Wunderschöner Panoramablick auf den Golf von Mexiko und unverbauter Stadtblick von dieser geräumigen Nichtraucherwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern mit zwei großen Schlafzimmern. Ein Zimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und das andere über zwei Queensize-Betten. Wir bieten Strandtücher, Sonnenschirm und Spielzeug. Das Gerät befindet sich direkt gegenüber dem weltberühmten Siesta Key Public Beach (100 Meter), der regelmäßig als einer der zehn besten Strände der USA eingestuft wird. Für Familien ist dies der einzige Strandabschnitt auf Siesta, an dem Rettungsschwimmer sowie Konzessionen und öffentliche Toiletten vorhanden sind. Es ist sehr praktisch, familienfreundlich und sicher. Diese Einheit im 6. Stock ist ruhig, privat und geräumig und ist eine von nur 24 Einheiten in diesem 7-stöckigen Gebäude. Kürzlich renoviert, verfügt es über neue Geräte (einschließlich Waschmaschine und Trockner) und Möbel, 3 Flachbildfernseher, Blu-Ray / DVD-Player und Wi-Fi. Komfort wie zu Hause. Our House at the Beach

The views are stunning. There is a beautiful pool. Proximity to the public beach is ideal. My family utilized the trolley into the village and found it to be very pleasant. We feel attention to some mild cleaning issues need to be addressed. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

Wonderful Siesta Stay So Close to Beach!

The condo at Our House at the Beach was in a great location! Directly across from public beach parking, and within walking distance to the Village. The condo was clean, spacious, and what a view! It was perfect for our family. Julie and Bill were very responsive to the various questions I had, and also, provided clear instructions and rules of the road! I would highly recommend to all.

Overall the condo is fantastic and the owners were great with communication. Updated and super clean, Spectacular location and views, You have everything to make it enjoyable from kitchen amenities and all the perfect stuff to hit the beach and the pool. My wife and 2 kids loved it and we are talking about possibly going again. Our stay was when tropical storm Debby was there but having the condo was great. We missed a few beach days and the waters were a bit dark but the location to the beach was perfect. You can walk or take the trolley or frog hop down to the village or the opposite way down to crescent beach and shopping area. We did a number of day trips to explore some of the other keys as well as the mote aquarium. Everything except the storm was fantastic. Thanks again to the Burkes you have a great vacation home.

Siesta Key vacation

Location, location, location is so important when booking a vacation, this condo is placed perfect across from the public beach. It has beautiful and scenic views to the beach, ocean and surrounding area. It has an open floor plan with a very functional kitchen. A newly remodeled pool area was very relaxing, plus there is a grill to cook a nice dinner. Beach chairs and umbella are furnished which was very helpful! Too many pluses to list them all, overall i highly recommend staying and experiencing this charming peace of heaven.

My family had a wonderful stay!

The condominium is located in a great location within a 5min walking distance from the famous Siesta key beach and it takes only 5min trolley-ride to the Siesta key village where you can find a variety of restaurants and shops. It also has a beautiful view! You will enjoys its sunrise and sunset…Lastly, but not least, Mr. Burke (the owner) is quick in response and very kind and helpful:)

Beautiful views

Walking in seeing the views was absolutely amazing. The ocean view was so pretty and it was nice being able to look out and see how crowded the beach was. Condo was well stocked with everything you needed including beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys for the kids. The bed in the master bedroom was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on and hated leaving it. The location is absolutely perfect. Right across from the main beach and close enough to the village to walk or grab a ride on the free trolley. Me and my family hated to leave. Bill was great at communicating and making sure everything was perfect!

Bill’s condo was absolutely beautiful! The views from the balcony are stunning especially at sunrise and sunset. The condo was very clean and had tons of beach towels, toys, chairs, and umbrellas. I can’t wait to visit again.

We Love This Place!

Great Condo; Great Views

The first thing that strikes you when you walk into this condo are the wonderful views thanks to two walls of sliding glass doors in the main living space that look out to the beach for beautiful sunsets and back across the island toward Sarasota. This condo was perfect for my husband and I and our friend, who was traveling with us, as we had separate bedrooms on opposite sides of the unit, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. Our host provided ample towels, including beach towels, plus beach chairs, an umbrella and even beach toys for families. The beach access is directly across the street. The pool, too, is a very nice alternative to the beach. Our host was a great communicator and easy to reach before, during and after our stay. I would highly recommend this condo for its location, comfort and convenience.

Never Ending View

Property was as described. Fit us perfectly. Can’t say enough about the views. You either looked at the Gulf or downtown Sarasota which I didn’t think would be anything exciting but at night it was splendid. Disappointed it’s already rented for next year.

Second Visit to this Condo

This was our second time to stay at this condo. We are already hoping to book it for a 2025 visit. The hosts, Bill and Julie, go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect before and during the visit. This unit, the location, and view made for a relaxing 2 weeks.
