style home befindet sich in Hilton Head Islands jüngsten Küstengemeinden und ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang (ca. 700 m) vom Strand entfernt. Neben dem Strand können Sie den nur 200 Meter entfernten Chaplin Oceanside Park genießen. In Gehweite des Hauses finden Sie Tennisplätze, Basketballplätze, Fahrradwege, einen Hundepark, Baseball-Diamanten, Fußballplätze, einen Spielplatz, Strandparkplätze und Toiletten. Wenn Sie mit dem Gebiet von Singleton Beach nicht vertraut sind, finden Sie es in der Mitte der Insel zwischen Palmetto Dunes und dem Marriott Surf Watch Resort (beide sehr beliebte Resorts auf der Insel). Die Lage in der Mitte der Insel macht es bequem zu allen Annehmlichkeiten, die Hilton Head Island und Bluffton zu bieten haben. Hier ist eine kurze Beschreibung dessen, was Sie an diesem erstaunlichen Strandhaus finden. Es gibt sieben Schlafzimmer und fünf Bäder mit einer Fläche von über 400 Quadratmetern. Es gibt drei Wohnebenen mit Steinböden, Granitoberflächen, Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl, einem großen Außenbalkon auf allen drei Ebenen des Hauses und einer überdachten Veranda am Pool. Die erste Etage verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, ein großes Badezimmer, eine Küche, ein Familienzimmer und einen Essbereich. Der zweite Stock verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer, darunter eines mit einem Kingsize-Bett und drei weitere mit Doppel- / Doppelbetten. Es gibt auch drei Vollbäder und eine Waschküche auf der zweiten Ebene. Die dritte Etage verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und Bad. Es gibt auch ein Spielzimmer / Schlafzimmer im dritten Stock, das Doppel- / Doppel- / Doppelbetten hat, sowie einen Sitzbereich plus Tischfußball, Steh-Arcade-Spiele (Galaga und Frau Pacman}, ein Sofa, ein Liebessitz, ein großer Flachbildfernseher und ein Xbox-System (bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Spiele mit).

Es gibt einen Golfwagen-Strand-Shuttleservice, der von Sonntag bis Freitag von 9.00 bis 17.00 Uhr vom Memorial Day bis zum Labor Day verkehrt. Es wird unseren Gästen kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt und ist im Mietpreis enthalten.

Everything worked out great. House is in pretty neighborhood with plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose from. Only thing the house lacked was a powder room on first floor.

Great house for a guys golf trip!

We just stayed here for a guys golf trip and the house was perfect! The house was in great condition and was a great setup for a bunch of friends to get together. Close to everything you need and great golf all within 5-10 minutes. Would recommend and we will definitely be back!

Outstanding HHI Vacation!

This house's size, location, and features were terrific for our group. We had way more space than we needed (which is great when you're traveling w/ kids) and the ability to heat the pool was a total win for the kids when we didn't want to leave the house. We would absolutely look at this property for a future visit.

Golf Trip

Stayed at this house with about 15 other guys for a Hilton Head golf trip. Great house for large groups. The outdoor and pool area was a nice place to lounge and the kitchen and living area could accommodate all of us to watch the opening weekend of the NCAA Basketball Tournaments. Would recommend this property to others.

Family Reunion

We stayed in this property for a family reunion, with half the family in this home and half in another property on the same street. This house was perfect for our needs! It was clean, the pool was perfect for hanging out, we were walkable to the beach. And there was a closet full of beach chairs, pool toys etc. Also, since we were a large group, the second fridge in the garage was extremely helpful! The best part was how responsive the property manager was when we had a few minor questions (couldn't find the wifi, for example). He also took care of raising and then lowering the temp on the pool for us--it was fantastic. I would absolutely rent this property again!

Exterminator needed

The property is in a nice neighborhood and the house is very spacious. However, my family woke up to roaches in the house. There was a large roach on one of the pillows that my sister had been sleeping on. There also was a roach in the ice maker as well as a flying roach in the kitchen cabinet. The morning that it was time for me to pack my things a roach was crawling on the bathroom sink. Please get an exterminator to this home immediately. It is a very nice house but the roaches turned our experience to a 1 star.

Not heading south again from August to October

The place was very nice. We had to leave after 3 days due to mandatory evacuation. The downside was the fact that only one TV had local channels and was extremely difficult to figure out Remote(s). The place had listed that there was an elevator in which we had 3 individuals who could of used it due to being handicapped. Also, the trash cans were full when we arrived, so there was no place to put our trash. Positives were the place was very nice and room enough for our 15 ladies. I would suggest having hurricane information. We did have insurance but it had to be cancelled before we arrived.

