Diese Eigenschaft genießt eine gute Lage in der gehobenen Entwicklung von Alta Vista. Dieses richtige Haus befindet sich in der Stadt Calete und leidet nicht darunter, wie so viele aus der Stadt herauszukommen. Das Reihenhaus selbst ist 3 Bett, 2 Bad und 3 Terrasse.

Dies ist ein großes und richtiges Haus - ein Zuhause in der Ferne - sehr geräumig mit separater Küche und Hauswirtschaftsraum (2 Waschbecken) mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Es gibt auch eine private Sonnenterrasse neben dem Hauptschlafzimmer.

Das Hauptbett wird auch von einer eigenen Toilette mit Badewanne und Dusche bedient. Schlaf 6 leicht. Die drei Sonnenterrassen verfügen über einen privaten Balkon mit herrlichem Blick über die Bucht von Calete de Fuste.

Die gefliesten und abgelegenen hinteren Terrassen lassen den ganzen Tag Sonne aufkommen und bieten einen kanarischen Grill zum Essen im Freien. Es gibt eine Whirlpool-Option, die vollkommen abgeschieden ist und sich ideal für nächtliche Sternbeobachtungen eignet.

Das Anwesen hat die Nutzung des Bahia Sol-Komplexes Swimmingpool in der Stadt mit Kindersicherheitszaun und Sonnenliegen. Das Anwesen verfügt auch über den Castillo Mar-Poolkomplex in der Stadt mit Kindersicherheitszaun und Sonnenliegen. Sie haben einen Schlüssel für beide.
Die Lounge verfügt über einen 36-Zoll-Flachbild-TV mit UK-TV.
Es gibt eine XBOX-Spielekonsole.

Generally a good stay in a value for money property.

The villa is in a good location a short walk into town and only a few minutes from shops, bars and restaurants.The outside space is excellent and gets the sun all day. The TV package is second to none, particularly if you like watching sport!We had some issues with the hot tub on arrival which needed re-cleaning and the boiler had to be replaced which meant we had no clean hot water for most of our first week.There were also some cleaning issues on arrival which have been communicated to the owner.We would stay again as the property represents good value for money.

An Enjoyable Months Holiday

Overall we had a very enjoyable stay at the house. The property was an easy walk to and from the beach. The view from the bedroom balcony of the sea was lovely. We made good use of the bbq most evenings. The house was spacious and had comfortable seating in the lounge. The listing is not completely correct. The TV is not 50 inch but 42 inch. The DVD player was not able to be connected as the TV did not have the correct fitting. A second dvd player did not work at all. You are not able to park outside the property. Parking is on the opposite side of the road and very difficult due to lack of space (one resident had a sign asking you not to park outside their property). This was not a problem for us as we parked in the road just as you entered the estate. Usually we like to use the hot tub but only used it a couple of times as it was passed its best (very weak jets and not able to control temperature). We were not able to give five stars for cleanliness, overall it was good. We found a lot of cobwebs in the living area, mould in shower and bath (we cleaned the bath mould and stains very easily with a cleaner from the supermarket). A little more cleaning would improve the propery. The fridge worked well but the freezer was very iced up. I accept that this is not the owner's fault but I am sure that this is something that he will address. We did have a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the house.

Séjour très sympa !

Seul bémol contre lequel malheureusement il est difficile de faire quoi que ce soit : le survol régulier des avions au dessus de la ville (on se trouve dans le couloir aérien). Hormis cet inconvénient, le séjour a été extrêmement agréable !

Family holiday

After some miscommunication which was quickly resolved, we arrived at the apartment and found it clean, well appointed and much more spacious than the photos suggest. The upstairs balcony makes for a great sun trap and we made great use of the hot tub. The availability of sky sports was also a great bonus. Overall we had a fantastic holiday and would be happy to come back again. The apartment had everything we needed though next time we would definitely consider hiring a car due to the long walk down and back up the hill in order to visit town.

