Vielen Dank für Ihre Anfrage zu unserem Kiawah Oceanwoods Cottage. Sie können sich darauf freuen, die südliche Brise von unserer großen, abgeschirmten Veranda und dem Deck mit Blick auf eine Lagune und einen privaten Garten aus zu genießen sowie einen kurzen Spaziergang zum Strand (175 Meter) zu unternehmen, um die ultimativen Sonnenuntergänge in South Carolina zu erleben. Dieser Ort ist nicht zu schlagen !!

Unser gemütliches Ferienhaus ist durchgehend mit Hartholzlaminat ausgelegt. Oberlichter und Deckenventilatoren tragen zum südlichen Klimakomfort bei. Die abgeschirmte Veranda wurde vergrößert, um sowohl einen Essbereich als auch einen Sitzbereich unterzubringen, um die Schönheit der Insel zu genießen. Kabelfernsehen mit Flachbildfernsehern in jedem Zimmer, eine komplette Bibliothek und Spiele für die ganze Familie. Beide Bäder wurden kürzlich mit zwei Waschbecken im Master aktualisiert.

Und wenn Sie noch nie auf Kiawah Island waren, haben Sie noch nicht gelebt! Die Radwege, die Tierwelt, die Privatsphäre der Insel, die Sümpfe, die Sonnenuntergänge ... Und Charleston ist nur dreißig Minuten entfernt!

Couldn't have asked for more

This was such a lovely home. More spacious than I had anticipated, based o other places we've stayed at on Kiawah. Very cozy and welcoming. Enjoyed the screened porch immensely. Close to all of the places we wanted to be. Within walking distance of the beach.

Wonderful Kiawah cottage!

We had a wonderful time at this property which is a very short walk to the beach. The screened in porch was large and proved to be a favorite place to gather during the trip. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. The property manager was communicative and very pleasant to deal with. We would definitely stay in this property on return trips to Kiawah.

Beach retreat

We had a wonderful stay here this weekend with a reunion of girlfriends. Short walk to the beach and the home was comfortable with a well stocked kitchen, nice decor and we enjoyed staying up late and catching up on the screened in porch. Would definitely recommend!

Could Not Have Been Better!

If I could have given more than 5 stars, I would have. The house was amazing. So clean and spacious. Very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, glassware. There was even a good selection of spices. The location is a 3 minute walk to the beach. We so enjoyed lounging on the big screen porch. We will definitely look forward to another stay here!

Wonderful Stay at the Beach

We returned to this property for the second year in a row and had another great stay. The house is a very short walk to the beach and also convenient to other amenities on Kiawah Island. It is very well maintained and has everything needed for a family beach vacation. Highly recommend.

Great Stay!

We so enjoyed our visit. It’s easy to enjoy Kiawah, but the location of this property, the availability of all our necessities made this spot so enjoyable for a family with young children. The house is cozy and lived in, with plenty of puzzles and things to occupy us! An easy bike ride to Night Heron park or the Sanctuary with just a quick walk to the beach.

Perfect Kiawah Island Getaway

The property was just lovely. The interior was as shown, neat and clean and nicely decorated. The screened in porch was great and a wonderful place to sit and chat. The beach was within a few short minutes from the home. The neighborhood is perfect. The beds were very comfy. It was a super place to stay for family and friends. Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay in the cottage. It had all the comforts of home. The beach was a 2-minute walk across the street. The check-in/check-out process was very straight forward thanks to Cissy’s great communication. We hope to return in the near future.

Wonderful Kiawah Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cissy's home! The property was as described, with comfortable furniture and a well-supplied kitchen. Our favorite location turned out to be the screened-in porch, where we ate every meal and relaxed, read, etc. while not out enjoying the beautiful weather. Perfect wind down vacation

Well appointed and tastefully decorated beach cottage with shaded parking. Set in a lovely neighborhood and a very short walk to the beach…it was better than expected! Cissy was wonderful to work with and provided great recommendations for the area. So glad we chose to rent bikes as we all had a blast riding around the island! We felt right at home and were able to embrace the full “island time”! Thanks, Cissy, for allowing us to stay this week!!! We look forward to visiting again in the future!

The best part of the rental is Ms. Cissy Davis. She is the perfect host, and working with her is a joy. The charming cottage is attractively decorated, well-appointed, and conveniently located close to the beach. Our favorite room is the porch which is spacious and overlooks the lagoon. So peaceful. We spent two enjoyable and relaxing weeks on Kiawah at this lovely property. Thank you, Cissy!

We had a wonderful time in Kiawah. It never disappoints. The house was fully stocked with everything you need. Plenty of dishes and bath towels. It was nice to have extra beach items as well. The house was cozy and the colorful! This house stands out with the great location to the beach, an easy walk back and forth with kids. This is the 5th home in Oceanwoods we have stayed in and in my top 2! We will be back.

Kiawah Island Gem

Our family visits Kiawah Island frequently and this is one of the best rentals we have ever had. You can’t beat the location! An easy walk down the street gets you to the nearest beach access. We were also able to bike to Freshfields and to see the dolphins strand feeding. The house itself is beautifully decorated and the space was more than comfortable for our family of five. Our favorite spot was the screened in porch. Despite having neighbors, the trees and landscaping provided a sense of seclusion while we enjoyed the porch and outside decks. I also can’t say enough about the owner. Communication was clear and owner to respond. We can’t wait to come back!

Kiawah summer 2023

Been coming to Kiawah since 1991. First as a property owner’s family member until 2019 and then as a ‘paying’ guest. We prefer staying either at Night Heron Cottages (where my aunt owned a house) or Oceanwoods. It’s really all we need and can afford. We enjoyed this property, the neighbors (permanent residents) and the property owner so much that we have already booked for next summer! It’s a perfect size for the few of us, perfect distance to the beach and Freshfields Village, and right off the grandest street of them all….Eugenia Avenue! We are outdoors folks so the living room and tv was only used once, to watch the World Cup. Other than that, we were either walking, beaching, biking or sitting on the screened in porch. Just another fabulous summer on my favorite island on the planet!
