Es hat einen herrlichen Blick auf den Yachthafen, der nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt ist, mit seinem herrlichen Yachtclub, Bars, Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäften. Von unserer privaten Dachterrasse haben Sie einen 360-Grad-Blick auf die Küste und das Meer, die Landschaft und die Hügel im Landesinneren. Das lebhafte Zentrum von Cala D'Or und die schönen Strände in der Nähe sind zu Fuß in 10 bis 15 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der obersten Etage (2. Etage) und ist mit dem Aufzug für Rollstuhlfahrer zugänglich. Es verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einen Hauswirtschaftsraum, einen großen Wohn- und Essbereich, einen großen Balkon und eine sehr große private Dach- / Sonnenterrasse. Ausgestattet zu einem hohen Standard mit hochwertigen Armaturen und Möbeln, ist es klimatisiert und WiFi ist verfügbar. Es bietet Komfort, Bequemlichkeit, Privatsphäre und Sicherheit. In dieser abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage befindet sich der große Pool der Bewohner mit seinem flachen Bereich für Kinder inmitten attraktiver Gemeinschaftsgärten. Sicheres Parken. Wenn Sie kein Auto haben, hält der Straßenzug in der Nähe des Komplexes und ruft an allen wichtigen Stränden der Region an. Taxis sind reichlich vorhanden. Hauptschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, großem Einbauschrank, Nachttischen und eigenem Bad mit Badewanne / Dusche, Bidet, WC, Waschbecken und großem Spiegel. Es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon. Schlafzimmer 2 besteht aus 2 Einzelbetten, Einbauschrank, Nachttisch, Regal und Spiegel und grenzt an ein begehbares Duschbad mit Waschbecken, Spiegel und WC. Great family apartment in Cala d'or

Bright comfortable apartment with plenty of room for a family of 4. Fully kitted out kitchen with plenty of glasses, crockery and cooking utensils. Short walk to the lovely marina and 15 minute stroll into the centre of Cala d'or with some great restaurants, especially 'Different'. Views from the roof were great where you can catch the sun late in the day after it has gone from the balcony. Well maintained grounds and very secure. Had a lovely relaxing holiday and would go back if we return to Majorca.

Hätte mehr Potenzial...

Die Wohnung ist soweit schön, aber die Einrichtung, Sanitäranlagen und Pool sind in die Jahre gekommen. Aus der Wohnung und der Dachterrasse ließe sich wesentlich mehr machen. Alles ist nur funktionell, aber nicht zum Wohlfühlen. Und mit 4 Kleiderbügeln in einem Schrank, der hauptsächlich aus Platz zum Aufhängen besteht, kommt man halt auch nicht weit. Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und hat einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen.

Schöne Wohnung mit einer guten Lage, aber leider einigen Mängeln

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön gelegen mit Blick auf den Hafen vom Balkon aus. Die Anlage besteht aus ingesamt 49 Apartments, weshalb es im Pool auch mal etwas voller werden kann. Die Strände in Cala Egos und Cala D‘or sind beide fußläufig in 15 bzw. 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr schade war es, dass die Wohnung nicht sehr sauber war. Auf dem Geschirr war Staub, die Gläser waren alle milchig oder auch gar nicht erst sauber, das Besteck war nicht sauber und auch die Spülmaschine wurde zum Problem: In der Wohnung gab es keinen Klarspüler den die Spülmaschine aber brauchte und so kam es dann dass wir am ersten Abend eine volle dreckige Spülmaschine hatten, die man nicht starten konnte. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche lies zu wünschen übrig: Es gab keinen Lappen, kein Küchenhandtuch und kein Spülmittel. Diese Sachen mussten wir alle selbst kaufen und haben sie anschließend in der Wohnung gelassen damit wenigstens der nächste Gast eine vollständigere Küche hat. Ein weiteres Problem waren Ameisen. Diese kamen von überall, zunächst waren sie nur auf dem Balkon was wir nicht weiter schlimm fanden, doch am nächsten Tag waren sie auch in der Wohnung. Im Schlafzimmer, im Badezimmer, in der Küche und auch auf dem Esszimmertisch. Also mussten wir auch noch Ameisengift kaufen, was natürlich auch nicht in der Wohnung war. Alles in allem fanden wir es sehr schade, dass so eine eigentlich recht schöne Wohnung mit guter Lage so viele Mängel aufweist.

