Surf Side Shores # 1902 ist eine innere Golf-Front 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bad Eigentumswohnung auf der 9. Etage im Gebäude mit Blick auf ich auf den Golf von Mexiko. Das Gerät ist ca. 820 sq ft mit Blick auf den Golf aus dem Wohnzimmer und Golf-Seite Master-Schlafzimmer. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer mit WC entweder mit einer Wanne / Dusche Combo oder Stand-alone-Dusche. Der Golf-Seite Master Badezimmer ist über das Schlafzimmer und Flur zu erreichen. Die Straßenseite Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad mit einem Stand-up-Dusche.
Surf Side Shores I und II sind 9 stöckigen Geb��uden mit 6 Einheiten pro Etage 1 Meile westlich von Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Surf Side Shores hat zwei Strandbäder, eines davon ist eine verlängerte Saison-Pool. Das Anwesen hat auch einen Grillplatz, die beide Gebäude I und II-Leistungen.

Another great vacation

My wife, two kids, and I loved our stay at this unit. The two pools, one heated, were great when the weather wasn’t quite warm enough for the beach. It was also a nice surprise to find beach chairs and a few other beach items in the patio storage. Overall great stay and would gladly come back!

Everything was good. The only complaint that I have is the second bedroom had sand in the bed as if the sheets haven’t been washed. The view was beautiful.

Well needed rest

Everything was wonderful! It was so quiet and peaceful. Family oriented beach. We were able to see dolphins, cranes, baby sharks and a school of fish from our balcony. Our condo was clean and beautifully decorated. Very relaxing atmosphere. The blender was not working so I called the office just to let them know for future guests and they sent over a brand new one within the hour. Employees are very nice. Would definitely come back!!!

On the negative side the electrical outlet on the balcony was pushed in so far it was unusable . The kitchen could use a few more pots.. The towels were very scratchy. But overlooking all of that it was a very nice . when approving the bill, make sure there are the right amount of parking passes. They charge me for two and I only had one vehicle.

The only thing I wish I would have known is that pop up tents are not allowed on the section of beach by the condo, only beach umbrellas. The one provided at the condo is small so bring your own or rent one of you want more shade on the beach.

Great ocean view condo

We were high enough to spot dolphins from our balcony. My husband loved that there was a security person on watch when we arrived. The kitchen was supplied with everything, blender, food processor and a hand mixer. It also has a little storage room on the balcony full of beach chairs, cooler on wheels, and umbrellas, but my husband didn’t want to mess with it, so we rented the beach chairs that were already set up. The rental chairs were a good price. The ocean was free of jellyfish and seaweed. It was a great stay. Would love to stay there again.

Get a way

We loved our stay. The only negative was the security officer left us a note on the door to remove a sand bucket with a couple of toys in it immediately. The items he requested us to move didn’t belong to us. I think he should have knocked on the door n ask us if they were ours before leaving us a note. We just sat them in front of the garbage dispense because we didn’t want to throw away some child’s toys. They still were sitting there when we left. I would highly recommend screens on the patio doors so you can open the doors n enjoy the sound of the ocean all hours n no insects can come in. We highly recommend this place and definitely will be returning very soon. As me n my sisters will be too.

Spring break 2025

We had an awesome trip! Unit was just as pictured and perfect for our family of 4. The kids loved the sand toys and we loved having chairs to bring down to the beach everyday! Views and beach were fantastic and not as crowded as other parts of the beach.

Honeymoon in Gulf Shores

Hard to go wrong with a 9th story balcony right on the beach. But in addition to that the inside was very nice and well kept along with being well stocked. Perfect location for a beach vacation. Entrance to the building could use some work but doubtful that that is on this owner.

Paradise in Surf Side Shores 1902

Both look right at the pool and the beach. My wife loved how it was decorated. The beach was a 30 second walk from the lobby. I cannot say enough good things about the beach area. It was maintained perfectly. You could put your beach chairs right in front of the complex. Plenty of room for whatever beach activities you wanted to do. The pool area was very nice as well. We were very pleased with the ease of getting checking in and checking out . By far the most organized company we have ever dealt with. My wife and I were so grateful at how nice everyone in Gulf Shores was. Please and Thank you are very refreshing words to hear. There are plenty of things to do in Gulf Shores. The Pier is fantastic. The Parks and beaches were the cleanest we have ever been to. There are plenty of options of places to eat as well. We went to the bar Flor-Bama one night,it is a short drive and well worth the visit. I would Very Highly recommend a stay at Surf Side Shores 1902.

Great place to stay. Just seemed slightly under equipped.

Great stay. Checked in on a Monday, left on Friday. Check in process was simple, check out was even easier. Condo was everything we needed it to be - clean, comfy beds, nice showers. Beach was great. The only complaint is that the condo wasn't equipped with some of the standard necessities that I would think it should be (ie. toilet paper, salt & pepper, cooking oil (PAM), trash bags).
