eerste dag van aankomst deed de airco het niet en tweede dag geen water , diverse bedden zeer slecht , ik zelf zeer slecht geslapen deze 2 weken , maar oke en er hingen geen gordijnen in de slaapkamers , dus elke dag vroeg wakker , op het laatste deze met handdoeken afgedekt , maar het buiten verblijf was goed diverse speel toestellen

Réservation de la villa l'année dernière. Infos du propriétaire 2 mois avant les vacances malgré plusieurs mails. Pas d'accueil et donc pas d'état des lieux. Propreté oubliée !!! Aussi sale dehors que dedans. Le matériel ne fonctionne pas et un des lits d'appoint était même cassé à notre arrivée. Frais supplémentaires de 213£ facturés alors que le ménage a été fait avant de partir donc je ne sais pas à quoi cela correspond je vais me renseigner. Une chose est sûre, je ne louerai pas cette villa une deuxième fois !

Family Holiday
We stayed at the villa which is set in an extremely peaceful setting but only a short drive to the centre of Moraira. We had 4 generations of my family ranging from 3 years to 86. Although we experienced some issues with the property IE not all the AC was working upon arrival, Kevin the owner & his local rep Angel managed to resolve this in a timely fashion. The villa had all the amenities required for a family holiday and especially the swimming pool and outside kitchen is where we spent all of our time, along with an outside games area and U.K. TV( although used very little as the pool was the main attraction) I would be very happy to revisit the villa should the opportunity arise.

A little piece of paradise
13 of us aged from 4 to 86 have just spent a wonderful week here. Everything you could possibly need was there. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space , but it was also set up so we could all sit together to eat. The pool and surrounding areas were kept immaculately clean. I counted 21 sun loungers , such a treat not to worry about finding a spare sunbed! There were several supermarkets within a 10 minute drive where you could buy everything you needed. Plenty of beautiful beaches and towns a short drive away. Moraira was a favourite with all of us, as was Calpe. Jávea and Denia weren’t too far away. You do need a car. We had 4 between us and parking wasn’t an issue. Angel the caretaker is an absolute gem, always smiling and friendly whenever he popped in to see to the pool etc. Kevin the owner responded very quickly whenever we contacted him. The whole set up is very well thought out, I would imagine tried and tested over a number of years. This was a family holiday we will always remember so thank you Kevin and Sally for the use of Finca Nuestro Nido for the week. Wish it had been longer. We would all Highly recommended it.

villa top mais attention!!!!
Superbe villa avec tout ce qu'il faut pour passer d'excellente vacances mais gros problème de communication avec le propriétaire, celui-ci ne répond pas aux mails et n'a toujours pas remboursé la caution du mois de juillet 2016 sans aucune explication.

Beautiful villa set in scenic location
The villa was everything we needed and exceeded our expectations, our group was a party of 15 ranging from 2 years old up to 63 and catered for all our needs. The swimming pool was used everyday and there was plenty of seating & relaxing areas to choose from. The villa & outside areas were clean with a well stocked inventory. The villa had stunning views and no neighbours nearby, the main town was only a short 10 minute drive with a beautiful sandy beach and plenty of restaurants to choose from along with an ice cream parlour that we visited more than once! We would recommend this villa and wished we had stayed longer.

Beautiful villa, easily the best one Ive used
Well when I first booked this Villa I was a bit nervous! I thought if something is too good to be true it probably is, but not this time. When we arrived 16 of us we we're amazed at what we had got for the money we had paid (it's like a millionaires mansion) on its own. You literally have nobody to disturb you. Anyway we we're enjoying the first day when a guy came to show us the necessary things we needed to know, and he was a brilliant guy his name is Angel. He brought the kids another little toy every time he came. He brought clean bed clothes and towels and cleaned the pool and generally looked after the place. If I needed anything the owner was apply to help. If I ever go away with a big group or multiple families again it will be here. The kitchen was more than well equipped I mean like more plates, knives, cups, glasses, pans everything!! It has genuine sky tv,a game console, loads of card and board games. It has air con Which is really powerful and not noisy. I could go n and on but thought people need to know if they want a perfect villa in its own private grounds and everything you could need included this is the one. Thanks to Kevin and Sally and of course Angel

