Dieses geräumige dreistöckige Stadthaus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern bietet einen großen, offenen Grundriss im Wohnzimmer, in der Küche und im Essbereich auf der zweiten Etage. Setzen Sie sich an die Theke oder schmiegen Sie sich in das übergroße Sofa und genießen Sie die Wärme des River Rock Gaskamins. Der Wohnbereich bietet einen 36-Zoll-Flachbild-TV und Blu-ray. Es gibt nur wenige grundlegende Kabelkanäle. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 6 Personen und es gibt Zugang zu einer Terrasse neben dem Wohnbereich mit Tischen, Stühlen und einem Gasgrill.
Das Erdgeschoss verfügt über eine Garage für ein Auto, eine gestapelte Waschmaschine / Trockner und ein Gästezimmer. Dieses Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten, einen 27-Zoll-Flachbild-TV und ein angrenzendes Badezimmer mit Badewanne / Dusche, Einzelwaschtisch und Schieferplatten sowie Fußböden. Diese Etage bietet auch Zugang zum übergroßen Whirlpool am Ende des Gebäudes.
Die dritte Ebene umfasst die Master-Suite mit einem Queensize-Bett, einem 27-Zoll-TV, WLAN, einem River Rock-Kamin und Bergblick. Es gibt viel Stauraum und ein Hauptbadezimmer mit Doppelwaschbecken, Dusche und separater Badewanne, beheiztem Schieferboden und Erlenschränken.
Den Flur hinunter befindet sich das dritte Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad. Dieses Zimmer bietet entweder 2 Einzelbetten oder ein Kingsize-Bett, einen 32-Zoll-Flachbildschirm und viel Tageslicht. Das Badezimmer verfügt über einen Einzelwaschtisch und eine Dusche / Badewanne.
Diese spezielle Vermietung ist perfekt für Sommer oder Winter. Das Gerät ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von den Bald Mountain Skiliften entfernt, befindet sich direkt am Radweg und ist ca. 5 Blocks von der Innenstadt von Ketchum entfernt. Dieses Stadthaus ist auch mit einer zentralen Klimaanlage für die seltenen heißen Sommertage ausgestattet.

Family Winter Getaway

No Sleep = No Vaca!

So many issues with this property! First, we couldn't get into the condo until after check in time at 4pm as the maintenance man was still working inside it... we were told it would be about 25 minutes... not sure why he was there or what he was trying to fix. Secondly, the bed in the master bedroom was so hard it felt like cement. Thirdly, the gas stove top did not work at all. I contacted the Alpine office and told Esther the issues and she said, "Well what do you want me to do about it... there will be maintenance issues and we have no control over that." she was very rude so I asked if her manager could call me... well Barb the manager NEVER called back. I'm so frustrated and feel they should have offered some kind of comp for all our issues. Never again will I stay there!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in this property very much. The 3-level end townhome was very clean and is located steps from the biking path and a 10 minute walk to town. It is spacious and furnished very nicely (not cluttered) and we appreciated the quality kitchenware and appliances as we cooked breakfast each morning and prepared late afternoon snacks after hiking or biking. The mattresses are very comfortable -- memory foam in the master; plenty of linens, pillows, etc.... The garage was uncluttered and had sufficient room for our car. The deck is furnished with a nice table and umbrella, gas heater and grill. Everything was in working order except 3 items that we reported to the property manager: the bathroom sink was clogged; the fireplace remote in the primary bedroom was not working, and the propane gas tank for the deck heater was empty. The property manager responded quickly; however, we felt that these things could have been prevented prior to guests' arrival if a check list was followed during regular cleaning process Overall, we were very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay and family time

We were in town for a wedding and met up with our kids from out of town. The condo set up was perfect for us. Everyone had their own space and we had plenty of space to gather and enjoy family time as well. The space is very nice and had everything we needed. Great location for activities and town.

Excellent location

Excellent location—a five minute walk into Ketchum to enjoy restaurants and shopping. The air-conditioning in the condo was wonderful during the stay. Kitchen is well-equipped and very usable. This was a comfortable condo for our family.

The accommodations were clean, well maintained, extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, right on the bike/walking trail, walking distance to downtown, and near the river. We have already booked the same place for next year!

Great location, spotless and comfortable

Our family of four had a great time at the condo for Labor Day weekend. The home is spotless and we had everything we needed. We love the location close to the bike path and town. The hot tub was a great addition after a long hike and we enjoyed dinners on the spacious deck.

There were a few small things that made more annoying mostly because they're easy to fix -- no tea kettle, non working instant hot water by sink, non working ice-maker in fridge, no handles to open extremely heavy hot-tub cover. Again, overall this was a great place, so these are small complaints.
