Im exklusiven Patara Prince Resort mit seiner wunderschönen Landschaft und dem antiken architektonischen Stil liegt diese zweistöckige Villa aus lokalem Stein mit Keramikfliesen im Erdgeschoss, Holzböden im Obergeschoss unter einem Terrakotta-Ziegeldach und einer geräumigen Terrasse mit Panoramablick. Der Zugang zu allen Annehmlichkeiten des Resorts ist wie folgt: - 3 Außenpools, darunter einer nur für Erwachsene, Tennisplätze und ein Wassersportzentrum. Es gibt drei Restaurants und zwei Bars. Das Resort umfasst einen Wellnessbereich mit einem Türkischen Bad und einem Innenpool sowie ein Fitnessstudio und einen Schönheitssalon. Als Villa-Gäste gibt es eine Ermäßigung von 25% auf Speisen und Getränke, die im Patara Prince Resort gekauft wurden (abgezogen, wenn Sie sich an der Hotelrezeption niederlassen). Für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es einen gut sortierten Supermarkt vor Ort. Kalkan ist eine kleine Hafenstadt, die heute einen zunehmend anspruchsvollen Charakter hat, aber unberührt geblieben ist. Es gibt viele Restaurants, Bars und Boutiquen und die Besucher kehren Jahr für Jahr zurück.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful villa

Our stay at this villa was absolutely fantastic! The house was not only beautiful but also had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The atmosphere was so warm and inviting, thanks to the friendly people at Patara Prince and Kalkan. Geoff, the villa’s lovely and thoughtful owner, made sure we had everything we could possibly need. We felt so fortunate to stay here. I especially adored the friendly cats that would visit the terrace—it was such a charming touch :) The villa was the perfect place to unwind, with breathtaking views. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful gateway. Thank you again, Geoff and Mary <3

Autumn break

Great stay. Property prices very fairly. Wonderful open plan downstairs with large balcony. With a good size master bedroom with en suite. Other two bedrooms we didn’t use but both had two single beds in. Very good value for money. And location well placed for access to zest beach club. Taxi ride into main old town just 100TL and always arrived within 1 minutes.

Really lovely villa with great views

We had a lovely time. The villa is at the top of Patara Prince which makes it convenient for the small Tempa supermarket which is a minute away. You can walk into the old town in about 15 minutes which we did most evenings. There are a lot ofsteps at the development so if that would be a challenge then parses Prince is not for you. However the steeply sloping site is what gives everyone a stunning view and the whole development is really green with beautiful trees and planting with flowers everywhere and really V well maintained. The kitchen is perfectly well kitted out with a large fridge and there are two BBQs! we spent most of our days by the waters edge on the swimming platforms but there are swimming pools too if you’d prefer. We didn’t rate the food in the restaurant close to the pools - pretty uninspiring and not cheap for what it was. Though a good spot for a cold drink. We jumped on the shuttle bus at lunchtime and popped back up to the villa for lunch which suited us much better. It’s a five minute walk back down to the sea. Everyone in the resort is charming and helpful with lovely housekeeping staff. There are a lot of cats around but if you ignore/don’t feed them they are no bother at all. We found the lack of wifi in the house was the only negative. We would hope to come again and would highly recommend This villa. I think it would be a bit cosy for six as the third bedroom is pretty tiny (fine for small children) but perfect for two or four guests.

Great value for money and wonderful villa and resort

We had been to a different villa in the resort last year and decided to stay at Geoff's villa this time and that was the right choice. The villa has better views and much better laid out. Geoff's pricing strategy makes the place a great value for money. We were 4 adults and toddler and my tow elder sons joined us for week too. We all loved our stay at Geoff's place and he dealt with a couple of minor issues we had very quickly.

Lovely villa in a beautiful location

The villa was for above expectations and the resort was a joy to be in, the three pools we're very good and resort spotless, but beware it is very steep although there is a free bus up the hill. The views for the villas large terrace is fantastic. Hope to return one day.

Breathtaking view

We enjoyed a lovely week here. The views are amazing!! The villa is within Patara Prince Resort which has amazing pools and helpful staff. The owner Geoff was very attentive when I changed my booking from 2 adults to 4 adults. He was very quick to reply to my emails. I cannot fault this villa and I would definitely come back and would not hesitate to recommend to friends.

Stunning views. Great value for money.

Clean and roomy Villa. Part of a well established resort with its own beach club. Walking distance to old Town . Small supermarket three minutes walk . Great family holiday.

A Little Piece of Heaven

From the moment you arrive at this amazing Villa you cannot help but to love everything it has to offer. Its is so beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you will ever need to make your stay memorable. As it is situated at the top of the complex the views over Kalkan are breathtaking - to sit on the patio, swing in the hammock or simply to open the blinds from your bedroom in the morning - WOW! Possibly the loveliest Villa I have ever stayed in for comfort and luxury - in fact just about everything. You could happily never leave the villa itself and still never run out of anything you need. The transfers from the airport were so easy, the staff on the complex are very pleasant and helpful and the facilities in the complex alone leaves it almost impossible to ever leave. If your looking for a restful holiday or a lively holiday to suit all ages this is the place to visit. Wonderful pools, restaurants, and walks - every moment at the villa will be one you will treasure forever. The owners have turned the villa into nothing less than a "little piece of paradise". Cannot Recommend it enough. Thank you.

