons conseils pour passer un agréable séjour. Et qui propose même de réserver pour vous certains services comme une table au restaurant. Nous avons passé vraiment un très beau séjour à cet endroit et nous le recommandons vivement. La seule chose peut-être à savoir c’est que la location et la piscine ne sont accessibles que par de nombreux escaliers , donc pas évident si soucis de mobilité.

Wonderful Lake Como Holiday (Menaggio)

We had a wonderful week in Menaggio on Lake Como. Barrie and Julie (the property managers) met us in town and led us up to the apartment. This was good, as the road has many twists and turns. They gave us a great introduction to the apartment as well as an overview of the area and suggestions of things to do, places to see. We followed their lead and took the ferries to Bellagio and Varenna, rented a boat one day, and drove over to Lugano another. Barrie even suggested a gelato place in Milan (we stayed there prior to flying back home), which was fabulous. The apartment was great. Everything you might need. We ate in most mornings and two dinners and found everything we looked for. A car is a necessity as the apartment is up the hill (which provides the fantastic views) and makes walking down to town quite a challenge. The pool sits just above the apartment and has several chairs for lounging and an outdoor shower. Thanks again to Barrie and Julie. I have a feeling we'll be seeing you again. Greg and Diane

Unforgettable stay with breathtaking views

We enjoyed an unforgettable stay at this outstanding apartment! Waking up in the morning with the ultimate view of the lake and mountains is invaluable. The apartment is located most beautifully over the lake which allows for the million dollar view from almost every room. Still it is in enough distance to the noisy road while only a few minutes from the center of Menaggio. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your daily needs. It is extremely well maintained and clean as well as the overall property. The reason is that the owner takes great care of the property. It happened that the owner was present the same time we've been at the apartment and he was helpful in any aspect. He gave us great tips where to go shopping and also for restaurants. This made our vacation even more personal and relaxed. The apartment is furnished with high quality furniture where you will feel at home immediately. The best place to escape and enjoy the Italian dream! We will come back to this apartment at Lake Como because of this location of our choice! And we will definitely recommend this place to our friends.

a lovely apartment with spectacular views

A lovely stay in this spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment. The views of the lake and mountains from the balcony are magnificent. The apartment is located in a peaceful area but close to Menaggio for restaurants, ferry trips etc. We really enjoyed our stay at beautiful Lake Como.

Stunning vista!

Beautiful apartment, photos exactly how it is. Incredible views. Very peaceful, excellent location, easily accessible by car, 5 minutes drive to the lakeside. Lovely pool area, enjoyed use of this, most of time had it to ourselves. Well maintained, good laundry facilities. Lacked nothing. Highly recommend it as a place to stay, thoroughly relaxing and somewhere where we would wish to return to.