Very good apartment (easy to recommend)

We had a very good impression of this apartment. The air conditioned worked fantastic even in very hot days. The rooms are spacious, and the bed are decent for a few days stay. The two bathrooms are a real plus for families. The complex turned to be very quieted and peaceful even in the July busy times with a dedicated parking space. The pool is nice, not that big but never so crowed. The apartment is very well located, though a car is highly recommended for convenience. An amazing large and high-quality selection of restaurant at walking distance at the Marina but be ready to pay high prices, as it seems to be the case in the whole island. In overall we were very satisfied with the apartment, but definitely a few thing for improvement like the need for a decent TV to take advantage of the fantastic WiFi, also include an umbrella for the summing pool, blinds for the windows and be a bit more careful with the floor cleaning

Great apartment (with a few flaws)

Nice clean apartment with a good layout and a working AC. We like to cook: The kitchen was but reasonably well equipped and appliances worked well. Wifi was good. The living room experience suffered from a really old 24" monitor with SCART interface only. We would have liked to see an HDMI interface allowing us to use our chromecast. The terrace was great with a view of the port -but for early morning use, it just got too hot! This was seemingly the only apartment that did not have an umbrella. Ww would have loved to sit outside in the morning, but in 30 degrees and no shade, this was quite unpleasant. The furniture on the terrace, also suffering from exposure to the sun, was starting to fall apart. Still usable, but not very nice to look at. Pool area was good, but also for this purpose, a smaller umbrella would have been nice (one was there, but it almost disintegrated as we tried to open it). Beds were excellent. Blackout curtains would have been nice. Communication with agency was excellent even if we did find it strange to first make a deal through VRBO.COM and subsequently being asked to fill in another rental agreement for the same apt. though the agency?! All in all, the apartment was great, pretty quiet even if there is a road passing close by. Easy to walk to the port for bread in the morning, and somewhat away from the hustle and bustle of heavy Cala D'or tourism.

Fully recommended

We would recommend this property to family and friends. It was a bit outside the centre which was fine as we knew this from the start. It is in the Marina area which has an abundance of lovely restaurants. However, don’t come come here looking for a cheap holiday. If I could suggest one item for the apartment it would be black out blinds. Pool area was fine with plenty of sun loungers available.

Good, clean apartment in great location

Very happy with the apartment in general, very clean, excellent location, handy lift. Great pool and friendly neighbours. Only minus points were lack of anything useable, such as tea towel, dishcloth or sponge, binliners etc. Also, we were gasping on arrival and the car could not be delivered for four hours, so a courtesy bottle of water ready in the fridge would have been wonderful. But there was nothing. Also, no communication whatsoever from the rental agency to ask if we had arrived ok. We would however visit again and were generally very happy with the accommodation.

