Ein luxuriöses geräumiges Rückzugshaus, das 10 bequem schläft und für Familien und Paare eingerichtet ist. Das Hauptschlafzimmer ist sehr groß mit Kamin und Liegebereich. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Queen-Size-Betten und großen Schränken ausgestattet. Ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und einem Ausziehbett. Das letzte Schlafzimmer hat zwei Etagenbetten, die bequem schlafen können 4. Dieses Haus hat viel Platz für Unterhaltung und Entspannung. Zwei Unterhaltungsräume, eins mit einem 3D-Fernsehen und Futonbett und eines mit Tischtennisplatte. Es gibt auch eine Bürofläche an der Vorderseite des Hauses. Der Hinterhof ist mit einem beheizten Pool & Whirlpool (gegen Gebühr), Swim-up Pool Bar mit versunkenen ramada für Outdoor-Küche, BBQ, Fernsehen, Outdoor-Feuerstelle und Putting Green ausgestattet. Unser Haus wurde mit dem Gedanken gemacht, es all-inclusive zu machen ... Alles in einem.

Wonderful vacation rental. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Spent a week in Phoenix and loved the central location. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Second time we rented this house and looking forward to renting again next year.

Home away from home stay!

Wonderful home and location, very clean and comes with everything you could ever need while staying there! Very spacious with only 4 of us in the house, could have had 8-10 people and still had plenty of room. The pool, hot tub and swim up cooking area was the favorite part.

Great girls trip

We had everything we needed. Six girls, cooked every meal and the kitchen is perfect for big groups. The pool chairs were great and comfy. The outdoor seating is private and comfortable as well.

Everything you need and more

We had 6 folks here for golf and found the location to be central, the accommodations beautiful. Lots of room for everyone and spaces in the house and yard to gather for games and discussion. I would highly recommend this property for one or two families.

Great Place for Families in Phoenix

House was great. Perfect central location for spring training games. House has lots of room. We had two adults and four children and could have had more with plenty of room to spare. Game room was great for kids and the pool and hot tub was resort style. Will definitely look to book again if we visit Phoenix.

The property is absolutely beautiful. We would highly recommend it to anyone!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your gorgeous property. We loved every minute of our stay. Our children had a fabulous time in the pool and we all loved the comforts of your home inside and out. We also enjoyed the convenience of the shopping and the easy access to the stadium where we took in the activities of the Final four. We only hope to come again in the near future. Quiet and comfortable

We stayed for two weeks at this property, loved the backyard-- a little too chilly for the pool, but the hot tub was terrific. We spent a lot of time in the house and took advantage of the common spaces and the game room. The owners were accessible--which turned out to be a good thing when we had a small mishap--but we really enjoyed the entire experience and would be happy to return for the same approximate dates in 2020...

Really comfortable and very well supplied!!!!

We spent a long weekend in this home to enjoy the spring and watch some Spring Training. This home is large, comfortable and well situated in the subarbs of Phoenix. After having some difficulty getting into the home (alarm) we settled in and really enjoyed the space and it's convenience. There is PLENTY in this home to keep you occupied. Best of all however is the level of supplies and condiments available in this home. There are plenty of spices, cooking equipment, support items, bags, etc....everything you may need - even suntan lotions. The best and most well equipped home we have stayed in. Our group of 5 enjoyed the trip, would recommend it to anyone and would stay here again!

Perfect holiday home for multi-generational family

Our extended family, ages 6 months to 61, enjoyed this home over Thanksgiving. The well-appointed kitchen and outdoor grill were perfect for preparing a holiday feast! The kids were in the pool and hot tub constantly, and we all enjoyed having two large gathering spaces in the house in addition to the large table and fire pit outdoors. It was like staying at an all-inclusive resort, but having it all to ourselves! The area is residential, perfect for walks with the kids, and there's a playground directly behind the house. The owners responded immediately to a couple of problems, and quickly found solutions. The neighbors across the street welcomed us and helped out with a few questions along the way. We highly recommend this home, and hope to stay there again ourselves.

Awesome!!!

It was our third time in Phoenix and this was the best house by far. We have a family of seven and we were more than satisfied. The kids loved the property. Only about thirty minutes from any adventure. Planning on booking again.

