THE MASTER BEDROOM blickt auf den Pool und verfügt über ein zeitgemäßes en-suite Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche / Badewanne, Toilette und großem Waschtisch, einem Kingsize-Bett, 32-Zoll-HD-Plasma-Kabelfernsehen mit DVD-Player, Deckenventilator und großem Fußweg im Kleiderschrank.

ZWEITES SCHLAFZIMMER verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit großem Einbauschrank, Flachbild-Kabel-TV, DVD-Player, Deckenventilator und teilt sich das zweite Badezimmer mit den Schlafzimmern 3 und 4.

Schlafzimmer 3 und 4 haben jeweils 2 Einzelbetten sowie große, verspiegelte Einbauschränke.
Der 1. Zwilling ist ein Betty Boop-Themenzimmer mit Flachbild-Kabel-TV und Schlafzimmer 4 ist ein Toy Story-Thema mit Flachbild-Kabel-TV und PS2. Beide Räume haben Deckenventilatoren.

DAS ZWEITE BAD ist ein zeitgemäßer Stil mit Badewanne, Dusche, Waschtisch und WC.

THE FORMAL LOUNGE verfügt über 2 bequeme 3-Sitzer-Sofas (eines davon ist ein Schlafsofa), einen Couchtisch und einen Esstisch für 8 Personen.

THE FAMILY ROOM verfügt über 2 große Sofas, 2 Stühle, einen Couchtisch und einen großen 42-Zoll-Flachbild-Plasma-Kabel-TV mit DVD-Player. Dieser Raum führt über Terrassentüren zum Poolbereich und ist auch mit der Küche verbunden.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit amerikanischem Kühlschrank mit Eismaschine und Wasserspender, Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und ausreichend Geschirr und Kochutensilien für mehr als 10 Personen. Es gibt einen Frühstückstisch mit 4 Stühlen.

Der Hauswirtschaftsraum beherbergt die Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Bügeleisen und -brett, Staubsauger usw.

SPIELRAUM mit Billardtisch, Tischfußball, elektronischem Basketball, Dart und Sitzbereich.

Der Pool ist 28 'und nach Südwesten ausgerichtet, kann beheizt werden und hat eine Pooldecke für die Wintermonate, in denen er beleuchtet ist. Das Deck ist groß und auch beleuchtet, wir haben reichlich Gartenmöbel und Liegen und haben auch einen Sicht- und Kindersicherheitszaun. Ein Grill kann ab 60 USD pro Woche gemietet werden.

Die Villa Betty Boo ist voll klimatisiert und verfügt über eine Zentralheizung. Der Pool ist beleuchtet und kann gegen einen Aufpreis von £ 9 pro Nacht beheizt werden. Eine Pooldecke ist vorhanden. Bei Buchungen unter 7 Nächten wird eine Reinigungsgebühr von £ 30 erhoben. Ein Gasgrill kann für 60 USD pro Woche gemietet werden.

Diese fantastische Villa liegt ganz in der Nähe aller Sehenswürdigkeiten, Disney ist 15 Minuten entfernt. weg, Universal 20 min. Wir haben einen Publix-Supermarkt und ein Applebees-Restaurant auf der anderen Straßenseite sowie den renommierten Highlands Reserve-Golfplatz. Es gibt viele weitere Kurse innerhalb einer kurzen Fahrt. Champions Gate nur 5 Minuten.

Betty Bo kann ich weiter empfehlen

Das Haus hat alle Erwartungen erfüllt. Es war groß,sehr geräumig und toll eingerichtet. Unserem Enkel hat der Pool besonders gefallen. Er war jeden Tag darin schwimmen.Man konnte die Attraktionen wie Sea World und Magic Kingdom in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Sollten wir nochmals nach Orlando kommen, werden wir dieses Haus wieder anmieten.Ich kann das Haus weiter empfehlen

Convenient Orlando Location

We had a pleasant stay at Villa Betty Boo for 2 weeks in Feb/2025. Some fresh landscaping and painting the front door would improve the exterior appearance of the house. The interior was in pretty good shape. The rooms were nicely furnished and the beds were comfortable. The seating in the family room was plentiful and comfy. We loved having a large television and cable TV access. There was a big table in the dining room that was great for family meals. Both bathrooms were updated and clean. The washer/dryer were conveniently located and the garage game room was fun for our grown children. On the down side, there were tiny gnat-like bugs in the kitchen that got into some of our food. There were 3 ant traps and another small bug trap set in the kitchen. These did not work on the gnats. The pool area had lots of seating which we liked. About 30 worms turned up the day it rained. We cleaned them out (with difficulty because the skimmer net wasn't very good). We never saw any pool maintenance guy. Overall, we liked the house and the neighborhood. It was close to many restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping areas. It's also convenient to Disney and Universal Studios. We enjoyed walking around the quiet neighborhood. We would recommend the house.

Fun thanksgiving

It was a nice relaxing Thanksgiving at the pool. Had to buy some pots and pans in order to cook the full meal but other than that the house was perfect. Plenty of games and pool toys to keep the little one busy!

