Dies ist eine neue Penthouse-Wohnung im sechsten Stock mit 3 Schlafzimmern, Wohn- / Essbereich, separater Küche, zwei Balkonen und einer weiteren privaten Sonnenterrasse auf dem Dach, die über eine Wendeltreppe in der Wohnung zugänglich ist.

Die Master-Suite kann als Super-Doppel- oder Zweibettzimmer gebucht werden und verfügt über einen eigenen Balkon, ein Ankleidezimmer und ein eigenes Marmorbad. Die anderen Schlafzimmer sind große Zweibettzimmer. Ein Kinderbett ist verfügbar, wenn dies bei der Buchung angegeben wurde.

Es gibt ein zweites voll ausgestattetes gefliestes Badezimmer.

Der riesige Wohnbereich besteht aus einem Loungebereich mit Ledersesseln und einem Essbereich mit hochwertigen Möbeln mit direktem Zugang zum Hauptbalkon auf derselben Ebene. Die separate, voll ausgestattete Küche bietet auch Zugang zum Hauptbalkon, auf dem Sie im Freien speisen können. Der Balkon ist mit einem Gasgrill und einem Essbereich im Freien ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung ist mit WiFi, einem Großbildfernseher im Wohnbereich mit Internetverbindung nach Großbritannien und anderen englischsprachigen Fernsehsendern ausgestattet.

Vom Flur führt eine Treppe zur weitläufigen privaten Sonnenterrasse auf dem Dach mit Blick auf das Meer und die umliegende Stadt und Landschaft. Es ist mit sechs Sonnenliegen, Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien mit Couchtisch und einer Abkühlungsdusche ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei reservierte Parkplätze im Untergeschoss des Komplexes, die nur mit einer Sicherheitsvorrichtung zugänglich sind. Es gibt auch bequeme Parkplätze außerhalb.

Der Apartmentkomplex verfügt über ein eigenes (kostenloses) Fitnesscenter mit Fitnessraum, Innenpool, Sauna und Dampfbad.

Es ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Meer entfernt, der historischen Altstadt, dem Yachthafen, Geschäften und Restaurants. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar. 2 Golfplätze grenzen an die Stadt Lagos und es gibt 25 weitere in der Algarve, die mit dem Auto schnell und günstig zu erreichen sind. Die eigenen Parkplätze im geschlossenen Keller bieten absolute Sicherheit für Golfschläger, Surfbretter und andere Sportgeräte.

Schöne, großzügige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer gepflegten Anlage mitten in Lagos gegenüber dem LIDL Markt. Die Altstadt sowie der Hafen von Lagos sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist generell sehr gut ausgestattet. Super schnelles Internet wie auch deutsches Fernsehen sind vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Michael Carroll war stets reibungslos und sehr professionell. Ebenso noch ein großes Lob an Carlos (lokaler Kontakt) welcher immer freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Die Strände von Lagos sind alle sehr schön.

A real home for vacation

The Penthouse is worth every penny you spent as you get a well equiped Place with all you Need in a good Location just 2 blocks from the Beach and Center of Lagos. We appreciated the small Things very much like a mixer to make smotthies, Beach towels and sun umbrellas for the beach. For sure the "Standard" ktichen Equipment was there and we I liked the BBQ opportunity pretty much, even though we never used it. Bedrooms and both bathrooms where above our expectations. We we go there any time again!

Great stay!

We had a great stay in Lagos. The apartment was huge. Located right across the street from a grocery store. We made good use of the easy to use BBQ on the balcony. This was also a good place to do laundry because you could dry it easily in the sun on the rooftop patio. Michael and Gina gave us great recommendations for beaches and restaurants that we enjoyed. We had a vehicle and it was easy to park outside and drive to the beach. We walked to old town a couple of times 15-20 minutes. Our only issue were some ants that spread through the apartment quickly (they came from the hallway) but Gina took care of them right away after we messaged her and they didn’t come back.

Excellent Stay

Properly is exactly as described. No issue parking. Very close to some very good restaurants. Marina was about a 10 minute walk and Maia Praia Beach another 10min from the Marina. (A few min by car and parking easy). We didn't really use the pool or gym. Rooftop area has a good mix of sun and shade.

Rejuvenating and relaxing stay!

We came to the Algarve after a hectic orchestra tour, hoping for some peace and relaxation. Michael’s place was exactly what we needed! Nicely decorated, very comfortable and in a quiet part of Lagos. Two large grocery stores nearby were so convenient. By far my favorite part was the upper terrace- absolute bliss on a quiet sunny morning. Carlos gave us good information about local restaurants and beaches - super helpful. The one thing I would suggest is some soap/shampoo in the showers- the stores had what we needed but since most places have them we tend not to pack them.