The property was clean and tidy very comfortable and in the perfect location. You are 5 minutes from a few bars and restaurants and about 10 minutes from the front with even more bars and restaurants to choose from. Great Value House

The house was exactly as per the pictures in the description. Large rooms, fully equipped kitchen, and of course a hot tub. It's about a 20 minute walk into Caleta from the house, down a mild slope, so obviously a slightly uphill return journey. This was fine because we are both fairly active. It is in a quiet area which was great away from the hustle of Caleta. The hot tub was clean and ready for use as soon as we arrived. A great find, and a great price.

Fuerteventura holiday bliss!

Everthing about our holiday was superb. From the initial welcome, the great facilities in the house, the good location to the hot tub! You really need a car to get about and see the beautiful island and can park right outside, but if not, it is only a short walk to a supermarket and many restaurants. The town, with it's excellent beach, is a bit further down the hill but it is possible to walk. Getting back is all up hill, so you could get a taxi. All in all a great holiday with excellent communication with the host. Thank you.

This was a fantastic property for our holiday, plenty of room for us (2 adults & 2 kids 17 + 13) , great views from the master bedroom and nice high ceiling meant it didnt get too hot in there. Added bonus of cracking wifi and full TV , hot tub, dishwasher etc. Its a pleasant walk downhill into town 15/20 mins however there is a supermarket and a selection of bars & restaurants halfway down the hill, the excellent Nestors is around the corner and also the little pizza place at the end of the road is one of the best in town. We wouldnt hesitate returning to this property, spotless clean, plenty of space & packed with amenities.

We have stayed in this area a lot over the past few years and it is in a great location . 15 minutes walk down hill to the beach and a good 20 minute hike back up . 3 good size bedrooms one with en-suite .Sky tv and internet were all fantastic . Communication from owners was excellent and Sue the agent in Fuerteventura. Overall great value if you use all the beds.

Brilliant location, 20 min walk down to harbour. Walk back up not too taxing but you can jump in a taxi for £3+ euros. Lovely house, everything you'd need and more. Very spacious and the garden room at the back which had large glass doors which opened right up to increase outdoor space was amazing. Lovely outside spaces, sun all day. Sue was available if needed very friendly and full of local knowledge. Yes will definately return. Thank you.

R and R in the sun

The property is as described on the site, extremely clean and comfortable. The hot tub was set up by the management company prior to arrival and the location for us was very good. Close enough to town, but quiet enough to relax in. The sun chases around the house to the various balconies/patios so you're never short. The property was small enough for the 2 of us, but would be big enough for a family - there was plenty of space. Local facilities are very good with a well sticked supermarket and some good restaurants and pubs. Iain was very approachable and all questions answered promptly. Overall a very good place for a break.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

I had travelled a lot in the Canaries. Done many golf holidays in Tenerife and guys holidays in Gran Canaria and family holidays in Lanzarote.
I reluctantly booked a package holiday to Fuerteventura one year thinking it this was the poor man's Canary Island. How wrong could I have been.
It was simply stunning. I had never seem beaches in Europe this good. The low rise building were colourful and looked Andalusian in design (none of that boring white stuff with blue windows or tall tower blocks).
The property prices seemed to be about 25% cheaper than the other Canary islands and yet the island was 125% more beautiful.
Fuerteventura to me means that once you visit it, you will never go back to Lanzarote or Gran Canaria etc.

Location. Location. Location and Value for Money.
This property is in a great location close to everything you need. Car hire is not essential. That is, we are not stuck way out of town pretending to be in the town. The property is fantastic value for money having a great USP of amazing views and lots of inside and outside space. This is coupled with great Wifi and real proper British TV (SKY SPORTS, BT SPORTS, SKY MOVIES, BBC, ITV etc). This coupled with modern furnishings, make this a great holiday choice. The many reviews prove this to be the case going back over a long number of years.

In truth, pound for pound for pound, there is no better value. It blows away most properties. It's downside is that there is not a communal pool on site - sorry. Although, I have negotiated access to two complexes in town. In truth, this is largely irrelevant in winter anyways as communal pools are too cold to go in to (anywhere) and is easily overcome in summer, as described.

You are better choosing the hot tub option for that wee bit of luxury. The FIBRE wifi is fast and strong and will be ideal if you need to catch up on work or stream video.