Stunning

We loved this peaceful villa. It felt home from home with stunning views from the huge terrace and two of the bedrooms. The spacious,villa and terrace are furnished to a high standard. We enjoyed breakfast sat outside on the terrace each morning and watched the sunset with a G&T. The position of the villa at the top of the resort was perfect for us as we were able to join the easily walkable side road into Kalkan each evening within minutes of leaving the villa. Whilst it's a steep walk using the paths down through the resort to the waterside it's very pretty with no cars, we used the free very frequent shuttle taxi for a quick lift back up to the villa. Slept like logs thanks partly to the quiet aircon which so often are noisy The booking process was straightforward and the owner provided us with all the necessary and useful information we would need for our stay. Thank you Geoff for a lovely stay in your villa.

Brilliant Holiday in Idyllic Surroundings

Manzara Evi is a fantastic villa in the superb Patara Prince Resort with outstanding views over the bay to the idyllic harbour and town of Kalkan. The Villa is located close to the top of the Patara Prince Resort. It is well maintained, very clean and fully serviced each day. It has a beautiful terrace overlooking the blue Mediterranean and the low-rise, predominantly white buildings of the town of Kalkan. The terrace has plenty of seating, a table, sun-loungers and a hammock and we spent many hours on the terrace eating, drinking, soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the spectacular views. The Villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults. All bedrooms are air conditioned and of a good size. The kitchen area is well equipped and the lounge is very spacious and attractively furnished. Kalkan is easily accessible from the Patara Prince Resort and just 5-10 minutes away by bus, taxi or, our favourite, water taxi. Kalkan is a small, peaceful Mediterranean resort and fishing town. It is a maze of delightful narrow streets, and an abundance of mainly whitewashed villas, shops, bars and outstanding restaurants. We had all of our main meals during our stay at a different Kalkan restaurant each day. All of the restaurants we chose had rooftop seating and/or a waterside location and all provided both excellent food with very friendly English-speaking service. Overall, a truly relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting with no car needed to access the excellent amenities of the Patara Prince Resort and Kalkan.

Highly recommended!

This was my second visit to this villa and I wasn't disappointed. It has everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. The villa is in a great position with exceptional views from both the balcony and bedroom. The Patara Prince Resort is very clean and well kept with lovely pools and the staff are always helpful. The town itself has a great choice of restaurants, all of which we enjoyed but the Aubergine was a particular favourite. Will most definitely be going back.

Fantastic

Had a fantastic stay in this Villa! Lovely grounds and complex with some exceptional landscaping. Ascending the steps to the villa is worth the struggle for the incredible terrace - it is huge, has plenty of comfortable seating, sun loungers - the hammock is the cherry on top! Nothing beats relaxing as the sun goes down with a G&T or glass of Pimms and some good company! Inside the villa is light, spacious and cool. Had no problems with the air conditioning units, which kept all the spaces comfortably cool. The main bedroom is very large and again has excellent views across the bay with a very high quality bathroom. The other bedrooms are all very comfortably sized. The cleaning of the villa was organised just as we had organised with Mary&Geoff. The kitchen is more than adequately equipped - can't say we were ever tempted to eat in given the quality of local cuisine! Overall a fantastic villa, with fantastic views in a fantastic place! Fantastic! Also an admirable mention for Mary and Geoff who kept us fully up to speed along the way and went out of their way to ensure the housekeeping was organised just as we asked!

Manzara Evi

Thank you Geoff and Mary. Manzara Evi is an attractive villa in an outstanding complex. this villa has an outstanding terrace which was Fantastic to just sit and take in the view especially with a good gin & tonic at altitude. Good facilities in all rooms but in the kitchen a microwave would have helped enormously especially for defrosting food from your so efficient fridge / freezer. All in all so much good value for money. Again thanks for allowing us to stay. Best Wishes for the Future. Dave & Chris Murdock.

I was brought up in London and moved to Essex in 1973. I am a recently retired Chartered Engineer in the Building Services Industry. I have been married for 41 years and have two sons.

Having enjoyed holidays in Kalkan for a number of years we decided to purchase a holiday home. Whilst looking we fell in love with Patara Prince Resort due to the extensive facilities, unique architecture and beautiful landscaping with lush vegetation and abundant blossoms. Manzara Evi means Panorama House as the uninterrupted views across Kalkan Bay from our large terrace are wonderful.

Patara Prince provides beautiful surroundings in a tranquil setting within a gated resort having the benefit of a choice of three swimming pools, tennis courts, a bar and restaurants, and direct access into the clear turquoise waters of Kalkan Bay. You can relax all day in the peaceful ambience and yet Kalkan town is only a 20 minute walk away for evenings in the family orientated restaurants, bars and boutiques.
