Unser Cottage liegt direkt gegenüber dem State Park in Grand Haven. 5 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Haus direkt gegenüber vom State Park. Neu renovierte untere Ebene und Badezimmer machen dieses Haus die perfekte Lage mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten.

Es ist das perfekte Urlaubsjahr. Im Sommer sind Sie nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt und im Herbst und Winter stoßen die Wellen vom vorderen Vier-Jahreszeiten-Raum aus auf den Pier und den Leuchtturm. Das Erdgeschoss hat jetzt neue Geräte einschließlich Waschmaschine und Trockner. Neue Granittheken mit Snackbar, neuen Holzdielenböden und Wänden an den Schiffsrunden.

Riesige Terrasse mit Picknicktisch und Gasgrill mit herrlichem Blick auf den Michigansee. Wir freuen uns, Ihnen La Dolce Vita vorstellen zu können. Bitte mailen oder anrufen bei Fragen.

Amazing Girls Weekend

We stayed her for a weekend with a group of women and it was absolutely perfect. Everyone could sleep in their own bed which was a huge perk and we loved the location. The porch and sun room were great for morning coffee.

A Week at the Beach

A nice home located across the street from Grand Haven State Park. Great beach access and a five minute bike ride to downtown GH. Very well maintained, very clean and very liveable for our extended family. Nice neighbors as well.

Grand Haven Summer Vacation!

Fantastic place with great accessibility to the beach right across the street. The home was equipped with everything we needed and was neat and clean. Enjoyed waking up and sitting on the deck taking in the views of Lake Michigan!

Perfect location!!!!

My husband, our 2 adult children and significant others along with husband’s youngest brother and his wife all stayed here. Considering GH - location is pretty flat, close to most attractions, ample parking and directly across from the beach!!!! Everyone in our group LOVED this location

Great stay for a graduation weekend

Home is Cottage cute and close to the beach. Bathrooms are very small but everything you need for a fun time at the beach. Would recommend for a family or small group.

Cute and close to everything

Cottage was everything we needed. Plenty of sleeping room for the six of us. Lake Michigan view and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our stay was in the fall and the trees were beautiful. Definitely recommend.

Amazing house in an amazing location!

Beautiful home with several bedrooms upstairs. First floor has a wonderful family room and sunporch with views of the lake across the street. Stayed at the house with 7 girlfriends for a Fall girls weekend. Plenty of space would only recommend additional utensils, plates, coffee cups, wine glasses. We only had 7 forks, two wine glass and maybe 5 coffee mugs. I would also recommend adding a warmer comforter to the beds given the drop in temperature.

We love this house!

This is the 2nd year we rented this house! The location can't be beat, being right across the beach is the best! The house is adorable and fit us perfectly with room to spare - we had 4 adults and 2 toddlers...plenty of space for everyone! We can't wait to go back.

Delightful week at the beach

We loved our stay! The location is excellent, right across the street from the beach. The home is clean and comfortable. We had 4 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of space. Air conditioning works very well. On site laundry is very handy to have! We have already booked again for next summer!

Wonderful experience and location

Great house and amenities, wonderful location and communication with the owners. Worked with me from the very start and at the end of the stay. My family of 9 stayed for a weekend and this was our first time at this house. We had plenty of room enjoyed the deck and other amenities. Would recommend and would stay again forsure. Thank you!

Summer fun!

This cottage is darling, is in a perfect location right across from the beach and the owners are so very nice to deal with. Five friends and I stayed there for week and loved having our own bedrooms and the two full bathrooms. The roomy deck was a great option for sunning if you chose to skip the beach. The porch was delightful as an additional living space and the kitchen and eating areas were adequate. I would recommend this property in beautiful Grand Haven.

Loved the location, it was very convenient to all of our interests.

It was perfect and fit most of our needs. One item that I would of loved to see is a permanent hand rail in one of the showers. It seems like a little thing to bring up, but for us older folks, it is a big deal. The parking was perfect and getting in and out was wonderful. Overall, I would rent again and had a wonderful time.

Perfect location!

This was our second year staying at this cottage. It is a wonderful place for our family reunion of 6 adults and 3 small children. It is well stocked from everything you need in the kitchen to sand toys for the beach. The location is the best! The cottage is directly across from the state park beach and pier. It is also within walking distance to the boardwalk and downtown. Trolley pickup is near by. Check in and check out were easy and Stacey and Dennis were wonderful hosts.

We have 4 boys and have both grown up in Western Michigan. Dennis is a local business owner and Stacey is a Real Estate Broker. We own several investment properties and take pride in our properties. We have been spending time in Grand Haven our whole lives. It has been a dream to own property in Grand Haven and we are excited to present La Dolce Vita "the sweet life" . We want to make this property one that you want to come back to year after year.

You will love this property from the moment you pull in the large parking area equipped for 4 cars. You are directly across the street from the state park without any steps in your way. The family room opens to the dining room and kitchen with a snack bar. The sunroom is my favorite room in the house where you can people-watch in the summer or watch the waves crash onto the shore and against the pier in the windy fall and winter season. With 5 bedrooms and 2 baths, there is room to sleep 10 privately and comfortably.