Tolles Appartment in Cala d'Or

Wir waren im Großem und Ganzen sehr zufrieden mit unserer Auswahl des Appartments. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns: - Das Appartment ganz allgemein, im Besonderen der Balkon - Die Lage der Wohnung - Die Kommunikation vorab hat reibungslos funktioniert. - Kinderbett und Hochstuhl waren (nach vorheriger Absprache) direkt im Appartment; sogar aufgebaut und bereits das Bett bezogen. - Der Ort Cala d'Or ist sehr schön. Der Yachthafen ist mehr als sehenswert und die Auswahl an Restaurants wirklich toll. (Kinderfreundlichkeit wird Groß geschrieben :-) - Der Pool ist soweit in Ordnung - Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung, mit Sicherheitstor - Fahrstuhl Ein Punkt ziehen wir trotzdem ab, weil für ein perfekten Urlaub folgende Kleinigkeiten noch anzusprechen sind: - Sauberkeit der Wohnung (Bad, Küche & Schlafzimmer) waren ok, jedoch der Boden im Wohnzimmer nicht. Unser Kleinkind hat alles krabbelt erkundet, sodass man an Händen und Klamotten sehr schnell gesehen hat, dass länger nicht gewischt wurde - Wasserqualität (vielleicht ist das auch normal fur Mallorca, jedoch aus Deutschland ist man anders gwohnt) - teilweise hätte die Ausstattung gerne mal wieder ausgetauscht werden können, bspw. Duschvorhang, Klobürste oder Besteck. Nichts desto trotz können wir das Appartment ganz klar weiterempfehlen.

Fantastic relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings

We have just had a wonderful two weeks staying at this apartment . The apartment itself is in a lovely quiet complex, it is on the third floor , but there is a lift and you gain a wonderful view of the marina from the balcony and private roof terrace . The apartment was spotless and has all the equipment you need to self cater . The pool was lovely and we were always able to get a sun lounger and a parasol base , without having to get up at the crack of dawn . There are plenty of gorgeous eating places within walking distance and many different beaches to choose from . Outside the complex is a bus stop with buses to many places on the island and there is also s little tourist bus which you can get to Cala D'Or . I wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again , the owners were extremely helpful and also the management company , booking airport transfers and with their instructions for gaining access to the apartment . Wonderful holiday and sad to be home .

Fantastic

The apartment is perfect. It is really well equiped, nicely arranged ( the two bathrooms great with 2 adults and 2 grandaghters!), clean and well decorated. Since we are older the location suited us as it is not in the busy crowded center of Cala d'Or, and feels secure with being a gated complex, whilst being within easy walking distance of the Marina. The owners and agent in resort were good to deal with. I would recomend this apartment to anyone. Liz Stockill (stay from 3/8/17 to 10/8/17)

GREAT APARTMENT, VIEWS & LOCATION

Lovely apartment, very clean and nicely presented with good outside space for dining and sunbathing. With only the two of us using it, we had a bathroom each and I got to use the second bedroom as a dressing room! Good location with views over both the marina and countryside and just a few minutes walk to the marina and all that it has to offer. Secure gated complex with parking, which is a great bonus, so felt very secure. Good area around private pool too. Valerie & Colin were very easy to communicate with and deposit was very quickly returned. All in all a very good stay!

Lovely apartment

Apartment was everything we needed. Well decorated big balcony, and massive roof top area which gets sun all day. Area fabulous had lovely meals out in some of the many restaurants. we returned for the second time

We enjoyed our first time stay here, so had to return to make sure it wasn't the vino tinto talking! Yes, a lovely apartment in the gorgeous Cala D'or - no, definitely not the wine making me say this! Very private in what felt like a very secure complex. Views from the balcony down to the harbour lovely and from the kitchen window over the countryside. As we used a shuttle transfer from the airport, was a bit frustrating the first time as the bus will only drop you off at hotels and we had a bit of bother finding out the nearest hotel. We did find out and then even more bother finding the apartment from that hotel - but it was worth this hassle and, of course, no bother on our second visit! The apartment is very well equipped and clean. OK, so you can't view much telly cos of the difficulty in reception of some English channels - but then, who wants to watch telly when you're on holiday! A great addition this year was the provision of free wifi - again, connection was a bit hit and miss but was good enough for me to let everyone back home what a great time we were having! The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in away from home - real mattresses not those thin hospital types or those lumpy bumpy ones you often encounter in holiday homes. We had a boiler leak whilst there but one call to the local management team, and the plumber was there and fixed it within a few hours - brilliant service. The owners are in the UK and a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend this holiday home - we may well be back for a third time one of these days! Janice (and her 81 yr old mum)

Superb appartment with fantastic views.