Fantastic
Just returned from this fabulous villa. A group of 14 we all had an amazing time. The location was perfect stunning views and in a lovely area. When we arrived the villa was spotless inside and out. The pool and outside area were great , the outside cooking area and BBQ were so handy. All the lovely different sitting areas , it was great just all sitting eating and chilling together. Angel who maintained the pool and outside areas was lovely so friendly. The pool was kept so clean and the hot tub had loads of use at night it was lovely to relax in. So much room inside the villa all bedrooms were comfortable with all new mattresses . The bathrooms were all lovely and very big all tiled beautifully. The outside games area was a real bonus for the kids who made full use of them. We would highly recommend this villa if you want a well maintained spotless villa with a very high standard of furniture and equipment. The owner Kevin was very easy to deal with and couldn't have been more helpful. The surrounding area was lovely, great beach lovely restaurants and bars.. would love to return to this villa.

A really special place.
Something for everyone here. Just back from our holiday, this is a really special place. We were a family party of 13, ages ranged from 5 upwards and no one got bored! Super facilities, very clean, lots of space inside the property, and outside terraced areas so that everyone in the party had space. 10 mins. to Moraira. Sun from about 7.30 to am to 8.30 pm. Extremely secluded, so even enthusiastic youngsters didn't trouble any neighbours, good security. Pool big enough for a decent swim. Pool/property man looked in most days to rectify any problems. Owners info. good on the area, and the villa generally. We would go back like a shot!

A Really Special Place!
We were a family party of 13, with ages ranging from 5 to 70, and this super villa had everything we wanted. The 'Wow' factor as soon as we walked in the door! Super secluded location (we could make plenty of noise without upsetting anyone!) with wonderful views across the valley where we could watch the sun go down with drink in hand! Good games area, lovely heated pool, family X Box area, big TV's, (if you had time to watch), and hot tub etc. It was all there, just as advertised and under an hours drive from Alicante airport. Because it is secluded you do need a car to explore this beautiful area. Loads of space inside the villa and plenty of sun loungers around the pool. Sun all day if you want it, but plenty of shade too. Inside and outside lots of tables and chairs for dining. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean throughout and the pool and garden well maintained by local man who popped in 3 times during our week there. Only a ten minute drive to Moraira and very good supermarkets a similar distance. Excellent beaches at Calpe too. Owner very helpful, and when Ryanair changed our flight times by 12 hours or so, after we had booked the villa, he didn't make it a problem. Having found this property hopefully we'll be back.

Great villa
Our family of 12 (8 adults/4 children) with ages ranging from 4 to 73 had a great 2 weeks holiday at the villa. It's location was perfect for the children who could make as much noise as they wanted in the pool and we need not worry about disturbing anyone, yet you are only a short drive away from Moraira. The villa was well equipped and spotlessly clean. We all enjoyed the outdoor facilities of pool table/table football/air hockey and table tennis and the upstairs indoor lounge area with x-box was a great success with the younger members of our party. There were plenty of sun loungers and seating outside in the shade enabling us to enjoy meals on the terrace. The pool was regularly maintained by the Spanish gentleman who oversees the property for the owner and he also brought us fresh grapes regularly. We found the UK owner very friendly and easy to deal with. We thoroughly enjoyed our Spanish holiday

Fantastic villa
Stayed here for a week with friends for a special birthday, looking for something special and wasn't disappointed. Had a lovely, relaxing week in fabulous surroundings. We booked hire cars to have the best of all worlds, easy airport transfers and access to shops when necessary, but mainly stayed by the pool and used the multitude of games tables. Great choice for groups of fiends or extended family holidays.