Great Place, But A Couple Issues

We and two other couples stayed at Rhonda's place for 1 week at the end of Feb, early March. Dealing with Rhonda was great. She was open to text messages, and responded pretty quick after I sent her a text. Her place is well stocked with lots of condiments, spices, and some other food items. There was a fair amount of beer and pop in the fridge as well. We drank some of that, but ended up leaving some of the items we bought there for the next guests. The layout of the house is nice and open. We enjoyed the use of the dining table, the pool/ping pong table, and the main room tv area. We didn't use the smaller den area at all during our stay. The bedroom that my wife and I used is not connected to a bathroom, but the main floor bathroom is right beside it. The one comment that I have is the beds are not very comfortable. There is some sort of plastic underneath the beds, that made them very loud and uncomfortable. One of the other couples said the same thing about their room. A couple of things that were a little strange were the light switches really didn't make sense, and they are all over the house, so sometimes took a while to find the right switch. The couple that stayed in the master bedroom, could not figure out how to turn on the bedroom light the whole time. I only found out about that right at the end of trip. If they would have told me earlier, I would have texted Rhonda, and I'm sure she would have guided us the right way. As for the cleanliness of the house, it wasn't as clean as I would expect. You can definitely see dirt in the corners of the house. I imagine the cleaning crew that comes in maybe doesn't clean it perfectly, but overall it was fine. The backyard is nicely laid out with a pool and hot tub. If you use the hot tub, it really doesn't take long to heat up, so leaving it on overnight is not necessary. There is a gas fire pit, and lots of outside furniture that is in great condition. We were out there a lot in the evening, even when it was cool out as it is very sheltered. There is also a nice little putting green if you wanted to practice before a round of golf. The neighborhood is really nice, and the access to stores and the freeway is good. It is however quite far from main attractions. Although we enjoyed our stay, and dealing with Rhonda is great, I don't think we would stay there again. I would give Rhonda a 5 for sure, but a couple little things brought the review done to a 4.

Great house and great time!

This was our second time staying here and we could not be happier with our stay. The house is truly wonderful. Spacious bedrooms and 2 family rooms. Great kitchen and fireplace. The outdoor area is superb as well. Firepit, hot tub, pool...our kids had a blast! We can not recommend this house highly enough. Rhonda the owner was very communicative and wonderful to deal with. Even the neighbors are super friendly and available for any issues. Looking forward to our next trip to Arizona and staying here!

Awesome home in great location. Best value in Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

Rhonda's home was all that we expected and more. Great use of space inside and out. Pool and backyard is wonderful. Our teenage children loved the outside TV area near the pool and the putting green added some fun as well. Inside layout was great and all the electronics were simple and easy to understand. Very nice kitchen and living room area. The location is great right near the highway with easy access to all of Phoenix and Scottsdale. The neighbors ( Jim and Anne) were available to assist with any questions and are the nicest people. Very safe neighborhood with basketball court within easy walking distance. All in all the best value of any home we have EVER rented. We will be back again. Thanks Rhonda!

Spacious modern house with many amenities

This house was great for our families. Lots of room for everyone to chill together and small groups to hang out away from the crowd. The yard was amazing and after a quick fix to the hot tub we all enjoyed the water. The pantry and fridge were very well stocked with the basics and grocery delivery made cooking a breeze. The owners were super responsive to any small question or concern and the neighbor Jim was also right there to help if needed. The park is truly just behind the back fence. Thanks for having us in your home. We hope to make our spring training trip an annual one.

Perfect!!!

We had three couples and all were impressed. Plenty to keep us I engaged and more than enough room to be alone. Cooked together in the well equipped kitchen watched movies together on the sectional. The weather was cool and rainy but we made the most of it by sightseeing by day and enjoying the hot tub by night. Would definitely recommend staying here and will stay again when coming to AZ. Rhonda was a pleasure to work with always there to answer a question before hand and a phone call away when we were locked out.

Great House = Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week at the house. It was spacious for our 3 families and had plenty of room to spread out. There were absolutely no surprises when we arrived at the house from what we were expecting through the pictures, details, and reviews online. The pool and park area were used daily and the convenience off of the 17 was wonderful. The owner was easy to get ahold of during the reservation process and when we ran into questions while at the house.

Great House with Great Amenities

We stayed here for a week with our 4 children. Everything was well taken care of and thought of. The pool was amazing as well as had pool toys for the kids. We enjoyed the fire-pit and even the putting green. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The family room was comfortable with a great fireplace and a huge flat screen with a bunch of entertainment options. The kitchen was modern and has all the amenities we needed as well as the laundry room. Plus, Rhonda made us feel truly at home. We had a great stay and highly recommend this house to everyone.

Incredible Holiday

My family of 5 stayed at the house for a week and enjoyed every minute of our holiday! It was the perfect setting for our family vacation with easy access to everything. The house was spotlessly clean, fully stocked with all the amenities we needed, beautifully decorated and had an abundance of space. While most of their time was spent enjoying the backyard and playing at the park just behind the house, my kids were in heaven with their own area to sleep and watch TV. The pictures do not do this home justice!!!

Tremendous

We stayed in the house for four nights and had an outstanding experience. The house has everything you need with a great pool and spa. There are plenty of towels and household items provided by the owner. Easy access off of I-17 just north of the 101 loop. We hope to return next spring. Five stars!

Our goal is to accommodate anyone whether it is for a business trip, family get-away, couples or girls/guys weekend. Our goal was to have something for everyone.