We were very pleased with the appartment & it's situation. Great views over the Marina & surrounding countryside. Excellent gated complex & private pool. We found the area around the Marina & nearby town had many excellent restaurants for all tastes. The owners Valerie & Colin were very helpful & easy to deal with. We would not think twice about returning.

Fantastic Views

We have just enjoyed a relaxing and very enjoyable holiday in Cala D'or with Brian & Valerie's apartment making it an excellent base. The apartment is bright, clean and very comfortable with everything we would expect to find and in very good condition. The views from the balcony and roof terrace are amazing, sitting and watching the boats coming and going in the Marina, the photograph is true to real life. The view from the kitchen and rear of roof terrace over the farm fields and mountains are just as special. We found the short cut to the Marina, just a couple of minutes walk and we were walking alongside the boats. This did have a lot of steps (76, I counted them all) to walk back up but we found another short cut a little further round, in the corner just after the steak bar restaurant (20 steps, much better) this took us to a dead end road but following this road brings you out at the roundabout just by the security gate entrance. This is the road where the tourist train stops. The Marina has a lot of really good restaurants, we really enjoyed Zocola restaurant, super food and excellent service definitely a favourite from there it was only another 10 minutes steady stroll into Cala D'or centre. There is a small supermarket at the end of the Cala Egas side of the Marina, easily walkable especially once you find short cut. The Fort in Cala Egas was only about 30 minutes walk and we enjoyed the fantastic view of the boats and entrances to Marina and Cala D'or and Gran coves. We hired a car and visited various places on the island but sensibly decided to take the bus to Palma, which was a doddle, the bus stop is just past the roundabout not more than 100 yards from the complex and you get on and off at the same stop. All in all the apartment was an ideal base for our holiday, very comfortable and well equipped, superb views, good location, within easy reach of Marina and a steady stroll into Cala D'or, good local services, tourist train and local bus nearby. When we next visit Cala D'or we would stay here again.

I agree whole heartedly with the comments in earlier reviews. We had a wonderful holiday in this ideal location and explored the Island with a hire car.The was our 1st visit to Majorca and it wont be our last. The propery is situated overlooking the marina which afforded fabulous views of the marina as well as to the mountains to the north and farmland to the rear. On a minus for us, the walk to the marina was downhill and my husband would have struggled if he hadnt a stick with him. However, we walked down to the marina most evenings and enjoyed eating out at the various restaurants. The yacht club was a particular favourite, eating out on the terrace near the infinity pool with a perfect view over the marina. There was a very well equipped Spar supermarket nearby where we bought fresh bread and pastries everymorning for breakfast, delicious. Cala D'Or itself had ample shops of every type and plenty of bars/restaurants etc within the town as well as a Hypermarket. The agents were on the high street and the staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful providing a street map of the town. There were 2 lovely coves within easy walking distance and several others within a 30 minute walk. Spoilt for choice. The owners were extremely helpful, responding to e mail queries promptly and returned the deposit immediatly on our return to the UK. A very professional set up. We would certainly book this apartment again on any return trip to Cala D'Or.

When we had the leisure time to enjoy a holiday home we researched the market and decided Cala D,or and El Puerto 1 best achieved our criteria and budget and we haven't regretted it!

I had spent several years involved with the marine leisure boat industry, which included visiting the Palma Boat Show where I had English clients with Boat Sales operations based in Cala D'or Marina. I visited the area frequently at all times of the year and found it had something for everybody, from vibrant night life and sophisticated restaurants to secluded peaceful calas, wonderful varied countryside with traditional villages and fishing ports nearby and only 45 minutes drive from the airport. The views, specification, layout and location of the apartment were ideal.

The property is a 3 minute walk to the marina and local shops,and enjoys the benefits and views of being slightly out of the town centre, although this is only a pleasant 10 minute stroll away. Being a modern development, it incorporates the latest fixtures and fittings and with its balcony and roof terrace offers versatile living space and outstanding views.