Fun stay in Davenport

My family of 5 stayed at Villa Betty Boo at Hamptons Lake in June for a trip to Universal Orlando. The house was welcoming and as listed and had plenty of space for all of us. The kids especially enjoyed the pool and us adults were able to rake a swim or stay in the A/C and be only steps away. There were towels, and bathroom essentials that made our stay easy. The house needs a little tlc to make it a true 5 star, the game room is dark and hot although the kids didn't seem to care and had fun out there, and a few more pots and pans for cooking for a larger family would have been welcomed but we made it work just fine. Checking in and out was a breeze and the home was easy to find. Seemed as though the previous guests left garbage in the outside trash receptical which we believe should have been picked up the day before our arrival, which made it a tight squeeze for all of our trash for the week as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we were traveling in the area.

Greay place for a family holiday

We really liked the size of the house. The pool light did not work until the last two days of our stay, this is because the pool guy came to replace it. Other than that we had a great time and loved the our stay.

House needs a good deep cleaning

The property is a beautiful home with lots of potential. When I first arrived I went in each room to Lysol sheets and linens. 2 rooms has lashes & curly hair on the pillow cases and/or sheets. I feel as if they weren’t washed but Karen (property manager) claimed she was there the night before and they were. My kids had to use our shower everyday due to the one in their rooms not working, porch lights not working, blinds literally fall to floor when touched, walls have food and nasty stains on them. Not a paint issue but just dirty walls. My sons room has what looks like smeared poop on the walls. The pool was dirty with all types of uses toys last family left I assume. Kitchen fridge had food in it, covid is still out ! Not eating food out of the fridge that someone left and I expected it to be thrown away. No trash bags, paper towels, not even one roll! Overall good property, close to theme parks but the current management company needs to be fired! I called Karen and she said she would let owners know, but I haven’t heard from anyone. Stay at your own risk!

Does the job, but could use spruced up in a few places

Property was nice, but could use a few maintenance - showers/showerheads were not working properly, hard to use. Linens on kids beds are faded and could be updated. Same with towels - faded and frayed. All the walls are nicely painted, and then doors are scuffed and could used touched up. Unable to locate wifi password. Book with info contradicted some of the emails received. Listed what's close: grocery, etc but didn't list out specifically what was close or their addresses. We had a lovely time and it did serve our needs, but could be spruced up a bit in a few places.

Potentially perfect, but in need of some love and attention

Having read all the reviews on the villa prior to booking and our visit, it’s safe to say we had some reservations, but the details made it seem perfect for our needs (for a baby and a wheelchair user) and at point of booking Bernie was fab at communication and responded to all our queries. On arrival at the villa we were blown away by the space, high ceilings and large rooms, however this was short lived. With a teenager WiFi is essential, however there were no details available and the password on the router didn’t work. We contacted the property manager who assured us she’d contact Bernie and come back to us....she rang back about an hour later to see if we’d found it, we hadn’t and thereafter (and still to date) we’ve heard absolutely nothing back! Thankfully for us we managed to reset the router and set the password back up, to prevent a meltdown from the teenager (and also to ensure data roaming charges were avoided). The villa itself, whilst fantastically spacious, was unclean and also had lots of downsides - we collected 2 bags worth of rubbish from around the pool and villa - there was mountains of rubbish by the bins (despite the neighbour putting the bins out twice weekly) - the electrics were temperamental, sockets sometimes worked and sometimes not, light bulbs blew frequently - the fridge was about a metre further in to the kitchen than it should have been (we moved it back) - the bathrooms were both dirty (we cleaned them) - there were only 2 half toilet rolls supplied - the drawers in the bedrooms had both rubbish in them and were extremely dirty - someone else’s clothes were still under the bed in the main bedroom - all the crockery, glasses and cutlery were filthy and had to be washed before use (not ideal after a 20 hour journey to get to Orlando) Then there were some random things - 2 balls from the pool table were randomly found under the sofa cushions - TV control hidden under the sofa in multiple pieces - the pool cues were in pieces and had to be put back together - the hdmi cable from the main tv was disconnected - there was no information about the villa (WiFi details, rubbish day, etc.) We can only put the stuff down to either disgruntled previous renters or the housekeeper...it’s a real shame though as the house could be fantastic and easily rented out for a higher figure if it was properly looked after and renovated.

Extremely comfortable house!!! Would definitely recommend!!!

Fantastic House!

We had a great stay at Villa Betty Boop. Only wishing it had been a little longer. Everything about the house is exactly as described and the pool was perfect when we had some down time from the parks. This was our first trip to Florida and when(not if) we go back, I’d look to stay here again. Highly recommended, and with great local support staff when we had a small query about the pool

I live in the UK with my husband, 4 children, 3 Labradors, I Labradoodle & 2 cats!!! We lead a very busy life and have a business in the UK as well as our villa in Orlando. We try to visit the villa's twice a year to upgrade with new furnishings etc. to keep it in tip top condition.

We chose Hampton Lakes as it was the most sought after resort in the Disney area and are very pleased with our choice. Only 15 minutes to Disney & 20 to Universal, we have shops, restaurants & golf within 5 minutes so it is for us the perfect location.

We have everything you could wish for, from free wireless internet & international calls to cots, cribs and a child safety fence around the pool.
