Verbringen Sie Ihren Urlaub bei uns in diesem Sommer. Alle das Kap zu bieten hat! Wir haben alles, was Sie mit Freunden und Familie zu entspannen und zu erneuern müssen. Wir befinden uns auf Cape Cod in zentraler Lage, in West Yarmouth, 27 Minuten von der Sagamore Brücke und 11 Minuten von der Ausfahrt 8 auf der Route 6. Unser Haus ist innerhalb einer Meile von der berühmten Seagull Beach, die Yarmouth ist die größte und beliebteste Strand nach Cape Cod Zeiten 2015. Reason hierfür sind der Raum, ruhiges Wasser und sauberen, weichen Sand. Wir sind auch unter einer Meile von Eaglewood Beach.

Noch mehr tun wollen? Genießen Sie Minigolf und Eis an vielen der renommierten creamery der ganz in der Nähe des Hauses, oder einen Film fangen im Regal Cinema Theater an der Cape Cod Mall.

Wenn Sie das Wohnzimmer einen Film zu Hause fangen würde es vorziehen, hat eine 40 '' LED SMART TV, die einen DVD-Player und eine kleine Bibliothek von Filmen hat, oder Sie Ihre Favoriten aus nach Hause zu bringen. Nach einem langen Tag, genießen Sie eine angenehme Nachtruhe in einem der vier Schlafzimmer, die alle entweder in der, Schränke oder Kommoden gebaut haben. End of summer vacation

The location is great! The house is missing alot to make it comfortable. There were no instructions for wifi or checking out. Hardly any towels for guests. The kitchen is really missing the basics large frying pan, large bowls etc...The deck upstairs literally had no furniture to sit on and the outside table had no umbrella. I've stayed mainly at Airb&b's and the host always left a welcome basket and the houses were well stocked with basics. I think if they made it a little more welcoming I would consider staying there again because we loved Seagull beach.

Nice property

The house was older, but the kitchen and bathrooms were updated. The house was perfect for our family. Close to the beach, shopping and attractions, but in a quiet neighborhood. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Couldn’t find the washer &dryer until the last day of our stay because they were tucked away in a bedroom closet. Would have liked to know that on day one.

Overall, our stay went well. We were in need of an ironing board but none was found. The refrigerator had a bit of mold on the doors. The overall cleanliness could have been better. The communication with the owner was fantastic. He gave us a late check out. We liked the location for what we were doing. Thank you!!!!

Great stay

The house is in a great location, quiet neighborhood and close to Seagull beach. Older, with quirks in line with the style of the home, but well maintained for guests. Have stayed in many similar rentals over the years and this is one of the best for the size/price. Responsive owner who made the rental process easy from start to finish.

Clean place and responsive owner.

This home was clean and the owner was very responsive. It’s location is very convenient to nearby attractions. My family shared with me a few suggestions for improvements: the small step on the top of the staircase was easy to trip on. The same is true for a small step into one of the upstairs bedroom closets. The base around the fireplace could also be a tripping concern. There were multiple light bulbs that were out, and I admit that I didn’t reach out to the owner to replace them during our trip. The light fixtures that do work could be a bit brighter; especially those in the kitchen and dining rooms. Last item of concern is the placement of the toilet paper holder in the upstairs bathroom. It makes an already tight space even more so. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay.

Property nice. Easy access. Good location to get in and out of RTE 28. Close to Seagull Beach for easy bike ride. Good neighborhood to walk,run, & bike. Pictures fairly accurate but could use more lighting inside. Rooms were a little dark in the evening. Bushes were overgrown along driveway to where difficult to see on-coming traffic getting on the road.

Nice place to stay

Clean. Not fussy but attractive. Convenient location. Was a good set up for us with three couples (there would be room enough for 8 people plus a few small children). Long walk or short drive to very pleasant Seagull Beach. We enjoyed the wild turkeys that kept stopping by the home. Convenient to be able to do a load of laundry on a longer visit. Watch out for the odd short step upstairs (maybe should be marked--by the third day I finally learned to stop tripping over it).

Loved our family time!

This was our first big family vacation in over 10 years. We all said how much we enjoyed this house the past week. The location was perfect—quiet location but close to many places. It was very clean, the kitchen had a nice amount of dishes and cookware. We really appreciated the washer and dryer that was available too. Our young granddaughters really enjoyed the little reading nook under the stairs. Our host was very responsive before and during our visit. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect house for our favorite beach.

There was supposed to be 8 of us but only 5 of us were able to make. The home was perfect for the 5 of us. It’s a pleasant 20 minute walk from the house to our favorite beach, Seagull Beach. The owner responded quickly to our questions. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Great spacious house and great location!!!

Our entire family, which includes 6 adults and two young grandchildren, stayed at this house for 2 weeks in July. We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious interior. The house was clean and had all of the necessities we needed. We loved using the fire pit and the outdoor shower. HoYin was immediately responsive to any questions or needs that we had. This was a property that we had wanted to rent in 2020, but cancelled during Covid. I’m so happy we decided to reserve it again. Seagull Beach is less than a mile from the house. We were fortunate enough to have had great beach weather while we were there!!! There are a zillion seafood restaurants within minutes from this house. Our grandsons enjoyed playing miniature golf and the Wicked Waves Waterpark. We would love to rent this house again. Thank you so much for your hospitality, HoYin!!!

Perfect!

We have only positive praise for our stay here! HoYin was more than accommodating and answered any questions we had and quickly. The house has plenty of space and privacy with anything you can think of that you may need. The yard is even larger than it looks in the pictures. A huge back yard with fire pit! The location is perfect - on a quiet street, very private back yard yet close to all that Rt 28 offers and the best part - 20 min walk to the beach! We walked many mornings to the beach & back. Our family is already talking about booking again for next summer!

Columbus weekend!

The property was Awesome! It was everything we were looking for on our weekend getaway with the Family. The home offered all the Quality of comfort and convenience for outside gatherings as well as inside! The Beach was 5 mins down the street in one Direction and all the stores and restaurants in the other direction. This property is close to everything! Located in the middle of Cape Cod, close to Seagull Beach and Eaglewood Beach, as well as route 28, and Hyannis downtown. The home is on large private lot, almost an acre. The home is very comfortable and spacious, and comes with everything you need for a great vacation!

When I purchased the home over the summer I was attracted to the uniqueness of the home with the built in's and nooks and crannies. I also very much like the wood paneling which reminded me of a ship. The lot size of almost an acre is not the typical for this location!