A Lovely & Recommended Villa!
We stayed at this lovely villa during the English half term at the end of October. There was a total of 10 people in our party including 4 kids. The villa is really roomy inside with plenty of living space, bedrooms (enough for around 14 people) and bathrooms for everyone. The facilities outside are amazing, the heated pool, the hot tub (which the kids loved during the day and the adults at night!), the BBQ area and the different tables and seats around the villa for relaxing and eating. The Spanish gentleman who looks after the pool, does the cleaning and the maintance for the villa is lovely and really helpful. Everytime he visited he brought the kids some biscuits which they loved. You do need a car for this villa as it's a bit away from the town but this is what we where looking for, a secluded villa where we could just relax with the family. The only down side was the games area as it's really tired now with the air hockey broken and the pool cues missing their tips or broken. Could just be ware and tear from a busy season. Apart from this I would still highly recommend this villa for anyone with a large party wanting to treat themselves and relax at a truely secluded villa and Kevin who owns this is great and pleasant to deal with.

Fantastic Holiday!
Having recently stayed in this fantastic villa we felt we had to send in a review. We were worried because we had seen a bad review and even contacted the owner before we left for our holiday. The owner explained fully what happened with this guest and how the guest had tried to refuse to pay for extras and then wrote a bad review 3 weeks after he returned home having made no complaint to the house keeper who visited him three times during their stay to ensure all was ok while they were at the villa. Anyway, new guests need not worry. This villa is 5 stars all the way and if we could give it 6 or 7 stars we would. We stayed for 10 days 12th October to 23rd October. 8 adults and 4 children. Having stayed at villa’s throughout Spain in the last 5 years, this villa is our best experience. The photos on the holiday site just do not do it justice. The location is stunning, quite yet within 8 minutes of Moraira town. The game facilities are perfect, pool beautiful (we had pool heated) and the furniture etc are first class. The villa was spotless when we arrived, a very rare thing for rental properties in our experience and we would highly recommend this villa. It is not the cheapest but in our opinion its a great choice and value for money. We will be coming back next year. All our party agreed the best villa they had ever stayed at. We cannot wait to return again.

very nice house
We've spend a wonderful Holiday in a beautiful house. It's very big so room enough for our group of 11 people. Everyone had his bathroom and that's so luxe. We were with 4 babies and there was enough furniture for them. Beds, chairs and even toys. Nice and big outside kitchen and a bbq. Very clean when we arrived and the person who's looking afther the house (houskeeping, swimmingpool, etc.) is very friendly and helpful. The pool was heated so also the babies could go in the water, that's a big avantage. The view is wonderful and it's very quiet around the house. You really need a car to go to the centre of Moraira, it's not nearby the house. A really recommend this house, we weren't dissapointed at all!! Kim Ligtvoet, France.

Villa only OK. Owner- Bad attitude
We had a good week at Neustro Nido. Family, sunshine, pool, what?s not to like? This spacious, well designed finca was built using quality materials and has a great finish. It?s in a secluded spot, has a large pool terrace and is presented in a good, clean condition. It equipped with everything you may need. This property has lots of pros but there are cons too. We encountered 3 safety issues which I passed to the owner for attention. *Heavy sliding doors with no safety stop crushed our six-year-old?s fingers between handle and jamb. *Damaged outside furniture had exposed sharp edges. *Pool chemicals, unusually in my experience, ruined swimwear and turned everyone yellow. It?s expensive but don?t expect luxury. It is set up for a lot of people to holiday together and the wear and tear is clear. All the Z Beds were made up, it felt like a hostel; Cheap, uncomfortable beds; Only one shower can be used at a time; Cutlery was of the bendy, plastic handled variety, not in keeping with an expensive let; Outside games disappointingly broken, incomplete and generally past their best; Pool, the shallow end is too deep for under 7?s to stand; Owner is slow to return deposits and has to be reminded; For us it was not value for money. Overnight A/C is available at an extra cost but daytime A/C is not offered. It was August and our group was 11 people short of maximum occupancy. We were not using all bedrooms and asked that the A/C be turned on earlier. This was kindly done and we agreed to pay any extra costs. I did not envisage any as our hourly usage fell well short of what the surcharge would normally provide. The owner thought differently however, and added a surprise 42.5% surcharge to the surcharge, retaining part of our security deposit with no supporting figures. I felt cheated and said so. I then mentioned the points marked * above. I thought he may give figures to show that he hadn?t just thought of a number and address the problems, but he replied; ?OH WHAT FUN. SUDDENLY THERE ARE COMPLAINTS! WELL I WILL TREAT THIS LAST E-MAIL WITH THE CONTEMPT IT CLEARLY DESERVES AND NOT REPLY TO ANYTHING WITHIN IT? Nothing has been heard since. This unprofessional, uncaring, gobsmackingly rude response was unexpected, unprecedented and totally undeserved. His attitude has soured our holiday memories and I would not return. Would you?