Amazing Property

This apartment is every bit as beautiful as pictured here. The location is ideal with just a brief walk to town, the marina and Old Lagos. We spent almost three months in this apartment and really felt at home. The kitchen is fully equipped and very easy to work in and the master suite offers comfort and privacy. Carlos, the property manager was pleasant and responsive to our needs. He worked with cleaners to arrange their schedule to accommodate any guests we may have had. We have the utmost respect for and gratitude towards Michael, the owner, for sharing his home with us. It was a summer to remember!!

Family vacation

Our hosts were personally in touch and cared about our stay. The property is beautiful, including a private rooftop lounge area. Lots of room for 5 adults to gather or have their own space. Many amenities and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment

This was our second visit to Lagos, which is a lovely town. The apartment is in a good location for walking to the old town, beaches and local amenities. The apartment comfortable, clean, spacious and suited our needs perfectly. It was well equipped and had everything we needed. Correspondence with Michael was good and we were met at the apartment by Carlos, who was also very helpful. We look forward to a return visit!

Appartement très spacieux avec roof top

Excellent séjour, appartement très spacieux, lumineux. Très bien entretenu et équipé. Proximité immédiate de commerces. La place de parking n’est pas pratique , il faut y aller avec douceur. Sinon excellent séjour, le contact avec Michael est très facile et agréable.

Wonderful Apartment in a Great Location

My wife, two adult children and I loved our stay. The apartment was immaculate upon arrival and the quick check-in tour was informative. The apartment was well-furnished. We spent most of our time in the apartment either in the living room or on the deck (where we ate many meals). We loved the location with the supermarket across the street and downtown Lagos a quick 10-15 minute walk. The workout area was a nice bonus which we visited several times. We did not use the rooftop terrace as much as expected since the deck was so nice.

Great place to stay close to town

The apartment was amazing and the check in process was easy. The rooftop views were beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils for Cooking and there’s a grocery store right across the street. I would recommend staying here when in Lagos.

Fantastic stay

We loved it. Beautiful apartment, spacious, comfortable, great location and a very attentive owner who cares about your comfort. I would highly recommend this place. We were a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 teenagers) and we all loved it. Short drive to all beaches, short walk to 2 supermarkets and everything you need for a stay at the beautiful algarve. Very comfortable, spacious, clean apartment with a superb roof terrace

This was our first visit to Lagos and we fell in love with the place. The old town is beautiful. Michael's apartment is in a great location beside a large supermarket 5 minutes from the Marina. The 15 minute walk into the old town takes you along the promenade full of stalls, shops & restaurants. The apartment is very spacious & comfortable. The large roof terrace is such a bonus and we loved having breakfast on the balcony just off the kitchen. Michael gave us a list of restaurants before we travelled which was a great help. We did not hire a car and we used yellowfish for our transfers. They were superb, always on time and very reasonably priced. I would have no hesitation recommending this apartment for your perfect stay in Lagos.

Great stay as advertised

Apartment is huge, nice access to private terasse on the roof. Well located and close to the grocery stores as mentioned. Very clean, great information shared on getting around the city, what to see, etc. Just FYI - the hot tub was out of order but the pool and saunas were fine. TV and wifi were great too. I would definitely recommend.

Spacious well furnished contemporary unit.

Nice unit on top floor only a few block walk from the Promenade. Everything about the unit was as advertised only it was better than the pictures showed. Would definitively return, but for a longer vacation next time.

Lagos Apartment

We stayed in this apartment at the start of September 2017 and found it lived up to the description and previous reviews. The correspondence with the owner was good and there was someone to greet you and show you all the apartment details. The apartment is well appointed and has everything you will need. We found it to be well located for a easy walk into the old town. Having a supermarket opposite was also handy. I would happily stay here again and recommend it both for couples and families.

We are a married couple, Michael is a retired lawyer (barrister) and Marie recently disposed of her own retail business. Our apartment is our residence for some of the colder months at home and with this specifically in mind we purchased it - new - in 2007. We have three grown up children, Ronan is a harbour pilot, Eoin a sociologist who is director of a centre promoting social and affoprdable housing and Cian is a lawyer practising in Warsaw.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

We wanted the apartment to be in a location that has its own community and history, with stunning scenery and plenty to do, that has a pleasant climate, that has within walking distance all the services and shops that are available to us at home and that is close to an airport a short flight away from our other home. At the same time we wanted the apartment to be totally private and in a quiet part of Lagos.

The apartment is less than an hour from the major international airport in the Algarve region, it is situated in a residential area and so avoids the excesses of tourism, yet it is a short walk from the main beach, the marina and the historic old town. It is a large home, totally private, a penthouse with internal staircase access to its own rooftop sun terrace that is almost as big as the apartment and is not overlooked. Our guests keep telling us that the photos don't do it justice. So we are perfectly happy to stay in the apartment, and we can walk to any of the local attractions and shops. Lagos is an ideal base for the Algarve generally, everything is within driving distance.
