Wir, die Miteigentümer: Bob und Kathleen und Kelley und Jack, alle im Ruhestand Erzieher (ein Bibliothekar und drei Lehrer) haben unsere Maui Hause entworfen als ruhig und funktional wie möglich zu sein. Keine schwere Möbel, keine dunklen Schränke. Stattdessen ist die Atmosphäre hell, sauber und luftig.

Das neue Bad bietet Spa-ähnliche Vorrichtungen einschließlich einer begehbaren, verstellbare gleiche Dusche, geschmackvoll dekoriert mit weißen Fliesen Plumeriablüten und Meeresschildkröten, die entlang der Steinboden schwimmen. Das King-Size-Bett ist hart und komfortabel. Im Wohnzimmer, zeigt der neue TV ein komplettes Kabel-Menü. Die Terrasse ist von der Nachmittagssonne im Schatten und bietet einen ruhigen, kühlen Raum für den neuen Tag morgens am Strand zu genießen. Unsere Wohnung wird von großen Deckenventilatoren gekühlt, einer in jedem Zimmer, die gut funktionieren. Wir haben uns entschieden, keine Klimaanlage zu installieren, um die atemberaubende Luft Hawaiis zu genießen. Das WLAN-Signal versorgt die gesamte Einheit gut. Unser Flachbild-TV ist mit der lokalen Kabelprogrammierung verbunden, ebenso wie ein spezieller Roku-Player, mit dem Sie den gesamten Netflix-Katalog und andere Kanäle ansehen können.

Kihei Kai Nani selbst ist ein großer Garten-Anlage direkt über die Straße von den drei herrlichen Kamaole Strände, wo Sie Ihren Morgenkaffee (oder Abend Mai Tai) nach einem einfachen Spaziergang durch die Fahrt genießen können. Das Parken ist kostenlos. Geschäfte und Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Some Like It Hot

The condo was well appointed and nicely decorated. We like to cook and so bought a few things that made prep easier. Unfortunately, we were not prepared for the heat.Everyday the temp was 31 or 32 C and the A/C was unable to lower the temp significantly because we were on the top floor and the heat was coming through the roof. Other than that the condo was perfect. The fragrance of plumeria wafting into the bedroom at night was lovely. We appreciated the bottle of wine left for us.

Wonderful condo

Fantastic condo well stocked with everything one needs - beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels. Kitchen has abundance of everything as well. Owner provided plenty of soaps, toilet paper etc which was immensely appreciated. Everything was in good condition from furniture to pots and pans. The king size bed also very comfortable.

Great Location

Ideal location in Kihei you can walk to the beach. Beach equipment provided, a condo with all you need to make a great vacation. This place is one of the best we've ever stayed at in Kihei.

Relaxing location with easy beach access

Had a wonderful 10-day stay in this condo. We love Kihei Kai Nani and have stayed many times. This unit is great because of being an end unit with more windows. The kitchen was amply supplied and we appreciated the sharp knives. Bed was comfortable and we loved our stay! We’ll be back!

Lovely stay in south kihei

Wonderful stay, Kihei Kai Nani is a very convenient and comfortable property with all the amenities. Best parts of this unit for us are waking to the birds, quiet lanai, no road noise, so well stocked, to make our stay just so lovely. Mahalo!

We were lucky enough to have breezy evenings so didn’t need the AC much. Excellent location, easy access to snorkeling and harbor for boat trips. My favorite beach for sunsets. All the expected Kihei noise levels. LOL

Excellent location right across from Kameoli Beach II. Shops and restaurants literally next door. Loved Cafe O’Lei, Moose McGillycufdys and the Cinnamon Roll. Condo was just as advertised and very clean. Plenty of Beach gear. The bed was very comfortable. Condo is perfect for a quiet couple.

Cute Little Apartment in Kihei

This was a convenient apartment in Kihei. We appreciated the central location and the proximity to a number of beaches. The apartment is older but clean and has a well stocked kitchen. It also comes with snorkeling equipment! The AC was loud and could have been more cool, but didn't bother us. We would stay here again.