This is the fifth time we've been to Finca Nuestro Nido & it's like arriving home. We lead busy lives so the peace & quiet offered at this villa is wonderful, and essential to us for a perfect break away. It's such an easy journey from the UK & less than an hour from Alicante airport, so it's accessible even for a long weekend. The villa is spacious & caters for every need. We went to celebrate 80th, 60th & 10th birthdays, so we had a range of ages with us. There's shade or sun, depending on your preference. There are different areas to sit with beautiful bougainvillea & other plants, along with plenty of things to entertain the kids - the swimming pool, a pool table, table football, air hockey, badminton, boules and table tennis. There is a TV with DVD player and games, but we never sat inside as we were blessed with beautiful weather. Once the kids are in bed, the adults can relax in the hot tub. Shops are close by & stock everything you would need. You do need a car to go anywhere though as nothing is within walking distance. Moraira is lovely to walk around & is full of nice bars & great restaurants. There are no rowdy crowds or noisy places. Friday is market day in Moraira & that is well worth a visit. If you like fish, have a drive round to Calpe for a meal & don't miss out on Tutto Frutto in Moraira for an amazing choice of ice creams. The villa has washing facilities, which is lucky when Ryan Air limit you to a meagre 10kg. If you really want it, there's an iron too!! I have just two negative comments, although by no means was this a holiday spoiler. Where previous guests have obviously not covered the pool table, the baize has become shabby. One of the pool balls was missing & the cues need replacing. If the villa has been busy throughout the summer, I don't think it would take long for things to get worn very quickly. The second thing is that from last year, there were only a few glasses. This is the first occasion, as normally the cupboards are very well stocked. Clearly this is the fault of people staying at the villa who break them, rather than the owner and I'm sure they must be replenished at regular intervals. The location & villa are stunning. If you are a group who wants space & privacy, then this is the place for you. Because we've been a few times, we have had a fair bit of contact with the owners who are always very accommodating. If we've had any issues or queries, they are always resolved as quickly as possible.

Perfect Layout of rooms
We were guests in September 2013 with a total of 14 adults and we liked it very well. The villa is built with a lot of consideration. For example, the central kitchen is also the access to the covered part of the outdoor area where you can sit very well in any weather condition. You can clearly see that the owner had put a lot of thought into the house layout. The rooms are almost all spacious and quiet, yet the 1 bedroom with bunk beds is too small for adults (but the beds have normal length). The maximum occupancy should therefore be 12 adults and 2 children or teenagers. I would not recommend to use of extra beds. Pool and the entire grounds are wonderfully designed. Plants are still being added and are kept in great shape. The friendly caretaker also takes care of the garden but is rarely on the property. Handover of keys and check out was very pleasant, although the caretaker unfortunately does not speak a lot English or German. The owner has therefore prepared a set instruction book where all devices and switches are described in English. BBQ and outdoor kitchen with additional refrigerator make sense. Overall, the kitchen facilities are good, although for very large groups some large pots and more tableware are missing. Although the property is secluded (only a single very distant neighbor might look into the property with a pair of binoculars), the range of supermarkets close by is perfect. Several major markets are within 6-15 minutes. Satellite television works just fine, but sitting in the whirlpool is more fun anyway. Overall, the property is to be regarded as very good compared with other houses in this category (and we have seen many of these houses ), so that the slightly higher price is fine.

Idylic Villa
After many years enjoying a villa holiday it was a real pleasure to find one that fully matched its description and provided all the amenities needed to make an extended family holiday a sheer delight. Extremely well laid out, spacious and well appointed the amenities and fittings provided old and young with all that a holiday in the sun should provide with space for self indulgence and a games area to keep the most active totally happy. The external fittings and dining facilities added to the functionality of the spacious interior to provide anything a large group requires.