Great Location but needs some maintenance

We are a family of 17 (14 adults + 5 kids), plus dogs, and the house was great for such a large group. We really enjoyed the house, pool, nearby beach, and the kids all enjoyed the various games on property. There are some maintance issues that need to be addressed, but we still enjoyed our time. The issues were inconveniences, but should be addressed. -the ice maker in the kitchen leaks (forms puddle overnight and then again during the day), but we just turned it off and it stopped leaking. Unfortnately that meant we had to buy all the ice we needed. -the 2nd fridge in the garage was not cooling and the freezer was not freezing. We used the freezer side as the refridgerator. -Bathroom next to the kitchen doesn't lock -washing machine sqeaks very loudly when agitating (but still works) -Plastic drain cover at bottom of pool was broken in half and uncomforatble to step on

Family vacation

We stayed for a week at Hilton Head Island. We did en interns couple of issues l, but the property manager was quick to respond and addressed them. We loved the area and spent a great deal of time either biking or at the pool. The online description of the property was a little outdated and left out some important Derek’s but we adjusted and had a great time. The pool was quite a bit smaller than it looked and there was not a pool size in the description. It does not say you have to access it through the garage via geo sets of stairs. The hallway bathroom in the second floor is actually where the washer and dryer are now. It also says it is pet friendly but it is not. Despite thst the house was huge and fit our family comfortably. We were able to play games at the kitchen table with plenty of room for all. We took bike rides through the park. We had breakfast at Harold’s Diner which we highly recommend. Definitely food with an attitude! Very good and very entertaining. Will definitely come back!

very dissapointed in house

tub on 3rd floor leaks into ceiling light in room below-very dangerous. Manager's solution--don't take baths. Dishwasher leaks, 1 teaspoon, no platters for food. No dusting or vacuuming done. Stairs to pool area have torn carpet and the handrails are filthy. Sticker vines growing next to pool. Manager never showed after he said he would to fix tv. I would like a response. I think you should remove this house from your listing until fixed.

It was nice!

Every year my husband and I and 4-5 other couples rent a property in Hilton Head to celebrate our anniversary. The house was very spacious and bright! We fell in love with the outside patio with the ping pong tables. The PAC-Man game was also a hit! It took all of us 50+ers back to our childhood! There were a few things I was not pleased with like it looked like someone literally tried to kick the door in as the wood was splintered right next to the door knob. The guests before us left the remnants of their pancake breakfast in the trash can. I guess the wear and tear from all the years of dragging suitcases across the floor made dints in the floor to look like dirt which was not the case. Also, just little smudges on the walls could be tightened up a bit. I know these houses take a beating from different renters but the cleaners get paid well according to my cleaning fee. Aside from those little tidbits this house suited us all perfectly! I would definitely recommend and rent it again if we are allowed!

Totally unsatisfying

There was a 15 minutes walk to the beach with no sidewalk. The Downstairs A/C unit did not work properly and it was so hot. Ceiling in the dining area was leaking so bad that the floor was wet most of the time, and they were not able to fix it. Garage doors were disconnected so we had to open and close them by hand.We were told by management that they will take care of the problems, but nothing happened. Very small pool(pot hole) with no privacy (4' away from neighbor's house) that could hardly fit 10 people!! Overall this house was miss represented so perfectionaly that you can not imagine.Bad experience that it stays with us forever.

Wonderful Retreat

The facility was true to advertisement. The property manager was easily accessible. There were a few aesthetic hiccups. only one garage door opened and it had to be manually opened, luckily we did not have 6 cars. The upstairs master sliding door track was coming up and dangerously sticking out. The pool was actually not clean enough to swim in maybe not enough chlorine. But the space was perfect for the gathering, with ample room to sleep and supply of towels.

I am not one to leave negative reviews however this house photographed well for the listing and was not that nice in person. Parking was awful, the garage doors were purposefully disabled according to the property manager Tony, so you have to get out of the car and manually lift the garage door to drive a car in, not to mention the safety issue of just lifting garage doors that don't lock. It is stated that 4 cars fit in the driveway and honestly, they don't. We had one truck (oversized vehicle) the rest were standard or smaller vehicles and it was extremely tough to get the cars in just right without them sticking out a little and causing communication from the property manager. Also, when I reached out to him prior to our arrival to inquire about overflow parking he responded by calling me at 9:00pm 2 nights before our arrival and his response was "I suggest you bring less cars." Mind you this home has 7 bedrooms and sleeps 24 people, additional parking options should be available at a renters request. (Beach Properties of Hilton Head had many options available to our group last year when we rented from them) There are moisture issues in the house, every window was covered with condensation, even the exhaust fan over the stove drips condensation. Water pressure was very low, you couldn't change the shower head setting in the master shower on the second floor because there was not enough pressure to use any of the options other than the center spray option. This was not just for one shower, it was for every shower I took, at different times of the day. The kitchen lacked lots of items that we were used to from other rentals, not even the standard salt and pepper shaker left from a previous renter. Our rental was for 4 days and 3 nights, and on the third day we had to purchase toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. A house that can sleep 24 people should have more supplies, we shouldn't have to purchase those items. The front door was cracked and looked like someone had tried to break in at some point. Reported to Property Manager and he was already aware. Rusty metal flashing on front steps is a hazard. The metal track for the glass sliding doors in the 3rd floor master is rolled up and sticking out, someone could get hurt on this. Reported to Property Manager and he was already aware. Fantastic Experience

The property was clean, with a great deal of devices to make the time comfortable, relaxing, and fun for all in our group. The pool out back was great for cooling off in the heat and from the hot walk from the beach. Great quantity of birds in the marshes walking from the beach, and we even saw an aligator sunning himself by a small pond. We highly recommend this place as affordable, and enjoyable.