Awesome

this place was very well stocked from spices right up to chairs to the beach. The only thing missing was an air fryer lol. Jack was very easy to deal with and my questions were answered very promptly. The apartment is very close to the beach and you can walk to many amenities. I will most definitely be staying in when I come back to the island. I love Kihei and staying here made me love it even more. Thanks so much Jack and crew

Lovely place to be!

The condo was perfect! The grounds of the KKN are just beautiful!! We enjoyed sitting on the lanai, visited by many geckos. Very quiet! Well stocked kitchen, we cooked every day. Foodland is close by. But best of all, the beach is just across the street. The pool is a gorgeous area to relax. We will be back soon, I hope!

Best first time in Maui!

Wow is all we can say! This was our first time in Maui and this place truly thought of everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. From all the beach gear to cooking supplies, anything you could think of was provided. The hosts were also incredibly responsive when we needed to contact them to ask a few questions. Fabulous location as it’s literally right across the street from the beach. Definitely would stay here again on our next visit to Maui!

I thoroughly enjoyed my t...

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Kihei Kai Nani. I have been to Maui now about 8 times. I first stayed at KKN when I was 2 years old and came back 21 years later and then again this year. It has a special place in my heart as it holds great memories of my family and my time in Maui. KKN Condo #245 was great to stay in! It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for a great stay. It was not posh or ultra modern but it holds a great 'homey' feel and you don't feel like you are staying in a hotel. I loved it and will be back soon!

Peaceful haven

This was a very beautifully appointed condo. It had everything needed for cooking which we love to do, including spices and oils. Our bedroom was light and tropical looking. It was hot during our stay but the fans and air conditioning made our unit very comfortable. We had a lush tropical view of the foliage and lawn. Very private and quiet except for roosters in the mornings waking us up. But who wants to sleep in Maui?The pool is nearby and the ocean is across the street. We had a very relaxing stay in this condo. Thank you!

Omg !! The place to stay !!!

Upon arrival we were a bit early the condo owner let us check in early which i so appreciated...entering the condo which was so easy to find it was just the sweetest place had a fully stocked kitchen ..spices ice oils to cook with coffe teas ect...sooo much cookware storage containers..just everything you needed ...the walk to beach about 2 minutes..in the perfect spot for food shopping or dining out 5 minutes from wailea 25 from lahaina kapalua just a bit further ...and the PEOPLE there in the complex just the friendliest you will ever meet the place felt like home ..this place if your coming to maui WILL NOT disappoint you oh yeah and the sunsets you can see !! The beach across the street is also so kid friendly mild waves just the perfect vacation place !! Will be going back in October...mahalo !!

Comfortable and convenient

Just returned from a wonderful vacation on Maui. Kihei Kai Nani (#80106) was very comfortable and convenient to all of our activities. I especially liked that it was an end unit which provided ample opportunity for breezes and a cool, comfortable condo. The lanai faces a grassy area/green space and is thus very private. The condo is located near the beach (just across the street) and close to eateries and shopping. There is plenty of parking and the atmosphere is quiet. The condo included everything we needed to compliment our activities--snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, and more. These thoughtful touches added to our enjoyment and relaxation. I highly recommend staying at this location.

Hi, Jack here. I represent Condo 80106 on behalf of two couples who share and maintain this wonderful home base on Maui. We are three teachers and a librarian, some retired, some still going strong. The condo has offered us a wonderful home away from home, and we have worked to make it as comfortable and welcoming as possible. We look forward to sharing our condo home with you during your visit to Maui.

We chose our condo for its light and airy feeling. The condo is an 'end unit' so it has extra windows in living room and bedroom. It is such an easy place to be. The beach is a simple walk down the driveway, and we often visit there in the morning with a cup of coffee, as well as in the evening with Mai Tais to watch the sunset and listen to the conch shells that people blow each evening. Days at the condo are special.
